As a truck driver, i dont have that amount of gauges. Lets see'em!
Yes
Most of them look off.. 🤔
Yes please
Thank you for explaining the guages and switches and showing or explaining what they all are for
37 yr veteran of the road.. I finally have auto chains… I was skeptical at first… this season I have used them 3 times.. awesome!! Sit in the cab.. flip a switch and away ya go.. flip it again and rock on…
No matter how you put the brackets on the tow bar, they're ALWAYS wrong once you slide the underreach under the truck.
Every. Fucking. Time.
Could it possibly be like the classic USB connector. It’s wrong the first time, then you flip it over and it’s still wrong. So you flip it back and now it somehow fits.
@@RandomName100 Then the USB-C was invented. But.... now you need USB-C compatible devices, so...
Thanks to Mr. Murphy and his damn law. My addendum to Murphy's law is this : Murphy was an Optimist.
Too bad you couldn’t have lifted it by the rear wheel lift so you didn’t have to remove the driveshaft. I would think it would be strong enough, but maybe not.
Zaclift really getting thier R&D and on the job testing out of you..
Good to see a company that invest in time in listening to client's..
Thanks Casey . Your tow truck is a A swiss army knife. It needs a cork screw😂😂😂❤.
I think the driver is the cork screw... Just sayin'
It has one… the camera man!
Casey..
Is the CorkScrew
@@Dr.Bigglesworth Nah, he's the Nut holding the wheel...
😄😁😆😅😂🤣
he needs to do , lessons with what the Zacklift can do , i don't even have an HGV license ,and i want to play with it.
Hoping that the repair costs of the blue and white truck are not too bad and they really do get it fixed correctly this time.
I’m such a child. “Gives you an extra 6” you can slide in and out” 🤦🏼♂️ never knew all these tools were needed for hauling vehicles. Thanks for “updating” me. 🤘🏻
Extra 6 would be a bit much, eh? But who’s to argue? lol
We know ...that you know...what we want to watch!
❤
truck tour, prototype equipment, awesome bumper, and finally some flatbed progress. keep up the good work Casey
That Western Star truck is beyond perfect😊😊😊.
Casey at timestamp 20:51 you do deserve a pat on your back for a great improve ad
That White Star and Zack lift unit is the most efficient tow truck on the road. You are setting a high bar for excellence and we get to watch you do it. Thank you.
Another one of Caseys learning videos from Casey's collage. Nice looking front bumper. that is a great front saver when you hit a deer!
I like the front bumper as well. My only concern is if the truck has airbags for driver protection in the case of an accident, the deployment timing will be skewed so that you might already be face to face with the wheel when the device deploys.
Broken Windshield?
@@larrybe2900Airbags are only a very modern invention in trucks.
@@larrybe2900 most big trucks don't have airbags and best you get is pretensioners on the seatbelts to keep you from flying out of the seat when you wreck, but even that isn't guaranteed. If you don't wear a seatbelt, an airbag doesn't do much anyway besides give you something to go through on the way through the windshield, so assuming he's doing that the bumper won't affect how the truck works w/r/t safety of the driver.
@@larrybe2900have you seen 80% of truckers? (Me included), don't need no stinkin air bags! My belly hits the steering wheel, my face ain't going to make it to the windshield.
Words to please the RUclips algorithm... yay, switch tour! Gorgeous bumper!
That’s why I write crazy comments to increase your what ever algorithms
I appreciate the tour of your cockpit, you definitely should add some fake switches into those dummy slots that say ejector seats.
Love the look of the new SetPower fridge - I'm giving serious contemplation to getting one for my Jeep for when I go on road trips. Thanks for the 10 cent tour of the dash of the WS - I totally understand the desire for gauge and information (I wish the dash in my RV for my Cat had half of your gauges for temps and pressures). I think it's also pretty awesome of Zack Lift to not only ask for feedback on the mounts, but to build them to the quality that they have, therein increasing your capabilities without having to have multiple pieces.
You should get one or two. I have two they are great.
A lot of tools in your arsenal. The new mudflaps look great.
That new bumper looks awesome with the tire spikes...😂😂😂😂
Who knows more what is needed on a tow truck than a tow truck operator. Nice to see Zack people work with you on ideas.
With all the new attachments, Zack Lift needs to upgrade your storage on the truck!
Casey, Give the roll back the full love please, Its a great bit of kit.
Great video Casey you are one intelligent and articulate tow jockey
That beautiful new gadget on the front of your truck, here in Australia is called a Bull Bar.
I would like a tour of the gauges and switches on the dash!
