Utahs an incredibly unique state. It's culture isn't like anything else anywhere. They get stuff done and the players playing for UHC actually look like they're having fun. It's been a job for a long time and the fun goes away once it becomes that, but they seem like they're around infectiously happy people that makes it enjoyable to be around when in so many other places in the world, people treat you like it's every man for himself. Utahs different, instead it's: How can I help you. Everywhere else it's the paranoia blanket where nothing gets done because there's fear of everything: - I don't know you so I don't care - No, because you'll sue me - What's your angle, are you gonna rob or hurt me. Not in Utah. It's a place unlike any other and I would wadger as time goes on and things get more comfortable and UHC finds its identity, the Florida Panthers have a Panther that roars after a goal is scored, if they're the Utah Yeti, it could be a snarling Yeti. Just to the North in Boise, fans still do the old "He shoots, he scores! Hey goalie you suck" with the Idaho Steelheads. Congrats to Utah. I believe they have the perfect environment for hockey and will do great. Bettman needs to expand the league. Houston and Quebec for the 2025-2026 season, and then Atlanta and Phoenix for the 2026-2027 season. Of course, Phoenix will have to have a legit arena deal in place.
