I agree with the coment bloogrss. This work should be taken in in the common repertoir for the instrument. One can compare this concertino with the concertiono from Crusell.
I wish the sheet music was more accessible. This would make not only a great piece to perform, but also a great piece for me to play for college music school auditions. Give the judges something they've never heard before. It would be a refreshing change from the usual Mozart concerto, Saint Saëns sonata, or the Vivaldi concerti
I feel the same way! This is such a special piece and I would love to play it in a college audition setting. I'll have to ask Ronnes if I can get a copy and possibly use it as recital material. Let me know if you find the score!
Quite interesting I never heard of this piece before. Some belcanto influence is also evident here as well. Too sad the bassoon part is rather generic, orchestral episodes are more fun. Thanks for posting
Peter Von Winter deserves more attention than he gets. His work is fresh, accessible, and there's no reason why concert audiences wouldn't love it.

Fantastische Musiker Laslo Hara
Yes. This was something amazing. What a melody. It was a very beautiful work Super bassoonist and super orchestra as well.. Thanks for uploading.
What a lovely work that all bassoonists should champion-it is charming and even bold...
Mr Von WInter is full of surprises...
Ещё один гениальный ученик великого Сальери.
Браво, маэстро Петер фон ВИНТЕР!
Адажио - подлинный шедевр.
Thanks for sharing this gem with us!
Thanks 🙏
Very well orchestrated with excellent themes!
Really suave and delightful.
I would love to hear Von Winter in a concert one day. It's a shame he's not known

You could ask Robert Ronnes (he's here on RUclips) for the score. He restored and recorded the second Concertino and he could have also this piece.

Нотки надо будет поискать!
An basún go brách!
No es bueno el sonido pero sí lo es la música
