GHOSTS of Machu Picchu

The fog of Machu Picchu is of mystical legend. It is said it caries spirts of the lost Inca. As fog runs over this sacred site, spirits hunt for sleeping victims on its grounds. If the spirit finds someone sleeping it comes up through the ground and carries the person away into the fog. It is said that the only way to protect yourself from the spirits is to sleep on a mirror or reflective foil. Interestingly enough on the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, you can often find locals sleeping on reflective foil to protect themselves from these spirits. Personally I find the fog of Machu Picchu to be very beautiful, but it is interesting to see that some locals still believe in these legends. One interesting fact is that after only 100 years of living here, the Inca's vanished without a trace.

Interesting legend! I didn't hear about it before. But what I'm pretty sure is that our consciousness inhabits all type of matter, especially the places and things that belonged to us, but mostly, all those fragments remain "asleep", just moving matter occasionally as an automatic reaction without real awareness.
So, I can easily see how for example the last Inca who resisted the invasion could still feel attached to that place and keeps this protective "personality" with strangers.
And having fog encapsulating this place, I think it's the ideal matter where to "reincarnate" at night.
Unfortunately, if these stories have something of truth, these energies can't rest. From what I've studied myself (own personal investigation), it's almost sure this is a human who is now incarnated as a normal person but this highly disturbed side of them must be affecting their daily life in one way or another.
But how cool you're interested in these things! And everything presented in such high quality! Please keep doing things like these, it's not common. Everybody does the same and you guys bring a new view to everything. Even a bit of history is never told but I found myself emerged in your story and adds a new dimensionality to what you're presenting here.
