With dizziness, heart, trust and control and mostly the breathing and any feeling of excitement, anger, worry, stress turns into anxiety and all these symptoms 😣 I am currently doing better than how I was but still struggling with them especially when I step into a vehicle. I’ve tried so many things that have only lessened them for a bit but I want to get rid of them and have my freedom back😢 and able to be independent and drive on my own.
Chest pain for 2 years and overreacting to every tiny differences in my body. Simply sensitization
Dennis I've had tingling in the face for 4 years, originally was just on one side but now it's many different spots and pressure in weird places too. The tingling moves around and changes (parasthesia sensations). Do you know what the cause of this one is?
How about eye symptoms. Flashes and floaters that come out of nowhere. Had 2 laser surgeries and now it’s happening in the other eye. Freaking out
My worst anxiety symptoms is dizziness and an overwhelming feeling. Thank you Dennis for this message, your a good man. God Bless You
“When it feels like your life is completely falling apart that’s when it’s really coming together.” Man I hope that’s true. I relapsed recently with my health anxiety and it feels like my life’s falling apart but I have hope because I’ve been here before and survived. I’ll use those words as inspiration to recover from this.
Sometimes anxiety comes in waves. I cycle through high & low periods of it. You're just cycling through a low. It's an opportunity to learn more about yourself though. Something good will come of it. 💜
I feel you man it definitely sucks and feels like shit especially when you thought it was over/really getting better. Let’s hope it gets better
❤❤bless you
Hang in there Shadow! We got this. Let's keep trying, let's keep listening to the videos, they are helping me understand better a lot of the feelings and symptoms that I'm having and I'm not as afraid anymore. I'm not there all the way but I just have to stay consistent with these videos

Chest tightness. Feels as if I can’t take a comfortable deep breath. Had everything including heart and lungs checked. All clear. I know it’s anxiety
Bro you had stomach cramps and nausea with this?

Thank you to the creator for sharing their story and shedding light on this important topic.
Thank you for this Charles.
Been suffering this for 11 years.. health anxiety has ruined me. The dizziness has been worse the past 4-5 yrs. Waking up in the middle of the night when it’s dark is THE most scariest for me. Or being in a public place like a mall or grocery store strangely I feel overwhelmed and I’m in constant fear of passing out or having a heart attack. Then my dizziness attacks. It’s a horrible cycle. I will def try your advice… thanks!
Yea same but how to overcome the fear of passing out its really bugging me because of fear i cant go anywhere 😢
@@01MIKEY01 I know and understand exactly how you feel. Today I went to the mall with my daughter and the moment we walked in I felt faint and lightheaded. It always happens and it’s probably because I’m expecting it to happen. I hate it. I get hot and imbalanced. I just try to focus on something. I stop and look at a store and maybe one thing and try to breathe. Or I look at my phone and tell myself I’m okay. I’m safe. My daughter hugs me and tells me that I’m okay too. It helps… I feel focusing on one thing rather than the hugeness of a mall helps. I hope you find a way to help ease it too. It’s debilitating and tough. But you can get better♥️
I’m gonna go out on a limb here. And most people are going to call me a conspiracy theorist. But this needs to be said. I’ve been experiencing all these symptoms. And from the research I have done they started when 5G came out. The skies are also being sprayed on a daily basis. They’re called chemtrails. And they are real. The chemicals sprayed are barium aluminum and sulfate. This video is a wonderful way to relieve a lot of these symptoms and to get you back to normal. It’s also about detox. Detoxing through food as well as eliminating a lot of your exposure to cell phones, computers, and TVs. This is what has helped me. Blessings and gratitude
Thinking of you its a horrible feeling sending you hugs
@@vesnaotuhouma5658 thank you so much. I recently decided it was best to get back on low dose of meds. It has helped tremendously. Not 100% but definitely much better at the moment.🙏🏼
Struggling with all of these lately and they are rapidly getting worse. I am ready to admit that my health anxiety is causing most of my physical problems. I have been so resistant and going from Dr to Dr. I am so sick of worrying about dying, I am not living because of it and I’ve had enough! Thank you for the channel and I look forward to learning with you.
I understand I suffered for years until I finally had the courage to let the anxiety do it’s worst physically, other elements within this channel helped this mindset as well.
I'm in the same situation 😢😢
We are all in this together, ❤ one step at a time
I'm curious if there's a difference between stress, anxiety, and being worried?...
Even me for the 7yrs
I’ve started experiencing dizziness and this is new for me. It causes distress.
