yeah, i think they are cool looking but they dont fit the car. they look too retro. would fit nicely on something like an old golf gti or an old BMW
Nice little vid. Not sure about the wheel choice, but saying that I'm not sure if their big break kit will fit the stock rims. Also is it a cat back exhaust or a GPF back exhaust on that thing?
These wheels are 17’s, so the brakes will certainly fit behind standard wheels 👍
I believe it’s cat-back, though as I said it’s a pre-production part so not 100% certain. Keep an eye on Mountune’s site 👍

Been waiting for ages for what that exhaust would sound like, as I love the tips! I'm a bit disappointed with the sound, doesn't sound much different or louder than mine stock with m235 too...
Sadly a video can never truly portray the sound of an exhaust, nor the loudness. Trust me when I say it’s a lot louder and has a deeper, richer note with added raspiness at the top end. Would highly recommend it if you have the 235 kit 👍
@@BOTBreviews Thanks, I believe that. I would end up getting it anyways, it's the only cat-back on the market that I like, looks OEM+ (as usual from anything Mountune).
140kW/t is a nice number considering it only has 3 cylinders. It can play with JCW Mini's now.
Pricing is getting up there, there's a couple of interesting options in that bracket.
Maybe not so for the Fiesta but I have not had a good history with Ford build quality over the last 30 years.

Wheels are horrendous imo. Interested in the brake upgrade on mine, as personally I don’t feel the standard ones are good enough anyway.
They are awful I agree! Brakes are good enough for road use I feel but not for track! I’ll mod my ST once Ford Warranty expires

How does it feel compared to Stock power? Does it feel like a ‘must have’ or just a nice bonus?
I took the plunge on it after initially saying I wouldn't whilst still in warranty. The answer is YES 100% it takes the cars performance from strong to blistering! So much torque and more urgent at the top end compared to stock! If they'd ever released a Fiesta RS, I'd imagine it would feel like this!

Right I need honest opinion I currently have a Astra J VXR with stage 1 running 317 bhp and just over 500 mutant metres and I fucking love it but due to covid etc and now having to take a pay cut to actually keep my job. Are these fiesta 1.5 3 cylinders better than the 1.6. I need to downgrade but I think the 1.6 is better than the 1.5. can I have someone else's opinion on this???
The ST in stock form is very economical, it also has cylinder deactivation and can run on two cylinders.. the vaux hot hatch range has never been economical,.especially when remapped.. even with the ST going to stage 1 with this mostly s/w remap, its pretty efficient..
The 3 cyl is a strong and economical engine
with the m235 kit will the maximum speed also change?
Absolutely yes, I believe will top out around 150mph.

Emanuele Marras I’ve been 147mph in mine m235 but had to slow down as I ran out of something space definitely believe it would make it to that speed maybe more

Hey, anyone runs M235 on completely STOCK fiesta st mk8?
(until I purchase intake, exhaust, decat ETC.)
As per Mountune, it is safe to run.
Let me know your thoughts.
It is safe to run without further modifications. However it is recommended that you run it with the intake as it helps the engine breath better. The other modifications would be more necessary with stage 2 or 3.

It's brand new ( registry jan/2021) with 5000 km on the clock.
Also as per mountune, the m235 ecu tuning alone is "reversable".
Or they can detect it at Ford service?
Would like this Mountune upgrade but too risky whilst car is in warranty and on PCP mind you, that’s not stopped most people ☹️

Mountune worst company ever. All parts are made by other companies which can be sourced cheaper. You are just paying for the Mountune logo. But don’t worry about that because what you want is probably out of stock. Also their maps are always detuned and safe and expensive for what you get in comparison to everyone else.
Yea right, at least we know it's not going to break like with other companies and the claimed figures are spot on in the dyno. Also, tell me where I can get this specific cat-back exhaust, big-brake kit and spoiler extension in stock and cheaper. Would like to know really.

They are much more expensive and you need spacers just like EVERY OTHER bbk out there, except one. Yes you guessed it, the Mountune one. Way to go, ruining the car's geometry that ford performance engineers mastered to perfection, just for some stupid spacers. And good luck changing wheels for trackdays and so on. If mountune is not for your wallet, shut up and GTFO. Fool.
