  • Week One of training for 2024. The aim was to reintroduce speedwork without hurting myself.

    LSD, long slow distance, great for basic stamina. 18 km easy long run, Tops.

      Too right! It was glorious. I've really seen an improvement since being able to incorporate them fully in my training.