Dennis, this video just blew me away. I have been dizzy lately - and - every single point you made describes me. Every point. I am going to watch this video over and over again until your wisdom sinks in. Thank you for allowing me to feel that I am not alone in feeling overwhelmed and like I'm being swallowed up by anxiety over SO many things in my life. I'll keep watching and I'll keep working on myself. And thanks to you, I do have hope. Thank you.
Much love Beth, please share with others in need. 🙏❤️
I've been dizzy for the past few weeks too, and it's become this vicious cycle where every time I feel the dizziness, I get a new spike of anxiety because I start to feel like something is wrong with my body in a medical sense. Which I think causes even more dizziness. It's gotten to the point where I can barely function at work or have a normal conversation with a friend. I hope we both find some relief soon
@@moonbread2334did you found any fix for this? Did this went away on its own?
Dennis, thanks so much for this wisdom. At age 66, I am FULL of anxiety. Every ache, every bout of dizziness, worrying about my grown kids' issues, fearing for what the world will be like for my two little grandkids, wondering if my husband will die and leave me to wander in this house alone.....and always, what sickness do I have coming on........Lately I am struggling day and night. I'll be watching this video repeatedly and meditating on your advice. Anxiety sure takes the fun out of life!
Have your physician check your thyroid function and hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. Fearing death is another cause. We are all part of nature and there is life after life. Nature is on our side. Our body's main objective is to keep us alive and it will do anything to accomplish that.
Oh my sounds like me & I am not near your age. Imagine I’m close to your age how would it be for me & anxiety then? Waaaaaahhhh. I’m also dizzy right now. 😢
This is me Betho and I'm also 66.. Same fears
Same here 67and going through the same thing, kids and all. But my husband did pass 2021😞

Dizziness mostly for me & tremors. Those symptoms alarm me the most because I'm afraid I can not control my own body. What I do is sit down & breath for however long it takes then I get back up & try again. I even do this in grocery stores. I'll go sit in the deli or right out front & just chill.
Let these videos be your guide to clarity and healing of these anxiety symptoms. Much love your way.
I have mitochondria issues, candida, low amino acids my body is going through many health issues, recogn8zed by my functional medicine Dr. If your body is not responding it is difficult. My eyesight has issues also due to vestibular issues

Hi Dennis 👋. I share your videos with friends and family. I always recommend your channel to anyone that can benefit from your great advice. You've been a true blessing 🙌 to me. I could never repay you for all the good you've done for me. There will never be another channel for me, you are my only source.
That is so kind, thank you for sharing it means so much to me.
Wow....I think I needed to hear this today.....I was doing so well managing my anxiety for over 2 years.......but...a tremendous amount of stress that's a lot more than the constant state of it that I've been experiencing has caused a resurgence of disruptive anxiety that alters my actions throughout the day.........This particular recording of yours....hits home today......and if only for a few minutes today.....I'm comforted and that knot or tremble in the top of my stomach that prevented me relaxing enough to realize I'm not having a heart issue...has subsided.....I'm doing my hair now....preparing to leave the house....Thank you.
Thank you for this Denis you were the first person to let me know this dizziness was my anxiety and for me actually getting out and taking a walk makes it almost go away for a bit but it comes back immediately after I come in the house but this let me know it's just anxiety I also cross stitch and it helps keep me focused thank you again for helping me more than anything else has!
Hi Dennis, thank you for your Videos and the work you put in. Trusting is my biggest issue besides the dizzynes, but you give me hope everytime i see your Videos.

Another great video 👍🏼
Mostly the dizziness is my issue. I think this is the best video of yours I've seen so far. Great advice.
Grateful and thankful for you! You're such a blessing! 🙏🏾
Much love thank you for commenting.
