This movie means so much to me. I was 3 years old when the movie first released and my first core memory I ever remember having is seeing The Lion King in theaters with family. I vividly remember sitting on my dad's lap and watching the movie on the giant screen. And now, my daughter is 3 years old and I'm taking her to see it in theaters and it's gonna be her first movie in a theater. I'm crying as I type this just thinking about this movie and Disney and how it creates lasting memories you can pass on to multiple generations. Thank you Molly for this beautiful video!!!!
I saw the premiere of the Lion King in Radio City Music Hall. The opening Circle of Life literally made the entire audience gasp when it hit that final drumbeat. We all knew we were in for something special. Hard to believe that was 30 years ago! It’s nice to see your old partner in crime, Morgan in the video!

Seeing Lion King in a movie theater with my dad when I was 3 is the earliest memory I have. I distinctly remember getting there early and being very impatient to get the tickets and sit down. And once the movie did start, I also vividly remember getting up and dancing during “I just can’t wait to be king.” 😂 Flash forward 30 years and my middle kiddo watching it and dancing to the same song too. It made this mama have some feels 🥹😊
