Hi do you know if this pen has pressure sensitivity? I have this and I was about join a course for digital illustration with active pen. But they asked me if my pen is pressure sensitivity so I don’t know anything about that. Please do you have any idea about it. I bought this pen for illustration but I’m taking it to next level which is digital painting.
Hi! I got the same pen recently and I wanted to ask if you should press hard enough to activate the writing, because I found that sort of frustrating whenever I write and the skipping lines start to show unless I press it against the screen
Hey, I think pressing hard will not help, you will just damage your screen. I do experience that when I try to write in word, but I have never encountered that problem when I am writing on OneNote. I would highly recommend OneNote, it is more effective than Word. Hope that answers your question :)
@@a____b1000 No didn't, apart from the fact that I unticked the box that stated show cursor, as it was annoying for me. Other than that all of my pen settings are the way it was initially :)
@@a____b1000 yeah, same for me. if I just slide the pen lightly on top of the screen or in an angle it won't paint anything and that's not very useful for writing. I'm not sure if it's the laptop (Inspiron 7000 2in1) or what cause my friend tried it with an hp and worked fine...:S
Hi marzie, have you used an iPad or a Samsung S-pen previously? I'ld like to buy that pen, but I'm worried if I'll frustrate with my expectations which are to be something similar to these pens.
Hii @Formiga, I have used both, I think that they are all similar in quality, but I like working on laptops with big screens instead of tablets :) hope that helps. with the dell pen, it can be frustrating to use sometimes, overall i would buy it over the apple or s-pen

That is why I never buy electronic products off Amazon always buy from the original website or any well-known electronics retailers like curry’s pc world if you’re in the uk or Best Buy if you’re in the us

what laptop do you have? make sure the batteries are inserted correctly, and ensure your laptop is not on low power, click the button the pens a few times and see if its connected to your settings :)
It typically doesn't, you have to buy it separately, but some large famous electronic shops sometimes do bundles where you can get a discount on the pen when you buy a dell laptop something like that, so do ask the shopkeeper to see if there are any offers on:) Hope that helps

yes it does have pressure sensitivity but you can adjust it in the settings:)

hi, it could be the wrong pen or laptop, one is not compatible with the other or there is no battery in the pen.

with this pen you don't need to register it, it automatically activates itself, because it's a new edition
