Soundcore priced these correctly but folks are so use to being gouged (especially by Bose and Sony) that they think these are a bargain. With that said I’m glad the Soundcore priced these so aggressively low, that is if they’re as good as all the reviews are saying. It’s almost like they’re giving the middle finger to Sony, Bose and their ilk.

Purchased these in the back of your review and so glad I did, i thought my Panasonic RP-HTX80 headphones were good, which they are sound and retro styling wise. However these Q30s are brilliant and so comfortable its insane, I can wear them for hours and hours and actually forget I'm wearing them, they're that cosy. The battery life is also insane as I've only charged them once since i got them just before Christmas. Thank you for this awesome review and recommendation, as otherwise I'd have overlooked them as being too cheap, £59.99 is insane.

Great review, excellent video. I think that Soundcore Life Q30 are almost perfect for me for great price, sound quality, comfortable, App, ANC Life battery, i`d prefer over ear headphones. I will use them in the office, to listen to music at home and also to walk outdoors, normally 2 hours a day. That would be a problem considering the heat generated by this type of headphones, on the other hand this type of headphones are the most recommended for people with big heads like me. What other headphones can you recommend?please compare to Mixceder E9, OneOdio A70 which has better overall sound quality? What most comfortable
Hey I have the OneOdio A70 and the Q30s. Q30s are miles better in terms of sound and usability for everyday life since they have the 5.2 bluetooth. A70s are great but they only have 4.0 bluetooth so it will lag alot if you’re using bluetooth while watching movies or wtv. So im using the A70s for gaming and the Q30s for studying and movie watching. I also bring it everywhere with me cause of the anc! Hope this helps

9 months after I got these Q30 headphones the headband cracked on the left side at can pivot point, I glued and taped them, 4 months later same thing on right side, soundcore would not cover this and offered 15% off my next purchase, there is no next purchase, why would I pay to go through this again

But if you use the q30 with the 3.5mm aux cable, there is no lag on pc or any device for that matter. Just a quick note: if you're watching Netflix or RUclips on their apps in a phone, the there won't be any lag when using the bluetooth on the q30. But if you're gaming, then make sure to use the included aux cable. You'll experience no lag then.

Great review, I found it very informative. Would you recommend these over the Sennheiser HD 450BT? I'm interested in which of these two have better sound quality (I tested and liked the sound for the Sennheisers). And if the clamping force is similar as I only tested the Sennheisers. Thank you. 🙂
I hated the touch controls. Kept turning on transparency mode by accident. The only way to disable touch is to open them up and cut a cable, which I ended up doing. Good headphones otherwise
I guess since they are wired too freq spectrum doesn't have a *direct* relation but I miss APTX HD and AAC is supossed to have more latency. I haven't seen any video talking about lag but I'd like to now how they perform with youtube
Is there a big difference between the sannheiser HD 450BT and the HD 458BT. I only have the 458 in my country and I've never bought a audio focus headphone before so I want to make this purchase count.
how good is it wired? i'm trying to upgrade from my 20 dollar earbuds to something that sounds a lot better and don't fall out of my ears all the time.
How do they sound when using the cable connected to a computer? Im coming from August EP650 and I like dual function headphones that i can use to edit videos & tracks on the computer (via cable) and when done with work i can use the bluetooth when im out with my phone so cable sound quality is also important to me. I have tried the sony wh 1000xm4 and when the headphones are OFF the sound via cable is crap, they have to be on all the time for them to sound good. meaning if i forget to charge them , even if i want to use a cable i can't.
Can you please rate sound quality via wired (using a lossless audio streaming service or idk CD and a capable DAC) against a HI-fi sound system with subwoofers and tweeters feeding from the same audio source as the headphones?
do you think these would be okay for running? I don't need the best of the best for running. Just need a pair that can be versatile used for most activities whether relaxing or sport.
Isnt the pad looks cheaps, it just gets folds outwards because of the gap between the inner material and the upper material. Dont like the button placements, it easliy get hit when you handle to remove or wear.
Shame about call quality on these, but 80 quid, bloody hell they could slap some serious mics and if they are a Qualcomm chipset, CVC noise reduction, charge 110 and they are still a third of the price of my XM4’s 😳. Sod it I think I’ll get a pair my XM4’s are in having a warranty repair and I haven’t got another ANC overear pair and I don’t do buds first thing in the morning if I can avoid it.

