It’s a test ship for wows EU I do t play the lesta game, it is a pan-Asian cruiser based on buffalo but with different characteristics, and it’s work in progress and subject to change.

Marceau is a better all-rounder; fast and agile but with american gun arcs and anemic but useful torps. Khaba is a long range attention whore with armour that shatters most non-BB HE; fun but not always useful. Also don't go even vaguely broad within 14 K of an Elbing--it hurts
