Happy to hear you’re almost at break even in about 4 months of being open. Keep on going, the early struggles will be a thing of the past. You even sounded more optimistic in this video than in previous ones.
Hi Claudio, so happy that you are about to trade at break even point. Keep it up, and let the profits come in. 4 months to get there is really quick, considering what you went through.
@rikicarvalho6680 For the most part they work well. Some have given me issues already but they are under warranty. Also the issues are small ones nothing crazy. Remember to shop around and get the best deal... along with the best payment plan. By payment plan I mean they offer deals for "new owners" and "experience owners". Go to any of their web sites and you'll see what I mean. You can negotiate for the "experience owner" deal even if you're new. You just have to know how to talk to these people.
@kylerohlfs3645 Yes I did. Because I wanted to save money and it looked easy. Bulkheads don't need to be fancy, they just serve to hold your electrical wiring and plumbing. If I had welding skills I would of made them from metal. Mine are made from wood designed to resist moisture.
@@constable9793 10-15% Is the going rate today. 50% for snacks? Wouldn't work with anyone educated. If you're asking about gaming machines, that's more likely.
Claudio, 5 months ago you mentioned being FAR away from profits. In this video you mentioned you're about break even. Does breaking even include paying off the machines, debt, and any money you owe others? If that's the case you're doing AMAZING!? Am I missing something here?
@meisworld1427 So breaking even means I am able to pay off all of the bills related to the laundromat. I still have lots of debt. But the laundromat is about to cover itself now. Since the making of this video tho, I have raised prices and am making more. So now it's time to pay off debt and not pocket any of the money. So really no money goes to my personal life until I am free of all debt. That's my plan.
The thumbnail was edited. That was for tomorrows video on card vs cash! With surprise break-in!
Good to see it going well enough after the rough start.

You did it, awesome.
@AlexanderRodriguez-ni4kt Thanks means alot!
It looks great. Congratulations on your laundromat. Thank you for sharing your progress.
Thank you
The homeless should sell the free wash program. So funny but you are so right. The place looks good. How are the Electrolux machines working out ?
@@marc-mv1kf They have been decent. But I don't know how well they will hold up in the years to come.
Your laudromat is beautiful. I'm still not seeing where you made any mistakes. Take that Danny D' Angelo! Ha!
So happy for you. Thank you for the update - been waiting for you to drop a new update! Beautiful laundromat. Way to go 👏👏👏
Thank you!

Thank you for the support. It's finally coming together.
I just noticed that the hole in your wall where a window should be is exposing the back of your change maker.
It is! Funny you mention this. My change machine was attacked yesterday. I got a video about it coming soon.
Claudio, how are the new machines operating? I am in the process of finalizing a laundromat lease. I'll be financing new machines.

Good idea to fix the lack of responsibility of the parents
Did you build your bulkheads? And if so why? Are manufactured ones outrageously expensive?
@kylerohlfs3645 Yes I did.

10% split on the vending is awful. Not likely to pay it's own power bill. I always did 50/50.

I disagree if you have a basic knowledge of electronics you can repair your vending machines you can also optimize the product that you sell.
Ha ha, I will hold my pee for 100 miles to use a Buc-ees restroom. I’m stop and grab some beaver nuggets while I’m there.
Same, I ran into the governor of Texas at Buc-ees about a month ago. It's a great place.
Hey, i have a mat and wanted to reach out. Please provide an email with your co sulting rate. Time is money and i dont mind paying. Thanks

The disrespect! 🤣
That laundromat looks rough. The floors and bathroom look horrible.
