- We just finished a 7 night Alaskan Cruise on the Disney Wonder in Sept 2022, and we had to share our Glacier Day with you, so check out this Disney Cruise vlog! We hide cruise ducks for the first time, we get all the pictures with Mickey, Minnie, and the whole gang in their Alaska outfits, and we get to see freezing away the night for the first time! Disney Cruise Line is so much fun, from Cabanas, to the shows, the merch, and of course Disney trivia. We are sharing our whole Disney cruise with you! I bought 3 packages of those Disney ducks to hide on our first DCL cruise ever….we were on the Wish last month. I left them all at home!

For the royal gathering, we were able to book it 30 days out. I had that going in one tab while I did our online check-in.

What camera did you use for scenery videos like the glacier?? Looks like exactly the type of video we want quality wise…not necessarily to vlog, but more for our memories and such. Love the work you guys do!!
Well first thank you for the kind words. That camera is an older Canon we have from when we first started years ago. It's a Canon Rebel SL2. We mainly use it for photography now so that's why we had it for the glaciers

Do you remember how long the time frame was for the characters? I think you had said Mickey started at 11, did the whole process of all the characters last a few hours or was it only for a certain time in the morning?
One of my priorities is to get a picture with Donald.
They each came out twice I believe. So you have a few hours with them. It is all on navigator on the app, makes it very easy to plan it out

Hey :) are the shops open during glacier day?
Oh man, I really cannot remember. I want to say they were, but we were up top for glaciers and characters and then on our balcony when we got close to the glacier so I cannot say with 100%. Sorry
