Hey! Did you use any weighted calisthenics?
I can't even hold a tuck fl. But I will get there one day. This motivated me a lot! You did a lot of hard work there, man.
New calisthenic channel I've never heard of, but high quality content? Subbed for sure. I look forward to saying "i was with them when they only had 6k subs!" down the road. Keep killing it guys.
Great progress man, just shows how much hard work pays off. Can't wait until I hit my full backlever. #thegrind
Just made it to a three second flat back hold!
Edit: now at a 4 sec front lever hold with decent form
How about now ???
Height?
@@user-bq3yy4wk5s Sadly, I stopped training it, and last time I tried (last week) I am only able to hold the straddle for a couple of seconds.

Good one I find straddle to be easier than bent knee variations. Shows how everyone is different
loved this! :)
Thanks, great to hear!
Calisthenics is the maximum of strength and power expressed in bodyweight, I started my journey with Caliwer and I am achieving amazing results
Please have a front lever video! I really enjoyed the planche video and I plan on doing the same combination that you did. Really helpful and motivating!
Awesome to hear bro! Yes you should :)
Love ur vidss
Awesome to hear!

Amazing! Im currently on the flat back/straddle level. I've been training for the fl since april; your video gave me fucking much motivation to keep seeking my full fl! Tnx a lot

Great to hear! Thanks I think I will!

Great to hear bro! I'll do the frontlever method first. Then If I have time I will do the ab video as well!
straight as a pen!🙏💪
haha I wouldn't say that.. but soon I will be a PEN haha
Would be great if you guys did both skill training structure and six pack videos, and thanks for the great content guys, you are awesome 💪
Thanks for your feedback! We will!
At 61 I keep telling myself it's worth the struggle. I'm up to your hold around 4:10 and can hold for 15 seconds. Planning to do 3 x 15 second holds on this before progressing to next phase which for me will be extending on leg from there. All worth the struggle.
nice one mate
Im at my sec month, guess I need 3+ more months until I can do a full FL
Please show your Tips and record Tutorial video, amazing progress!
Thanks a lot!! I probably will👌🏼
Nice video!!! Thanks!! How should the step-by-step progression look like for the press-handstand? (either with bend or straight arms)?
Hope to see your tutorial videos 💪
Awesome to hear bro! The Tutorial video is now live ;) ruclips.net/video/q8beCO1W_OE/видео.html
Bro..great tips thanks a lot. Bro just a small advice, your physique is excellent. Just add more trap thickness for a perfect body... cheers
Thanks for the tip 💪💪💪
awesome video. i would suggest trying (if possible) to use gymnastics rings. The bar is going to feel like a piece of cake afterwards.
That's a good tip. Let's try it out today!
No it wouldn’t be any different
Dope
Nice video again very good quality you Guys deserve way more subscribers when you started training front lever was your only training excercise the tuck front lever hold or did you do more progression excercices
Thanks so much Stan! Yes at first I started with the tucked hold but as I trained I noticed that the core muscles needed more attention so I implemented lots of static core exercises!
Can you do a video about the exercises that you did to achieve the front lever ?
i hope you will work to get and show the perfect form of PL and FL....
Pls make a video of the exercises for the front lever :)
We will do very soon!!
gekke man!
Clean work bro!
Btw, where did you got those dip bar @6:04 ? Anyone knows ?
You can get bars like that on the site of streetgains. If you use our code CALIFAM10 you will get a 10% discount.
Wait so what type of workout do you mainly focus on for this besides tucks, one leg and straddle
Nice video...I can hang leg raise, tuck hold & 1-leg front lever, right now...can't really hold both feet in the front lever. Still practicing though. I need to practice it more frequently. I like how U come down slow from on top of the bar, I dont think I can do that, I will try it today. Anyway, any video breaking down the front lever, from start to finish will be helpful.
Sounds good bro! I've actually always come down from on top of the bar! That's one of tips that I can give you already!
Going down from top of the bar is a good idea, because you are practicing a negative muscle up at the same time. I will do this also when i practice front lever, great video.
The thing is not only to achieve it but to hold it. And I think most people give up after 2 years
Yes that's true.. I'm having struggles now to add more seconds, but I just need to keep working on it!
Love your videos!!!
I'm currently training handstand (4 Months now decent holds) and V-Sit (4 Months 4 sec hold in like 60 degrees angle)
But my question is: Should I start learning the MU first or the Front Lever?
you should definately do it
Awesome to hear! Thanks for the support
Your clock runs faster than mine :-D
Anyway, respect: you have a reputation, and it's brave to show your weaknesses in public. :-)
Thanks mate, here to show you guys everything. 💪🏼
💙💙💙🔥🔥🔥
What dip bars do you use? The yellow ones?
I could do back lever easily, but front lever is a tough cookies.. can't even hold front tuck version for 20 second... OMFG...! Each skill is a different beast.
@2:14 ...thats me right now...but im not gonna give up!!!
Great video, two questions tho 2:43 (one legged fl) and 3:11 is also one legged fl but the knew is more near the body. Which one is the one legged FL?
One legged FL is the one where one leg is extended all the way and the other one is in an advanced tuck position!
six pack front lever video and make how to get really low if we get body fat most in the lower belly
Thanks I will in the future! The Tutorial video is now live ;) ruclips.net/video/q8beCO1W_OE/видео.html