Hey Chris,
How do these compare to the Sennheiser HD 450BTs?
This link to be exact: www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/compare/sennheiser-hd-450bt-wireless-vs-anker-soundcore-life-q30-wireless/11955/18455?usage=20&threshold=0.10
I'm picking these up for 60 quod on Amazon
There is actually a touch control on the right cup exterior for thr ANC presets 😅
These are amazing for the price!!
ive been seeing people who have this with android. Is this compatible with ios as well?
Great review, I found it very informative. Would you recommend these over the Sennheiser HD 450BT? I'm interested in which of these two have better sound quality (I tested and liked the sound for the Sennheisers). And if the clamping force is similar as I only tested the Sennheisers. Thank you. 🙂
Anker Q30 is better against BT450 with sound quality.
Did you try them yet?
I’m currently using the ASUS Noise Cancelling Plug In, anyway you can compare thier performance NC-wise?
I hated the touch controls. Kept turning on transparency mode by accident. The only way to disable touch is to open them up and cut a cable, which I ended up doing. Good headphones otherwise
Proper straight up geeza who don't talk 💩 You crack me up with those one liners 😁😂
Subbed and liked mate 👍
i always wondered how can they claim HD audio but they only use SBS/AAC codec, makes no sense to me
I guess since they are wired too freq spectrum doesn't have a *direct* relation but I miss APTX HD and AAC is supossed to have more latency. I haven't seen any video talking about lag but I'd like to now how they perform with youtube
I bought them just to see how they are and now i can't return them and i bought them for 105 dollars
Is there a big difference between the sannheiser HD 450BT and the HD 458BT. I only have the 458 in my country and I've never bought a audio focus headphone before so I want to make this purchase count.
Great (and funny) review. I'm not keen on how bulbous they are but you get a lot for your money
Are they good for recording acoustic guitar tracks for musical collaborations?
No latency and I read cable lowers quality
Just picked them up for 60 quid off Amazon !
how good is it wired? i'm trying to upgrade from my 20 dollar earbuds to something that sounds a lot better and don't fall out of my ears all the time.
AKG K361 BT or Anker Q30 by?
I’m looking for better “soundstage” and warm bass.
Do you recommend this one or the Jabra Elite 45h?
Hi, can I use this for listening to audiobooks?
"merrily chitping away as they fly thought gale force hurricanes" 🤣🤣
do you think these would be okay for running? I don't need the best of the best for running. Just need a pair that can be versatile used for most activities whether relaxing or sport.
Did you bought them? I’m asking the same thing if they good for running and don’t fall
@@Ferdoof Yes I brought them about a month ago. I have used them on many runs, and no issues.
Now 60 quid on black friday...worth it uncle spurt???
Isnt the pad looks cheaps, it just gets folds outwards because of the gap between the inner material and the upper material. Dont like the button placements, it easliy get hit when you handle to remove or wear.
How's the passive isolation?
How would you compare these with Tao Tronics brand?
It's comfortable for running ?
Shame about call quality on these, but 80 quid, bloody hell they could slap some serious mics and if they are a Qualcomm chipset, CVC noise reduction, charge 110 and they are still a third of the price of my XM4’s 😳. Sod it I think I’ll get a pair my XM4’s are in having a warranty repair and I haven’t got another ANC overear pair and I don’t do buds first thing in the morning if I can avoid it.
only complaint!!! The plastic crap fell apart so it is Taped together. And they do not sell the small plastics
(i am careless though)
How long had you had em???
Still worth it now? They are down to £50
didn't talk about the audio quality?
Come for the tech reviews, stay for the British quips
I'm checking on the UK link and they're showing as unavailable which is a pity
This one, or urbanista miami???
I thought that was beats from the logo lol
These or the sennheiser hd450bt?
Very late comment but do these work smoothly with ios? I noticed you were using an android in this vid.
Anyone bought it recently? Is it the best quality headphones for about 80 pounds?
