Never met one who was a badass when he thought we might not adhere to "rules of engagement" or the restrictions they thought we might not follow. I know they exist just didn't meet one. You're almost right. But it's not usually rivals of other groups. It's usually just "fellow students" getting trained.. whoever lives, is considered stronger for the Cartel.

1thing I learned from my army service was the government doesn't care until it affects them personally. once they start to look bad then they act and usually by that time it's getting a bit late.things are harder to resolve why not act as soon as the problem arises catch it early and you will save lives and money.

I disagree with you on that. ISIS most likely would have existed anyway. If you listen to the interviews with ISIS members, they were firmly convinced that what they were doing was what God wanted them to. In fact, setting up the whole caliphate is mentioned in the Quran before the prophet Muhammad returns.

The only mistake the US did is in 2003 when the US occupied my country Iraq our army was dissolved and our borders were left open free for all and then Bush went on tv saying “ we will fight terror in Iraq” so the US convert my country into a battleground also divided the country religiously by bringing enemies of the people to roll in Iraq. Look I can keep on but it a lot of mistakes you calling it that I call it crimes because people died and us troops also lost their lives for nothing especially when Obama pulled out of Iraq and two thirds of the country were under isis.