Again another incredible video, thank you so so much. I can resonate with all the symptoms you mentioned in some way, some more than others especially the aches and the anxiety ones. I was in an emotionally abusive marriage and whilst having had anxiety for a number of years I began to ache more and more as time went on and would need to see an osteopath for this thinking it was something wrong with my back but after a couple of months I'd be back there again. Anyway this went on until my marriage ended. It was only after 6 months I realised I had not needed to go back again and haven't been since. Now 11 years later I still havent been back. So what I'm saying is, not only wasnt I receiving the love from him but also the love from myself. I have only just recently begun to really experience how to love myself, in the non egotistical sense of course. I accept myself but I'm not adverse to recognising the things that I'm a bit unhappy with and working to change them but in a loving way with patience not in a forceful, you have to do it quick, now or people won't like you kind of way. I used to do that so much. With regards to the anxiety and what Louise Hay says.....wow!! That is so true, it's like so many times things have happened that weren't very nice but I think what's crucial is how close together negative, traumatic experiences occur in someones life because we are quite resilient us humans dealing with traumas but pile them up then something has to happen to get all that emotion out and that's inevitably anxiety. That's where your trust in the flow of life diminishes because the mind is so overwhelmed. This is why having learned this through reading and talking and listening to your videos and podcasts I now understand that patience in healing anxiety is the golden key to ending that suffering. It's very easy to be impatient when the suffering has gone on for so long but it's like the Chinese finger trap analogy, the more you fight the longer you'll be trapped for, ease up, be kind and patient to yourself and you're released from its grip. Anyway Dennis, I've loved listening and making notes this morning I'm off to let that sink in whilst I get on with my day. Hope you have a lovely day too ❤
Cardiphobia, associated with chest pains and tightness, been to Er and doctors, made some changes in my life but I'm always worried about having a heart attack or cardiac arrest, it bugs me put alot and even triggers depression, I have been in prayer alot and watch alot of video just to learn how to accept it and deal with it, thank you for the knowledge and supportive videos you make they really help me to gain a better understanding and move forward with my life, although I need to change the mindset that I can't control everything around me and expectations are way to high in life which causes me to be stressed or anxious.
You are amazing. All of these tips are helpful for me and things I need to work on. Thanks for caring so much and sharing.
Much love friend
Dennis I had to laugh at this video with your facial expressions because I can relate SO much. Your explanation of these symptoms are on point ❤
Thanks Denise ;)
Thank you finally some tools to use! So often there is an explanation but we are left wondering what on earth we can do....we know all about it! Very grateful for the help and I like the affirmations. Medical practitioners underestimate the fear anxiety can cause. Wonderful!
Glad the video spoke to you, let us know how it goes with these tools.
My anxiety symptoms changed. I’ve been doing a lot of work your book and stuff and mine using dizziness and light head.. but now it’s gone down deep to gut and jaw even with changed diet !! So you he gut goes nuts then I go into fight or flight.. I’m working with accepting and sometimes I have to say to my brain . Well ok .. let’s just fall over right now I’m done .. I never do so then I’m able to move on . Ya I look for the threat so far in advance to doom and gloom .. yes loosing out on something. I don’t trust process of life . Making peace with uncertainty is hard . I have tried to control so much .. for that need . You hit it right on !😮
Do you get it in the jaw l thought just me had that
Hi, chronic on and off lightheadedness for years now. How do you cope with it? I have prescribed meds for anxiety and I am so close to taking them and then I get scared 🤦🏻♀️
Dennis wow. I’m speechless. So much wisdom. ❤🙏🏼
Much love.
I can proudly say that I am a warrior that was shaped into who I am today by watching your videos Dennis... religiously.. I had them on reply for months before I went to sleep when I couldn't afford your course. I wasted years out of my life. NEVER AGAIN... I remember the past 8 years, I was so broke I couldn't even afford a meal. I had to realize that at that point that no one was going to walk me through things in life and I had to do this on my own and figure out everything alone. I now live in the nordic woods of Sweden and post about self improvement after surviving a great ordeal in life, from the Boston bombing attack to being homeless, depressed struggling with an anxiety disorder and other mental disorders before I studied my pain and got certified in therapy. I used it to heal and run my own business and also move out of Miami where I worked in a corner store overnight in one of the most dangerous hoods in Miami. I am so grateful I got out, because I knew the other route, and it was not going to end well. I hope I get to help at least one person reading this, I just started uploading weekly videos on RUclips as well 🙏🏽💜
You are an inspiration to me my friend, let’s keep in touch.
Yes, badly dizzy.
Very true my friend... very true.. i was an avid sports men... doing BRMs and run. But got a panic attack one day.. and I have all these symptoms... trying hard to start cycling again...😊

I just want to thank you, for your videos.. I have been struggling an with anxiety disorder, for a long time.. and I have been watching a lot of other videos to try to cope with these symptoms.. After discovering your channel on RUclips, I began to truly understand what is happening to me and how to handle myself when these symptoms kick in out of nowhere. If it wasn't for your amazing videos, I would probably be sitting outside now, trying to breathe and hyperventilating.. Thank you so very much for helping me understand this disorder in such detail.
