Hi, besides the angle FQ50 and FQ35, is there (Much) difference in image quality if you zoom in at the same distance (100m for example), thnx in advance, Pieter
It always astounds me that not one single person who has access to these devices has ever done a long range test upto the claimed 1800m or 2600m. Its all just useless 100 - 300m tests
Detection range is a man sized object in ideal conditions and will be a speck of heat at 2.6km. We posted some footage at 900-1000m recently of Raptor which is same sensor etc
Here is some over 1000yd deer with the Raptor RQ50L thermal binoculars, same sensor and lens as the Falcon FQ50 PRO. Is this alright? ruclips.net/video/MH69jpwIGqY/видео.html
@kris308100 i live in south africa, we hunt real game, not cats and dogs. Im more interested in human sized targets as we stay on a farm and livestock theft is on the increase.
@@TheNightVisionShow i got a fq35 now. Talked to allot of people and I even see people wanting to trade ore sell the fq50 they bought and get a fq35. Im very happy with my fq35 had it for a few months now and it works well in the Norwegian forest
@@alcedo_kf yes its been good for me. But maybe its a bit big compared to some newer once. But no problems and uses that common battery and not some special thing other brands use
@@johnhansen1684 Thats good to know. Yes, I thought it could be a bit big compared to other models. I was thinking the FQ35 to photograph birds, Owls etc. Did you mean that spare batteries can be purchased separately for the FQ35? This was a concern for me. I appreciate your reply and help. Thank you.
Can you record a man, parson on 1000m with FH 35?
Is there any chance you can review the 'measure distance' function on the FQ50...wondering if it's any good as a lrf?
Hi id recommend the new Condor CQ50L it offers same performance as Falcon with integrated laser rangefinder www.scottcountry.co.uk/products?q=condor

The FQ50 and FQ35 are the same in spcs only change is the FOV and the mag.
Excellent video guys helped me with my decision
Hi,Thanks for he comment glad you liked it.
For your money, the FH35 seems to do everything you need, especially if you have a 640 sensor scope to totally eliminate any ID doubts
The FH35 is a great unit but it lacks the definition of the FQ35 for longer range work
its a pitty that the image pro 2.0 update on my falcon fh35 has made image worse.otherwise was a decent unit
glad you enjoyed the video. just need to turn the sharpness down.

How many foxes you shoot at 1800 or 2600m?. 100-300 is perfect for me. So many thanks for your review.

which is for 95% most likely the distance you need?
THE FQ35 looks like the most practical
Both have pros and cons, FQ35 wins on price and offers a wider FOV, FQ50 offers better detection and detail.

Does everyone finance these because jeez Louise are they steep lol. Why is everything gun related 40 grand
Hi thanks for the comment, the Hikmicro falcon range is very well priced you got a lot for under 3k
Not everyone buys these for guns. These are a cheat code for animal photography.