The Zacklift really is the Swiss Army knife of heavy wreckers.
Well I do hope that they can figure out what the problem is and I hope that it does not cost an arm and leg! 🤞
This is a example of Casey showing us neophytes around his truck. I know squat about the controls and systems on trucks and now I know a little bit. Thanks for the cockpit tour.
Yea that guard looks nice on the front of that for sure!
Yes the dashboard is amazing
I don't know squat about much of anything you do, I just like watching your videos. Show us the knobs and buttons or don't show us, I'll still watch. Of all the towing/recovery channels out there, I enjoy this one the best. Doesn't me I don't watch others, just means you have great content. I trust you to keep doing that.
Thanks for the inside tour. Watching that makes you appreciate even more how a young fellow with no driving experience other than a virtual game experience did so well the first time he drove against experienced drivers! (Sorry for forgetting his name)
Let’s see them gauges!! Teach Ethan a thing or two
Good to see you do something with old blue. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet, and throw money at it to make an issue go away. You might end up having to keep her because it's likely that no one will give you what shes truly worth.
Switches have a finite life and a large sheet of cardboard works great as a "creeper" on rock under a truck.
I love this episode! Both trucks are really really great, the big white has some very very nice bumper mounted, badass! Too bad for the front wheelnuts…..
Awesome bumper Casey! That looks great.
Love learning from you, sir. Yes believe it or not, we do learn from you! 😂👍🏻
Yes, I would love to see a tour of the cab and dash of the truck! Spaceship demystified. BTW - After watching your explanation of the new hitch receiver (that you helped design), I have come to the conclusion that you are a lot smarter than you look. 😮
As usual thanks for the subs!
Let it be said, that Casey truly shows his "Metal"..... Cheers.
You're a very practicle thinker/designer! A smart guy!
The International deserves some TLC. Can not wait to see it back on the road. Great video.
My older freightliner has a clearance light interrupt switch. That was probably to flash clearance lights at passing truckers as a courtesy , when safe to pull back in front of you on the highway, which nobody does anymore.
Yes, can I get college credit? Your wrecker with all the attachments reminds me of a huge Transformer. Great video.
14:39 Even I was half-expecting it! "Oh god, is he really going to . . . . ?"
Casey, I really like the open way you present your channel, whether it is how RUclips works, or what you are going to do after asking for comments first, and then telling us you just want a comment. Well, here is your comment.
I appreciate the forwardness of saying he’s doing it for the algorithm, not trying to hide it, just like his ads
Thanks for the tour! It will be interesting to see if it stays in the fleet after it’s fixed.✌️
Nope, selling it
SWEAT BUMPER LOOKS MEAN AND READY FOR ACTION AND LOVE THAT BIG DAD HAT
Dig the electronic throttle control. Much nicer than the old cable operated hand throttle.
Pushing the switch numerous times instead of press and hold makes sense to me. You know your machine and how it responds. That’s an operator. We all run our rigs how we do it for reasons. I dig it!!
Always down for a truck tour!
Casey you are a gadget man after my own heart. I was impressed with the super rollout and then you hit me with the western star and Zach lift. And don't let me forget about the transforming trailer. I would try to keep them all but know thay would be expensive. Thanks for walking us around your fleet.
Luv the switches! Show and tell for the algorithm! ❤
Very cool video! You sure crammed a lot of updates into one video!!! 👍👍👍
Yes to the truck dash tour and really glad to see you getting the roll back repaired. It has it's place in your fleet.
Fun fact , during a DOT inspection only apply the brakes to 15 psi or so light pressure that’s all you need for an accurate brake stroke reading. Stomping the pedal to the floor can cause bracket stress and could get you a ticket 33:19
Glad you got the rollback running somewhat and are bringing it to the shop.
New bumper looks great 👍
I bet having dif locks would be handy sometimes but..$$
Being a non-trucker I have no conception as to cost of lockers. Can they be added or the difs need to be replaced?
Love the bumper. Truck is looking good.
Because they sponsor you, I looked at Set Power as well as the other when I wanted a fridge for my camper. I ended up getting the 55 quart, and it works great.
Love, Love, Love that bumper, gives that truck a new look it may have needed. Oh, and the function too
Anything to help avoid dealing with one of those heavy tow truck drivers! We all know what jerks they can be. 😝
So glad you are getting the rollback fixed, we hope. You'll probably sell it once it gets repaired but, at least it will be runnable and not costing you to sit there.