Very welcome Louca, keep up the progress.
Thank you i needed to hear this. I know all my symptoms are anxiety related and i have to remind myself that Im safe and im ok while having these symptoms.
A fantastic mindset to adopt regularly Andrea. Much love.
Dennis has been a great guide through my years of health anxiety. When I was at my lowest, I made it a point to every morning without fail listen to atleast one of his podcasts and write down the points that helped me change my perception. In one of his podcasts he even answered to my question. I have been much better then I was 3 years back and Dennis played a big role in that. Everyone who is struggling now, be assured that you will get through this and Dennis will help you tremendously in the process.

I’ve been following you Dennis throughout my anxiety issues. There’s a definite link with dizziness and anxiety. I have tried to recognise this is a response. I no longer fear it but accept it. I hope it will go completely one day. Any further tips welcomed!! 🙏❤️❤️ xxxx
A system highly invested in the fight or flight response has one foot on the gas and one on the brake, eventually depersonalization symptoms will arise yes.

Thank you for this video it was very helpful and reassured me that im not alone. I’m currently going through all these symptoms but what hit the hardest and made me immediately cry was “you’re not your anxiety”. It gets so heavy sometimes that’s all I focus on is my anxiety which creates more of course but I’m working through it and your tips helped🩷 Hope you’re doing well❤️
Glad they are helping.
Dear Dennis, thank you so much for another useful video at the right time. I had several bad situations last year, including a car crash, and even though I made great progress as far as anxiety is concerned in September last year, an accident and periods of emotional uncertainties unfortanutely set me back. In December I had period of sick leave which lasted for a month. I struggled with all the symptoms you mentioned and even some new symtpoms appeared which I didn' t have before. My problem number , one apart from chronic fatigue, is muscle twitching. So if you could give us some tips about overcoming this symptom, I' d be very thankful. Now I' m getting back on track and I returned to work. One thing is for sure. If it wasn' t of your tips, I' d end up in a hospital. Like many of your followers I hear your voice and your tips in critical situations and follow your instructions. I' ve learnt a lot during these process. And I believe that I' ll be healed inspite of those set backs. God bless you ❤🙏
My anxiety almost gone from mind but muscle tension is always there which causes pinched nerves and pain radiating everywhere. With higher anxiety levels twitches start. Espescially in my left calf but i know i have lower back disc hernitation that helps anxiety to make my calf twitch.. sometimes i feel twitch here and there but it's all connected to anxiety levels and ways how you use your muscles. Also posture is very important when you have some spine problems or tensed shoulders. Best wishes! You are more than anxiety!
@@SiimLees Thank you so much for your support and sharing your experience. In this healing journey, it is very important to know that you are not alone. You are right, symptoms are connected to the levels of anxiety. It is most important to train our mind and our body will benefit from it. Best wishes 🙏🍀
These videos bring so much peace to my mind. I’ve been struggling with constant unsteadiness/dizziness for about 4 months now and even after medical tests came back normal I still have felt so much anxiety about this scary symptom. Will it ever go away? Am I actually okay medically? But hearing you talk about it and explain it and give tips about it calms my nerves almost more than anything. Thank you for all you do! I will overcome this one day!
Amazing thank you Anxiety Guy
Thank you for doing these videos, they help so much. Been doing great with my anxiety symptoms but recently due to stress (mum in a nursing home with Alzheimer’s) the symptoms you mentioned in this video have started to come back. Amy, is your mother's name Susan. And was your father's name Arthur???
Dennis, I had no idea that dizziness was a symptom of anxiety until I started listening to your channel. I had dizziness and lightheadedness for a few months, went to the doctor and was diagnosed with low iron; however, not low enough to cause dizziness so my mind went to catastrophic illnesses. I lost an executive job and haven’t been able to find another one which has caused me distress and amplified health anxiety even though it was time to move on from a career that doesn’t fulfill me anymore. I’ve learned so much from you about dealing with uncertainty, the necessity of recognizing the child within to heal. I am going to sign up for your HA program. Thank you!!
I look forward to your success and healing through the health anxiety program. ❤️
Heart ❤️ and Anxiety hit home for me and Thank you so much for what you are Sharing and do.😊
So very welcome, sending blessings your way.
Dizziness is the worst one for me and it’s been so bad that it keeps me sitting and getting out of shape. It even developed into POTS since I became malnourished from not wanting to move and the anxiety keeps my appetite away. I started a very low dose medication (not sharing the name since everyone is different) but it’s taking the edge off and I’m finally able to look at what is causing these symptoms for me and how I can work to retrain my brain and eventually get off the medicine. It will take time but I’m so thankful that after three years I am finally able to find one to give me a little boost to healing.