Do you have a link / name for the yellow dip bars shown in the vid 4:33
Parallete/dip bar. I actually use an old person walker as parallel bars but it shakes a lot lol. Rings are a must buy as well
How long did it take you from each progression to the next one?
With this video i noticed i've never work straddle or thé next step
One leg to full, but i have Always working with elastic
Awesome video! Have you had your bodyfat level measured by DEXA scan? I bet your body fat is super low!
No never.. I will do one day ;)
Make sure you do it before your body fat gets any higher!
What is the music at 6:38,btw good job man

👌🏼👌🏼
Have you ever felt right shoulder pain towards the end of your front lever workouts? Also I feel right hip pain when attempting the straddle
Hi from indonesia.. how many exercise i can do it for a week ???
what skills/moves did you learn in your 1st year of calisrhenics?
i can only do an L sit on the ground, muscle up, pullover.
im learnin to hanstand
During the first year we both (Michael & Yannick) focussed on the Muscle up, the Handstand and the Backlever. After 1 / 1.5 year I started on the frontlever and planche!
im trying to go from handstand to L sit, i'm improvin 1 day, ore success by the end of the year at least 20k subs
Hell yeah dude you'll get it! I've been doing calisthenics for 11 months myself. My training's focus has been handstands so I can swap between L-Sit & Handstand back and forth already, but I'm awful at muscle ups. So in my opinion there's no level you "should be at", it's a matter of what you've put your time into. I personally just want to specialize at handstands and planche so while I train everything else, I don't as much as those two components.
Many claim they do it in 1 month.
I train now *4 months* & i think i need another *2*
Cheers from bali🌴
awesome, best of luck!
@@CalisthenicsFamily thank you btw i am *55*
Also, can U do fat burning rountine??? I need to lose, this belly...my diet has been decent over the pass year...with couple of hiccups along the way, but I'm doing ok...
Yeah I'm thinking about doing a follow along fat burning routine!
How many times a week should u train it
How what is your height and weight?
Is that the same music Chris Heria uses in his videos?
yes could be indeed 💪
nicht schlecht woher kommt ihr denn?
Yeah do a six pack vid
Sounds good!
Man, I’ve got a problem, I can hold the One Leg for 8 seconds with perfect form, but when I try with the other leg I can’t even hold it for one second! What should I do?
I had the EXACT same problem mate! You need to open your hips! So you need to go back to the advanced tuck variation and try to bring your knees furhter away from the bar like I do in the video!
one leg is not very helpful checkout artem morozov vid
True! That's something I learned during my journey as well. Like I said. You need to open the hips piece by piece
!
@@hodenbacke55555 One leg is helpful if you do it correctly. The correct one is more like an advanced tuck but you bring one leg out.
Hi I have a question how many rest did you take between your Adv. tucked and how many time did you trained your front lever in a week :)
Hey Bro! I depends on the training and my week. I'll will discuss that in the tutorial video!
Calisthenics Family ok thank you 😄
