I remember when Taco Bell used to put black olives on their Mexican pizza.
Love old Taco Bell when they actually served black olives and green onion! I remember chesearitos and the encha-ritos!!

The reason the mexican pizza's are so good is because the crust is very crispy and tasty. You may want to try deep frying the tortillas to give them a more flaky and crispy texture.
Your recipes are always great…. When I drain the hamburger…. I use a colander and rinse the hamburger with water into large bowl and use it to put over my 3 dogs kibble….I enjoy Mexican pizza and they enjoy their kibble..Thanks Catherine…

I love majority of your recipes I’ve been battling a migraine headache for over 2 weeks and nausea on top of it all and 2 pinched nerves. So don’t think I don’t eventually look at what your cooking 🥘 because when my headaches and nausea on top of it it’s hard for me have lights on or anything moving. But so I’m love ❤️ with your cooking. Can’t wait to do this

I know homemade is better but check again at your local Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza is back as of September 15th.

All the times I've been to Taco Bell over years,I've never had the Mexican Pizza, this looks really delicious ❤ My favorite thing was there Bell Burger,I think it was in the 80's they sold it,it was delicious.

Also a tip to help save some time in prep you can pick up tostada shells instead of frying up the tortillas.

This looks great & am sure its much better than Taco Bell's. Not a fan of them since they quit offering my favorite -- Enchiritos. You mentioned requests for Taco Bell copy cats so I'm suggesting Enchiritos. It's interesting how many people really miss this menu item! Thanks for all the delicious recipes!

Yum! I found that Azteca makes the crispy tostada shells for Taco Bell and you can buy them near the cheese sections of your grocery store! I love a Mexican pizza!

Looks so delicious. I make these too but I use tostada shells instead of tortillas and instead of the enchilada sauce, I use the Taco Bell mild sauce from the store. It’s spot on to Taco Bell’s version. Love your recipes!!

The black olives are a must. And Fire Sauce after they come out of the oven (I have dozens of packets in the fridge and glove box). I might be tempted to add the diced tomato after baking too?