Much love.
Dennis, it was less than a week ago I commented how I couldn’t stop drinking to “cure” my anxiety and here I am to tell you I found your podcast and by episode 11 I feel like a brand new man. I haven’t named my lower self daffy but rather stuey from family guy🤣🤣.. you are a life saver to me !!! I’ve had 20 clean bills of health from doctors, cardiologists, and radiologists yet it never gave me peace. Accepting myself as an anxiety sufferer has fixed sooooo much!!!! My 3 month goal is well under way and I can’t even begin to thank you enough
What where your symptoms?
All of the symptoms actually spoke to me but the most symptom was chronic fatigue. Very happy about the video, im going to do the "IAM HEALING" Daily affirmations right now. I have earned it it's valentine's day.

I wrote out this affirmation fifty times and repeat it as often as I can...also making peace with uncertainty ..its Godsend ❤

Thank you as always for your helpful videos. When I had my first ever panic attack, one of the worst symptoms was the room-spinning dizziness. That is now my most dreaded symptom. I always know when anxiety is starting to hit me because I start getting the lightheadedness, I can handle that symptom but not the room spinning dizziness.
This video will shine some more light on the dizziness anxiety symptom.

You got this!
Hi Dennis, and thank you for another useful piece of advice for our anxiety journey. I struggle with many different anxiety symptoms most of them being heart related, like palpitations, chest/upper stomach tightness, pounding heart feeling, the anxiety feeling symptom as you described it perfectly, some sleeping issues which lead to sleep anxiety etc. The number one most severe symptom which when occurs I cannot manage is a near fainting/blurred vision/lightheadedness feeling, as if my blood pressure or glocuse levels have dipped. The thing is my heart rate at that moment drops below 60 and I have established a logical connection between low heart rate and that specific feeling. The most proper way to describe this is a panic attack with resting/low heart rate. I do cardio workouts regularl(4-5) times/week, mainly jump roping workouts. This usually lasts less than an hour, especially if I engage in breathing techniques and happens out of the blue nearly every time, most of the time when I am relaxed. However, it may leave an ambient, much milder version of that feeling for the rest of the day. I want to know if anyone else experiences such symptoms.
Hi Mario I totally relate to this right now! did Dennis give you any advice on those symptoms?
@@arqhomes5097@@arqhomes5097 Hi there! It has been a long journey since then. Many ups and downs. Dennis has offered tremendous help with his deeply explanatory videos on how anxiety and anxiety feelings/sensations emerge. I have not found a lot of documentation on those specific symptoms. And that made my health anxiety linger, because I could not be convinced of a connection between anxiety and such symptoms. But after some sessions with my therapist, I searched for freeze/collapse anxiety response and came across some sites/blogs that described this exact symptoms that occur with collapse anxiety response like near fainting sensation, low heart rate, cold body, lightheadedness etc. I am afraid I cannot post the link to that specific text here but you will certainly find it.
This was a turn around point for those symptoms: I established a connection and the symptoms started to go away and I can confidently say that I am now at a point where that symptom has become so so rare, nearly vanished. However, other symptoms such as palpitations and heart pounding feeling dominated, but I was already in a position where I had my worst symptom connected to anxiety, so I knew I could continue with other symptoms.
I would describe it as starting to peel the hardest layer (colapse symptom) and then going forward layer by layer.
I would like to highlight that I started to take care of myself more by exercising, healthy diet, diffusion techniques like morning yoga, jump rope and focusing on having fun more rather than waking up everyday and getting anxious about getting anxious (best advice I got from Dennis' videos). Try not to fight your symptoms and let them overwhelm you. Try to do things despite your symptoms, whenever that is possible. Also, what helps tremendously is doing things that bring out your creative side..For me, it was focusing more on my work as a web developer, as well as trying new footwork techniques for my jump rope workouts. I know it can feel extremely difficult at times, but trust me, it is totally possible to overcome it all.
You can do it, wish you all the best!
