The Dexter distributor in Dallas does not answer the phone. You have to leave a message for parts or to buy machines and hope they call you back. Its tough to depend on a distributor in Dallas when your way out in east Texas. Don't focus on the brand, focus on the person you are buying the machines from.

How did you find the contacts for your distributors? Googlen'ator? or were any places referred to you? How many did you call? will 3 or 4 do or 10-12?

@jasonpower1717 Google had them all. You just need to be familiar with the brands. I dont know where you live at but most likely there will be only 5 or so that service your area.
You should call them all up.
