40-60 is a big improvement. It may not seem like a lot because it is hard to distinguish the difference of the 2

Subbed man this is epic, i have a gaming laptop that was running at around 90 fps in-game because it wasnt optimized but after this it was hitting 120 - 144 with no stutters

It actually works! No cap at all. I went from a fluctuating 30-40 FPS in BR to a solid 80 FPS! In creative its locked on 150 FPS at max settings! Great job man. Keep it up!

Btw I noticed that the resolution becomes really bad when I use the config. Any idea on how to fix it without affecting my FPS?
Actually in the config I have changed it myself, it’s cuz stretch res give you more FPS, but if you think your pc can handle better resolution then you can make it high (I’d recommend 1280x960)
About that. I tried changing the resolution in-game and I think it reset the configs. Now my graphics are great, but my FPS is trash. Any way I can improve the resolution in the config itself? Btw thanks for replying. Only a few content creators do that...

After watching soo much tutorials only this video helped. I went up from 20fps to 60. My game performance went up. No lag no stuttering it loads faster too. Thank you sooo much ❤

The most important step you probably missed is updating your gpu seriously gpu drivers have effects on the performance i used to get 30fps on manufacture drivers but after I updated i got 60fps with med settings (even though it can get more i capped it on 60 because that’s what my monitor can handle) other than that ur video is so useful thx so much brother ❤
I know that but most old drivers aren’t getting updated but thanks anyways 🔥
i have a intel igpu, and its discontinued so there are no drivers available

dont cap it most of the time to ur refresh rate tho, atleast keep it 1 lvl higher,like if u got 60hz go put 120 ingame, it reduces input delay,i got a 60hz monitor on my laptop but i run 200fps on creative
Yeah and then it also won’t get under the refresh rate of your monitor for example if you have 60 hertz you won’t get under 60 FP If you have set it 120 cuz then it’ll try to achieve 120

When I try to do the high performance thing, the only option it gives me is balanced and I tried the things you mentioned.
I think it means you can’t change it so just leave if and use ultra laptop plugged

This works really well I went from 30-60 fps to 75-110 in br but everytime I open Fortnite the resolution is very low and I have to change it all the time and settings don't save
Bro I made the resolution blurry myself 💀to maximise the FPS, but if you want you can use other stretch resolutions cuz your PC isn’t really low end, and then they’ll also be saved and you’ll also get more FPS than what you get know cuz then you’ll be using Stretch res to do that you’ll have to modify the config file you changed with the one I told you, it’s sounds complicated but it’s not really not, I hope this helps :)
This really worked before this configuration my PC ran at 60 70 fps, but after I did the step by step my fps went up to 120, the only problem is that when I enter the game my fps drops a lot sometimes I do 30 then it comes back Normally, in creative I do 120 normally but when I enter a public 1v1 map it drops a lot.
Yeah it happens with me as well, to fix it I just reduce my 3d resolution

QUICK TIP: in power plan you can choose ultimate performance by typing something on cmd, idk the code but it gives u faster performace then high performance
Yeah I know but idk if that’ll work or not I mean idk if it’ll give you better performance or not cuz if you laptop only allow high then it might only be high like it can’t go above high you get what I mean?
@@spiteskate I went to power plan and created a new plan but there was no option of performance. It only gave me settings to change display when charged/not and pc sleep when charged/not (Im on windows 11)

Ram is not everything maybe it’s because your other specs

I think it’s because u lowered the 3d resolution too much
The game actually depends on on ur cpu and gpu than ur ram
the FPS really improved from 12 to 60 but the quality is like pixels is there any solution to that without making the fps low again?

The only solution that I find out is that you have to change your resolution to 1280 x 720 and after put the resolution 3d to 100%.

yea i did but i found the problem actualy but it still lags a bit but its better that before when it is full screen it lags so much but when i made it like a smaller screen it didnt lag in the lobby but in game it did but it was better from before i get around 30fps in game but before i got 10fps @@spiteskate

I might be able to help you… you don’t have to do everything again, it’ll be a waste of time cuz you’re already doing everything, answer ,y question and I’ll let you know what you can do to make it better. Are you on a laptop? Are you using the config file step as well? And is your screen stretched? Cuz if it is stretched it means the config file has been applied but if it isn’t then it means you might’ve done something wrong… and also did you changed the resolution or something in the Fortnite settings menu?