@mariospolitis2711 I've been having the exact same symptoms! I've had anxiety before but this came out of nowhere, I didn't even feel anxious but in random times of the day I just feel like light headed, like my blood pressure drops or glucose drops completely and of course I get scared. It's a horrible feeling. Today me and my family were at a restaurant and I was ok, had a horrible tension headache all day but I was happily eating, when all of a sudden it hit me. It's so frustrating, I went to the ER last weekend and they did and EKG and came back normal. I'm trying to accept it and not freak out and let it pass. But its definitely scary as I feel like I may be having some heart issues or something. Thank you for posting about collapse anxiety, I couldn't find much about it but I'll keep looking!
@@thaliaroper1042Hello Thalia! If you are concerned about your symptoms I recommend you go get all the tests done, in order to exclude any health issues. And after that, you will be able to focus clearly on the mental side of your symptoms.
I want you to remember that anxiety symptoms/sensations can totally occur without you feeling anxious at that time. In fact, my major panic attacks emerged after some time of prolonged stressful period and while I was in a relaxed state. The main reason this happens is because there exists a phase difference between mind and body. So you can feel anxious now and symptoms may emerge in two weeks for example. This is also true vice versa.
In addition, these kinds of symptoms are like mini panic attacks with decreased heart rate and as we know, panic attacks do come out of nowhere a lot of the time.
Furthermore, I would also recommend seeing a therapist. For me it has been a tremendous tool to pinpoint why those symptoms emerge by backtracking until I get to the root. For example, I had most of mine during work whenever I would not feel very productive, and my therapist helped me find out that they were connected to a period where I was stuck for a long time during my thesis, which gave me a sense of resentment for my thesis project and indeed made me feel totally non productive.
Concerning collapse anxiety response, it is a defense mechanism that exists everywhere in nature. Remember how many prey play dead as a last ditch trick in order to get away from predators? This is exactly what our body does in order to protect us from what we perceive as dangerous, even if sometimes it is difficult to understand exactly what caused it, because you know, there is not a tiger in front of us trying to eat us.
Google: "vsmiththerapy freeze collapse response" and you will see a result entitled 'Understanding our freeze & collapse trauma responses'.
Wish you the best with your journey!

Love the reply, keep up.
How are you going,mate?
What spoke to me the loudest is not trusting the journey. However I believe that I can overcome that way of thinking.
I have been able to let go in a meditative state, while holding something it was magical.
I think my health anxiety spiraled during the pandemic, I pray that I can heal soon. Thank you for this video.
Very welcome, let this channel be your guide. ❤️
The last few days but especially last night and this morning I have been dealing with dizziness and hyper focused on my breathing for about 2-3 weeks. I am going to do what you suggested in this video to help. The trusting is a really hard thing for me to do, to trust that everything is going to be OK, trusting life in general, I wish it wasn't so hard.
Thank you for your videos, there is always one related to what I am going through and they help me so much ❤
This channel will guide, hope these anxiety symptoms subside soon.
This is me lately. How are you doing now if you don't mind me asking?
Dizziness always accompanies nausea and and lightheaded, hollow chest feeling. It’s hard to describe, but There it is. Lord help me!! Thanks for the vid.
Very welcome, much love.
We love you Dennis 🙌
Love you back.
My symptoms:
Chest squeezing, that can be under my heart or in the center and I will get dizzy with it.
I get these random sharp pinches in my head and in the same spot.
I feel like my neck is always tight and I will get the occasional lump in the back of my throat and dry mouth. I even recently started to get a metallic taste. Hard to sleep most nights because my mind is all over and as I am drifting off to sleep I wake up like I can’t breath (over and over). Then I stress I have to take something then I’ll really never be able to sleep again. 😢
All of this usual makes my mind start to go all over the place and I fear I’m dying. But it goes away after awhile when I’m away from everything and everyone and I can relax. I worry most about not being here for my 3 young boys and wife.
I have recently become very overwhelmed by everything and stumbling upon these videos have helped some. I went through this last year and never fully recovered but was much better than it recently hit me again. I have massive worry about my health. I feel alone and I’m scared a lot.
You’re far from alone here, in this community you are understood, much love.
Same here
wow same here! been feeling these symptoms exactly, you're not alone. I also worry about my health alot and I also have a family. These symptoms do come and go for me so when they do come back I'm certain that it's just anxiety and it makes me feel better knowing that. Like i said, you're not alone and i hope you're able to overcome this.
How are you feeling now?
Man I had all this it went away now 5 years later it comes back , it’s very manageable as I have an understanding of what’s going on but next week my wife it’s going away for 5 days and I’ll be alone with my 10 8 and 6 year old sigh . Help me god to not panic infrint of my kids
Dizziness and heart palpitations! These insights and hacks are so helpful. Thank you.
