Really like the look of this figure. Being a bike, orange, and having a hammer feels like this was made for me. i don't want the whole set, but this guys really appeals to me.
Hi, I'm in the list of people that is scared to break the rotating portion of the leg, so I share with you a little fix that I did: #1: Unscrew the 2 screws in the leg and open it. #2: Loose the screw that is holding the spring bit (rotate it only 1, 2, or 3 times). #3: Put the leg together and screw it again. You know the change is there because you did it, but it does not affect balance or looking, and the piece becomes easier to pull out. I hope this helps. Thanks.
I know what you mean about the scariness, when I first got him I was freaking out the whole time I was trying to transform him between the various modes, especially on the side with the connection tabs.
I think i do have to point out that maketoys uses a really really good quality of plastic so even tho it bends a little it won't break, unless the spring holds really really well...
I hate that this figures are coming really unimpressive, I don't want to hate this figures, but I can see why they sold them as a whole package, if they sold them separately collectors wouldn't had completed them. I don't know the figures aren't appealing, as I tought they would I already got disappointed by Nosecone, Lightspeed was kinda ok, but still not impressive, strafe so far is the most ok and was the less appealing technobot in my opinion. So far warbotron's Afterburner looks more appealing to me. And Im not complaining on your vid Peaugh, your vids rock! XD
I honestly don't think Sonic Drill's weapons and Overheat's weapons quite fit them... Overheat is supposed to be the fast one, but he carries... A giant hammer? And Sonic Drill is the sciency one, almost like some kind of Geologist with flood lights and everything, but he has... Under-arm automatic weapons? It seems like Overheat should have Sonic Drill's guns.
Yeah, shoulda swapped the big gun for the flip-out underarm guns or something, and then make the missile pods a bit smaller. Overheat is the run-and-gun guy, not the bulky heavy artillery guy. Of course, I'm also not saying that the hammer should go to Sonic Drill either, I don't think all of that armament would fit him either.
Ummmm thinking Warbotron's Computron version is looking more and more appealing. Nice review and thank you for the breakdown on each figure. When its all said and done the individual robots are just a puzzle to the bigger pic. Never will they be displayed as individual bots. Looking forward to Friday's combine review......probably will change a lot of collectors minds to pull the trigger.

Peaugh, Use the other pegs to form the hammer with the gun in the gap. Looks WAY better.
