When putting the LS3 head on the 6.0 liter block, the head chamber is wider than the 4 inch bore. Nobody makes offset dowells to Stop the block from presenting a ledge to the incoming Air Flow, maybe you guys could pay that some attention.
I've always wondered how a 28x10.5 would look on a OBS truck, it looks good and fits well. Would be nice to see how much frame clearance and outer fender clearance you have for future reference. I am enjoying the build. Thanks for sharing it
@JimmyDaleRacing with NX is the man you need for your nitrous wants. Love this OBS content whenever y’all want to put it out. I’m ready to see this thing lift the front tires! 🇺🇸
Hey I am a huge fan of everything that you build. I have also been a Motion Raceworks customer since day one. An I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have bought an if there ever was a problem your guys customer service is top notch. I would lov3 to come work with motion to tske the soical media an youtube channel I have endless experience building and growing RUclips channels from Friends channels to my own and at the core of everything I'm a die-hard car guy a drag racer to the Core and I have a job with motion raceworks I would be so happy I would work 7 days a week 20 hours a day cuz my grandpa always told me can you find a job you love you'll never work a day in your life. Well hope this gets read
Outstanding! Glad to find out MR is still here... funny how a couple of times now... wtf? What? Notifications and sub turned out nada. On another note, love TBM! Respectfully, Seth
There's just a whole bunch of cool stuff under this pickup we'll start with the headers gas tank the whole rear end setup definitely can't wait for her first pass
I was way off! My stock 95 C2500 is 4850. Good job on the weight reduction! If feel like I'm rambling now but each comment gets you like 1⅛ of a penny I heard! Have fun! Also pretty sure Gage B do something once or twice 😅
My first vehicle was the same color but a longbed Cheyenne. It was basically a w/t. I eventually put steelies and glory rings, lowered it with side pipes, and a small block. Very fun truck, I put 5 4l60e's in it. Sold it to a young man for his first truck!!! I wanted 2k for it and after talking with him and his father I talked myself down to 900$ it was a humbling experience.
You needed a better builder! I’ve had my 4L60E behind a 650hp 496ci BBC that pulls the wheels on a 95 Sierra SLE stepside weighing in at 4200lbs for 3 years now with ZERO trans issues👌🏼 And that’s with only $275 worth of parts, not counting the converter…
I have a couple ideas first if you guys don't already make them how about a Motion Raceworks blower hat and my second idea, build a Mega Truck with nothing but Motion Raceworks parts.
Does that monster have a roll cage ? Might be necessary if it goes quicker than 9.90 , which it will ! Such a cool project, looking forward to the next installment.
Why would you attach the pump to a major heat source such as a head next to the exhaust poet on the head. Bad idea truthfully, and it doesn't matter if it's for just a nanosecond, it still transfers heat. Rule of thumb learned from the hvac trade, and that's the fact that cold flows to hot. Meaning that hot absorbs the cold, because cold is drawn to heat, and aluminum is a excellent source for absorbing heat transfer.
Can you please tell me the manufacturer of the banding table that you banded cleetus and his packs in my company has been looking for a tool like that please 🙏
*Question* I recently got a 94 mustang gt with a Vortech V2 Supercharger motor is built for it according to previous owner. However I'm noticing an odd quirk which has me concerned, it is a methanol car running on ethanol free 93 octane and under hard pulls I am getting back pressure into the catch can leading to it blowing oil out (yes I've emptied it) and it's also blown the dipstick out as well. Any and all tips greatly appreciated, I'm concerned I know what the issue is but I don't want to do what I'm sure I will
I’m running a trans cooler under the car like this, do you run a temp switch on them or do you just have them wired to turn on all the time? Love the videos 👍
Seems that filling a trans would cause it to slow down, if the fluid is getting into all the spinning bits, lol. I’ve seen it on stock cars cause issues, but I don’t work on race cars that much. I guess if your running dumps and such it could use the extra fluid.
I have no idea WHY he was pumping it, but no. The throttle body only flows air. It didn't pool any fuel anywhere. (I know this is an 11 month old question, but it was being ignored and looked sad. ;) )
I have seen some crazy guy way south of you who lives close to a track, maybe he can pull some strings and get you guys the track time you need to dial it in. Just keep a close eye on him, he is a very loose unit...nice guy but he skids everything.....lol
Bad dude Donnie Hagar!! Green Vega goes crazy!
The patina matched wing is the icing on the cake

Need to make relief cuts. Like mark iv 396
The funny thing is GM put the square port heads on some 6.0L my L77 has a LS3 top end on the aluminum 6.0 block from the factory.
@@horsefly1020yep g8 gt caprice ppv come to mind
That fuel sump deal you guys came up with is a great idea!
You guys have a chance to make a GOOD set of ls headers for the obs. There is only two options really and they aren't that great.
That view outside the bay door of the corn field and silo’s would be a perfect background setting for a photo shoot with the Ol OBS work truck!
I've always wondered how a 28x10.5 would look on a OBS truck, it looks good and fits well. Would be nice to see how much frame clearance and outer fender clearance you have for future reference. I am enjoying the build. Thanks for sharing it
Derek (VGG) really put the shine on this truck. Good luck at Sick Week!
Derek @VGG just did an awesome job on this truck. Im so happy to hear he will be driving it for sick week.
Nice work on the headers guys!
@JimmyDaleRacing with NX is the man you need for your nitrous wants. Love this OBS content whenever y’all want to put it out. I’m ready to see this thing lift the front tires! 🇺🇸
I wondered what happened to that truck. Glad to see it again!