Glad to hear it :)
Hi there can identify with all the anxiety that you mentioned, very helpful. Did anybody experience tinnitus with the dizziness. Many thanks for your wonderful video's.
Yes I get tinnitus aswell as dizzy I have to pop my ears all the time and then it goes
My anxiety comes from worrying about the future. It got worse when I turned 50.
There may be a fear there connected to this age group and what the future may hold. I’d begin focusing on all the things to look forward to and the privilege of old age.
I suffer from dizziness and constantly checking my ❤!!
This video will shine some more light on the anxiety dizziness issue: ruclips.net/video/AitFoyjX_Tk/видео.html

Hi Dennis i have the head symtoms now. I love your video's it helpt me a lot to understand my problems thnx men
I'm glad, keep up the anxiety recovery.
Hi Dennis. I get head and nose pressure, its scary, had my Blood pressure and heart checked,.all fine. Any advice on how to get rid of this. I've had anxiety on and off for years. All the best to you and everyone reading this.
I have been dealing with health anxiety since 2019, it was bad then and eventually I got out of it, but within the last 4 months my health anxiety has come back again and worse. I keep having doctors appointments and everything always comes back normal but I still don't feel well. It lead to me googling my symptoms, which I shouldn't do, and it made me so much worse in the last month where I had to call off of work for this past week and I've been so scared to leave my house on the slight chance that I won't feel well. I've started to go to therapy for help and have been listening to meditations before I go to sleep or whenever I feel my anxiety flares up and it helps tremendously :) my main symptom I've been feeling is dizziness and I know the more anxious I am the worse I feel it. I was able to surpass this once and I can do it again!
I’ve watched this a few times. It’s really helpful and the symptoms are all related to how I’m feeling. ❤ xxxx
Glad to hear it, enjoy the channel :)
I have gotten like tunnel vision… anxiety?
Light headed every day
One of the best anxiety symptom videos out there!
Kind words thank you.
Dizziness, chronic fatigue, aches/pains/stiffness/rigitidy, heart concerns, anxiety.
Wow, every single one, from manual! Each one of those symptoms also connect to a variety of health concerns enheancing hypochondria.
Thanks for the info! It's awesome.
Very welcome, enjoy the channel.
Have u been to doc
I’ve really had my anxiety under control lately but we lost my father in law last week and I’ve been dealing with a lot of new anxiety symptoms. Dizziness has been the hardest one this time it absolutely freaks me out and keeps me from doing anything which is just making me feel worse
Sorry to hear, keep up your progress. ❤️
Yep. Now I dont trust anybody. Louise Hay was a beautiful soul. You're great
You get it!
Have diagnosed GERD/ Dyspepsia mostly under control with medication and diet but with every flare up there is such anxiety that there is almost panic and some depression. This is still problematic despite SSRIs and anti anxiety med. So exhausting to spend life this way.
You are not alone.
Dealing with this now. What are your symptoms when there is a flare up?
deff me. When I saw young I DID trust my life. As I got older, I stopped trusting it.
Yes!!!!
I don’t trust the process of life!
😵💫😵💫😵💫 feel so discombobulated with scattered thoughts. Even though I don’t get panic attacks anymore, some days it’s very difficult to focus on what people are saying. Some days I swear people are speaking a different language. Nothing computes.
I thought I kicked anxiety to the curb.
But it surfaces in different ways in realizing.
Dizziness and rapid heart beat. All the others I have manged to over come due to your vides and anxiety health course. (Not completed yet) Honestly have seen such a difference in a matter of weeks. Can't thank you enough for that! Still struggling with the Dizziness and questioning if it's anxiety related. Could be DDDP or neck related so taking the steps to get this sorted.
Thank you for everything though Dennis. Honestly changed my life for the better and not just with anxiety. The being more present, loving myself and just a complete life style change.
We are more than anxiety ❤️
Also like to add right eye twitching since the dizziness. Assuming it's because of my nervous system is taking a beating from all the stress and worry. Ever heard of eye twitching?
I get eye twitching as well as the other symptoms you listed. Working on it and improving every day.
@@nicholasvalente2315 mines pretty calm today but some days it can really annoy me! Like non stop from when i wake till i sleep. Have you found anything specific that helps?
@@gingernutz6719 just trying to manage stress and do all the things talked about in these videos. Exercise, meditate, talk to a therapist, eat healthy, get good sleep, etc. Also stopped drinking caffeine and limiting alcohol.
