Can someone explain to me why slowed-down versions are a thing? Don’t get me wrong - this is super sultry. But also…why, TikTok? WHY??!?
It add that crepeypness to the song. Whenever a song is slowed down or remixed in anyway, it gives viewers a different feeling to it.

Hej hej, one of my friends loves slowed down songs; she's on the autistic spectrum & has a lot of anxiety so finds it very relaxing (think of it like slowing down your mood/vibe) while I'm ADHD/bipolar so I like sped up versions of songs (usually tagged as 'nightcore') as it helps me to get energy on days when I don't feel motivated.
Music is a really powerful tool in changing your mood & motivation, so it makes sense that slowed or sped up songs can help to shift your mindset in a better direction!

These remain the best song lyrics Pomplamoose has ever written. I do like this version for the eerie, menacing, and nervous mood it evokes, but the original was a walk-off home run that cannot be improved upon. Thanks, 'mooses!
