    I appreciate your realism! Showing details of what happens after you get that first laundromat. Even showing where you got things wrong. Keep up sharing your journey.

    Weren't you scared to buy all that equipment not knowing if you would have the clients come due to the past failure of owners

    • @justinvestclaudio

      @SunshineLaundromatonVine Great question, and I'll be honest. The thought never crossed my mind. I just trusted the process. I was more worried about not getting the equipment.
      Now that I'm in business I think about how to get more or keep the customer around.
      Alot of customers just care about the price being cheap. And when you get new equipment you can't afford to.be cheap because you owe a monthly payment on them.
      Business is risky, but you're on here getting all the info and asking questions which is great.

    When will you start doing Lives?? And when will you have some source of contact for us to ask questions when we need to?

      If there's a deman for Lives I'll do them and in my next video I'll let you know how to get in touch with me, it'll be around the ending part.

    I am trying to get started and I am some what puzzled. I am in Texas and don’t know if I should buy or build. What do you think.

    • @justinvestclaudio
      @justinvestclaudio  2 месяца назад

      @tonyMitchl-t3c You can make money with all 3 methods. It depends on location and your market.
      I can't tell you which is best because I don't know anything about your situation.
      The easiest method though, is to take over a lease in rented space.

      Exactly, I don't know why he thinks he's in a position to have a "course" or to mentor people. Not sure why it's not good enough to just focus on growing his business and sharing that journey.

    Guess what, low income families are generally bigger than high income families. I don't understand why you'd say to only focus on heavily hispanic areas. People are people and money is money. Then you say to focus on areas close to home, well then why do I need to mess around with those websites, wouldn't you know the rich areas and more poor areas of your city?
    No website or statistics are going to replace driving around and seeing the area with your own eyes. It's one thing to share your journey with your own laundromat which I'm sure people appreciate but I don't think you're in a position to give people advice on how to get into the laundromat business considering your lack of experience and the fact that you got yourself in a bad position to seemingly prove some kind of point.

    "I'm where you want to be at" - Dude are you serious? You took a raw deal, didn't prepare, and somehow thought that Free Laundromat meant literally free of all fees or charges. No, I don't think anyone would want to be where you're at. Why not focus on improving your own business before trying to become some mentor or teacher. That should be the last thing on your mind.

      @@justinsorenson9170 would you want advice from the person who's built 50 strong dependable houses using proven techniques and learned their craft over time or from the person who thought they knew how to build a house, didn't study, and built a single house that didn't follow code and who then wants to teach others how to build houses?