@@nicholasvalente2315 yeah currently on the same path as yourself. Doing all them daily. Gone from 4/5 coffees a day to non was difficult but I feel better for it.
Continue what you are doing and you'll be yourself again! Stay strong 💪🏻
Dizzy / off balance: worse when I’m holding my breath and holding tension in my neck and shoulders. I can certainly see how it relates to a negativity bias. Overwhelm for sure - too much stimulation.
Yes, all perpetuating the feeling of threat Lisa.
I have noticed that when my neck and shoulders are tight then it compresses the right bloodflow to brain somehow and that causes dizzy/off balance feeling. Also holding breath can cause dizziness, so all these little harmless things combined make us feel bad and that cause more anxiety and panicky situations. Everything is good actually, just accept these things, take deep breaths daily and get massage or heat bags to your tensed shoulders.. it helps me a lot.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you so much
Very welcome Amanda, thank you for your email as well as you go through the program.
This is from Louise Hay’s book ‘You can heal your life’. 😊😊But it’s true! I also find that internal conflict causes dizziness.
I just want to let you all know that I dealt with 4 years of chronic dizziness after a buildup of stress. (PPPD and MDDS) but I healed myself through nervous system regulation and a hell of a lot of inner work❤
You’re not stuck this way!
Hi Dennis,
I am new to your channel. Unfortunately I have suffered with Chronic anxiety all of my adult life, I am now 65. Somehow I have managed to work, but with a great deal of difficulty. I have never trusted the process of life, and I have always been concerned with my physical health, and my ability to earn. I currently have Pneumonia, and I am waiting for the results of a Chest x-ray. If the Pneumonia doesn't kill me then the waiting for the results of the Chest x-ray just might.
During my life I have had every symptom you could mention, and symptoms I live with every day. Sometimes I am able to live with these symptoms and sometimes I just want to shout out how unlucky am I to have to put up with so much pain. I am pleased to have found your channel, and I hope you will be able to help me in some way.
Kindest regards
Kevin
Please implement the reframing and meditation practices on this channel Kevin, I believe they will help with all fears known and unknown.
Me too exactly the same l am 72ys started at 18ys. when I was young they did not know about panic attacks and anxiety l was mentally ill
I am approved of by all of life. All is well. I am safe.
I suffer from headaches, dizziness, chest pain, my body like starts to tremble all over which I can't stop and the worst one for me at the moment is impending doom feeling and that huge sudden rush of fear and like im gonna die any second, have you done a video on impending doom? 😢 your health anxiety affirmations video I listen to daily though
Keep up the progress Cleo.
Started Prozac 3 weeks ago. One panic attack in that time. I usually get on and watch a video or two from Dennis ( if i can) and I am able to calm and go on with my day. Most recently I've had what feels like a full body flush of warmness and tingling. I try to feel it and let it pass. It's unnerving.
since i had a concussion 4 years ago, (ball in the back of the head) with very hard symptoms to go through, i now have lingering symptoms that frustrate me so much and dont let me be myself for a long time, and i think those are not from concussion anymore but my nervous system got very sensitive after that, so i think anxiety or periods withnmore stress might trigger these symptoms i have, which are mostly: ringing in the ears, nauseated, feeling dizzy/unbalanced, one of my ears will randomly get extremely hot...they last sometimes 1 week, sometimes 3 days, sometimes a month... it has been debilitating my sense of being able to live life normally...Thank you for all that you do for all of us!
It’s so hard going through this because life does not slow down around you. I’ve called out of work the last 3 days. I have bills to pay. So it just snowballs my stress.
This anxiety is bondage we need to understand more soooooo we could overcome it I noticed that not paying attention to it always helps because what you don't feed dies in other words when you get it don't think about it so much.
The part where you mention not feeding into it is so crucial.
Yup that has worked before in the past. I remember I stopped thinking about it and it went away so fast like it was never even there in the first place. But you have to be mentally strong to be capable to do that because it's easier said than done for sure. I give myself a lot of tasks during the day so that I don't have to think about anxiety and that has helped me a whole lot. I have an app where I give myself so many tasks to do and I check them off once I'm done with them, that works!!!
I have trouble trusting the process of life. My grandmother told me to let life happen.
Yess dizziness is my main issue and aching muscles
Such common symptoms of anxiety yes
In my experience, most people dont care or even want to listen. And sometimes you lose friends just talking to them. Noone can get this unless they go through it.
I've been having dizziness anxiety and perpetuation especially around parts of my cycle
