Welcome back to Kels and John and to a special halloween vlog from Disney's Magic Kingdom!
In this video, we visit Magic Kingdom for the first time since the halloween decorations went up and it is Mickey pumpkin wreaths galore! Join us as we adventure around the Magic Kingdom and check out several of this year's Disney Halloween 2020 offerings!
We watch character cavalcades, the Cadaver Dans (loveee seeing the Cadaver Dans!!!), try four of this year's Magic Kingdom Halloween snacks including the rather strange Poor Unfortunate Souls Float, ride the Haunted Mansion, and check out all the Disney Halloween merch 2020!

Awww...I love Disney at Halloween! I think I like the impromptu cavalcades better than the regular parades it brings more spontaneity to the Magic Kingdom experience. You guys should definitely dress up and go back for more Halloween fun. Enjoy the video thanks again.

That was so much fun! It was almost like at daytime Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween party! Loved seeing the cavalcades and all the Halloween snacks! That line for Starbucks though!! Holy cow!
YES! That's exactly how it felt running around enjoying all the snacks and parades. But right?! We love a coffee to start our Disney days but that was out of control!

Halloweeny PlayxPlay - Starting off with the Dans....what a great way to begin the day! Fun fact, Happy Trails was written by Dale Evans, who was from Arkansas. I agree, those hanging wreaths are really neat. They'd look good around a light, over the dining table. I wonder if I can rig one up, without it looking too much like an advent wreath gone awry. Oh look, a Pooh Bee and Bobballs! Yay, more Dans! Work it, Anastasia. Do I sense a Powerline and Roxanne costume on the horizon? :-)
You clearly know us far too well - Powerline and Roxanne were our IMMEDIATE costumes of choice, I'm not even kidding lol. Hope we get a chance to visit again soon so we can do it! You should definitely try out the wreath idea! Let us know how it goes if you do!

What a beautiful day at MK!!! All those snacks look good, sometimes i tend to stay away from what sounds too sweet cause often time i feel like WDW over-does it on the sugar-y lol, I'm more of a savory snacker, but i do enjoy some of the sweets like Dolewhip and the carrot cake cookie! The Villain Cavalcade and the Cadaver Dans were amazing hahaha, sad that the Poor Unfortunate Soul Soft Serve wasn't up to par!! I was imagining it would taste more like sorbet-y i don't know why, or like those character frozen pops that the ice cream man sells. Lol the stepsisters are always a show hahahaha! - Anferne
So true! We don't snack all that often for the same reason but so glad we got to try that Haunted Mansion cake - would have that again!

The cadaver dans were so good! I was actually happy with the Halloween/Fall festivities! Very minimal, but still nice :)

I love the confectionary, but I always find myself wanting one of each. It's so hard to choose.

Magic kingdom, don’t do the carousel of progress as it’s probably busted again. Seriously like every second run it breaks in some fashion like stuck animatronics, music miscues, once the stage didn’t spin, even the dad animatronic lost his head once. It’s one tough ride to fix and even maintain. I saw the show myself a dozen time but every freakin time something goes wrong and we get the in show exit but hey it’s kinda fun when that happens. The only other issue was getting stuck on the Epcot signature ride in the sphere but it lasted about five minutes with the lights on. Still didn’t get the exit though.
Ah it happens! John enjoys CoP as a nap spot lol.

It is impossible not to smile during your vlogs! Love spooky season (Lanie likes to say "hurry back" while we are in the bathroom so we extra loved that snippet). Thanks for giving us a bit of the Halloween Disney magic! All that haunted mansion merch looked amazing - and of course your jacket!!! Lane and I are shopping vicariously through you! I don't know what it is about Disney merch but I want everything from the glass pumpkins to every single plush. All the characters are doing such an incredible job of making magic. Love Pecos Bill, even if the guac isn't unlimited in the taco bar any more hah. Do they always do boo to you during the parade at MK? Or is this special due to covid? Wonderful vlog! Aww you've gotta love Disney merch ESPECIALLY when it's cute halloween stuff! I had to limit myself to one item otherwise I'd have gone broke! They just introduced Boo to You for the Mickey cavalcade now it's halloween, otherwise it's just during MNSSHP each year. Thank you re the job - happy to report it's a case of so far so good! :)

Thank you Trisha! We’ve been fairly fortunate so far with park reservations honestly! Not sure how that might change as the parks up their capacity but we’ll see next time we decide to head to a park ☺️
Fab vlog, as usual. Always makes me smile. I love all the halloween/fall decorations and the characters dressed in their costumes is adorable. I think my fave is Pluto and Winnie the Pooh and friends. They should do them as plush's. Does it feel real yet that you can go to the parks pretty much whenever you want? P.s. love your dress Kelsey and is that Sebastian that I spied on your bag?
Thank you Zoe! They are all so cute it's hard to pick a favorite!!! Would LOVE to see some of them as plushes - Pooh as a honey bee would definitely be coming home with me! It definitely doesn't feel real, I think especially as we're not going a ton given our work schedules. Still very much a novelty when we get to visit :) It sure was Sebastian!!!

Thank you so much! We’re so happy we did it but appreciate it was easier for us given our circumstances than some. Significantly cheaper here than in NYC - you almost can’t compare! Such a different way of life!

Looks like social distancing is out the window.
Disney have definitely upped park capacity so there are pockets of business but the rides and seating areas are still very distanced.