Without a doubt I enjoyed watching this truck over the Zack and you could afford to use this truck on your UTube freebies. Additionally, you weren't working as many hours and away from the girls as much at night. With the Zack you need to work longer hours because the Zack is designed for heavy lifting work.
Good luck on this attempt to get the rollback repaired. You deserve the best and getting the rollback repaired is what you need.
I really admire the fleet of vehicles that you have assembled and it really cool that you have them all outfitted perfectly. It’s nice to see the professionalism keep it up
Thanks for the tour of the gauges. Very nice.
YES.... I am super inquisitive about all buttons and switches... Love your presentations...
Nice front bumper, that is sweet man!
Sales, tour, job, father, husband -- the complete man (maybe not in that order!).
Oh yeah! The new bumper is big pimpin! Hope your other truck is finally fixed.
Used to drive a 389 Pete long hood 4 axle with 309” WB had more gauges and switches then your truck.
I miss that truck.
Yes I would love a tour of the cab.
Wow that new bumper looks awesome on your truck. I'm kinda surprised that you didn't get a front winch installed on your truck. Also with auto chains they should last practically the life of the vehicle since they never really see any stress like a standard tire chain that get dragged on the ground and stretched out from the tries tugging on them while they rotate around.
Casey i would love a tour of what all the buttons do inside the cab.
Thank you Casey for the tour of all the buttons I wonder if Quinton has really good timing to know to call when you are filming
Thank you so much for the Gauge Switch Tour!!
Love you chains vs strap commentary ! Definitely the 1st option!
Yes, I'm engaged, and I'd a tour of your cab. Thanks!
I have 3 Setpower fridge and love them thanks to you...
Casey, on most Detroit’s, you can have it programmed as a preselect. Basically you turn the cruise on, then hit the resume once and it will bump up to 900-1,000 RPM, or more depending on what you want.
Super fun video. Thanks for sharing what your dash controls do. And, now I have added to your algorithm bump. LOL
Great job Casey.
Always enjoy your vids.
I got the setpower you showcased last spring/ summer and absolutely love it. Now I'm trying to justify getting another one. That skinny one is even more perfecter! I speak too much good
Thank you for explaining the attachments in detail for those of us that follow along in what your doing it helps!
That new bumper really looks great and the new cooler is awesome as well. Glad you are getting the rollback fixed as well. Great video
Wow! The addition of the gage with the digital could almost do your scanner functions to resolve the check engine and any errors occurring!
New bumper looks like an outstanding piece of kit! Hope the shop you take that versatile roll-back to finally fixes the engine issues and it can get put back to work in a new home, if that's what you still have planned for it.
That’s a lot of attachments. That’s Crazy Cool 😊
Yes please 😊
Thanks!
Casey, Thank you for the better view & operation of the new front bull bar. Look out deer & elk Casey is coming through.
Also thank you for an explanation of all the switches & gauges on the dash.
I do agree with you on having locking axels. It would help with the slippery traction recoveries.
Congratulations Casey on getting blue truck fixed
Excellent presentation. Thank you. Enjoyed the extra details on the truck.
I like the new cow catcher. They are worth the money!
Now you just need to have your tow truck towing a tow truck while towing a tow truck.😁
I love companies that are willing to keep innovating to make product that meets the customer’s current needs.
Great tutorial of the truck and updates.
Thank you for the cab tour!
I worked for transport service tank trucking and it was the first time I had a truck with stationary cruise control. We drove Mack ch630 trucks and it was company required to idle at 1250 rpm for layovers to keep the oil pressure up.
Watching from Ohio. My wife and I think You're a blessed young man. Very compasionate and giving. Your wife is beautiful and so is your lil girl.
God bless, keep up your Wonderful work.
Yes I would love a tour of the gauges and switches!
Casey your two big trucks are the perfect team wish I had two like them
Love how you encourage people to mess with RUclips
I do click buttons instead of them to adjust. Easier that way IMO. YES on a truck cockpit gauges tour please. So rad you got to be part of the testing and creating the new Zack adapters. That is very cool and so versatile in the field! The new front bumper looks so good!! Awesome new fridge. Setpower is awesome. THANK you for the cockpit tour!!
As often as that roll back is going to the shop you ought to run some air lines to a quick connect panel under the hood so you can hook up easier
Shit, stick the quick coupler in the grille, so you don't even need to open the hood to hook up the air.
@@haroldphipps3457 more protected from damage up under hood
@@johnnawrocki6993 you are correct, 💯 %
Great job Casey. Next time you can explain the brake release buttons for tractor and trailer. I’m sure that many of your viewers would like to know how those work - and the horn, especially if you have the pull valve air horn.