Gage is a bad man behind the wheel if a bracket car. Would be awesome to see him enter the truck in a big money bracket race 😎🤓
This thing absolutely needs patina vinyl 632 SS stickers on the back of the bed sides!
Outstanding! Glad to find out MR is still here... funny how a couple of times now... wtf? What? Notifications and sub turned out nada.
On another note, love TBM! Respectfully, Seth
Love it! The engine sounds super healthy! Awesome build!
Very helpful video in so many ways
It always makes me happy to see an Operator shifter! Nice work, guys
16:46( maybe ready to pop off) you jinxed yourself bud!!😂
My favorite truck they take a beating and still keep going. Well the stalk one that is
This is a pretty cool project 👌🏻 🤘🏻
That sump idea is perfect for what I need!!!
There's just a whole bunch of cool stuff under this pickup we'll start with the headers gas tank the whole rear end setup definitely can't wait for her first pass
I totally figured about 3400lbs...awesome truck and look @ all that e-85 sitting in front of you
I have been in the “Andy in the engine bay position” in mine more than a few times 😂
There are no box bracket guys laying down packages you can only dream of.
Orange zip ties are my favorite
I would requisition a 50 pack
You can make crazy cool wiring looms from them

Sounded Crisp Great Video
I wasn’t real sure where you were then I saw the corn and knew it wasn’t Florida lol
Nothing to it but to do it!!

Please send to me in Australia!! Cheers legends
Fookin crazy awesome content AZ all g my bradas keep up the cool work ALOHA FROM HONOLULU AL MANOA VALLEY 😊
Awesome!!!!
Flames out the throttle body means it's on upside-down, right? Point the fire in the engine! :p
Beast mode!
I have a 1992 GMC Sonoma sle. Soon make it a sleeper at least with 600, 700 horsepower to have some fun in the streets.
Gage Burch is a baaaaaad dude. I think he could win races on a bicycle.
Fuckin badass Chevy truck!!! I love it!!🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲💪💪💪
awesome video, and slick setup but your killin me smalls with "in a few weeks"
U gonna take this thing to sick summer so i can see it? Im excited to finally come to a sick event!
Idk how or when missing paint, dents, and rust holes became cool. It’s a shame to put such nice parts in a pile. Like they say - it takes all kinds
Hey guys great truck! Can you please tell me who made the front wheels your using? Keep making build content it is awesome.
Plazmaman front feed intake manifold so it will fit under factory hoods.
Sounds good 👍👍
Support
need some svt lightning parts brother🙌🏽
More!
This truck would look sweet if you got somebody good at airbrushing put your logo on it do a theme with the patina don’t go crazy on the body
Let’s go!
Please bracket race this truck!!!!!
Will the filter being mounted to the head absorb a lot of heat on longer drives? Or being billet it will dissipate fast enough?
Does that monster have a roll cage ? Might be necessary if it goes quicker than 9.90 , which it will ! Such a cool project, looking forward to the next installment.
11.49 or quicker is the sanctioned track rule
Nitrous Express for the W
Hell yeah boiizzz!
What front suspension set up are y'all running? Id like to set my truck up the same.
I second that!
Just yesterday I was thinking, what is Motion up too?
Big Block Chevrolet Power……Amen🏁🏁
Where’s the A/C and power steering for those long drives if Ricky mountain race week ?
What is the front suspension set up on the truck? Who makes it?
Might need to at least cut the rust off the cab corners, so it don’t shake it in front of the tire.
Why would you attach the pump to a major heat source such as a head next to the exhaust poet on the head.

Lighter than I was thinking by 500 pounds
My 1993 weighs 3900 lbs with a small block.
Are those Billet Specialties front runners that match the rear M/Ts so well? What size please…diameter & width 🤔
How much for the entire build if I were to buy everything you’ve done to the truck.
Maybe the half gallon of fuel that was being sprayed every time it was cracked open lol
Those headers are sexy looking!
I'm still watching but trass cooler fan a pusher or puller?
Can you please tell me the manufacturer of the banding table that you banded cleetus and his packs in my company has been looking for a tool like that please 🙏
Who love to win that dragstrip one mile feom my home
U put a 10 carrot diamond in turd good job boys
I say it's going to be about a 8.50 ET
Is it not a concern mounting the fuel filter to the head and it heating the fuel itself?
Plug and Pray
Jimmy dale can get you all of the nitrous
cool
My guess was 3564. Can't wait to see it rip. 🤙
What seat mounts on the stock seats? Are you still using the adjuster?
LEAVE THE KEY

Why didnt you center the motor from the get?
Not all 4500 plates will work. It's technically a 6500 throttle body. Also, tread lightly with N2O...
I’m running a trans cooler under the car like this, do you run a temp switch on them or do you just have them wired to turn on all the time? Love the videos 👍
I have the same one. But below the radiator with 180 degrees temp switch. No issues.
What happened to the yellow blazer

Who makes the control arms?
Could the fireball happened because he was pumping it like a carb and it’s a throttle body?🤷♂️
I have no idea WHY he was pumping it, but no. The throttle body only flows air. It didn't pool any fuel anywhere. (I know this is an 11 month old question, but it was being ignored and looked sad. ;) )
You chose the wrong shape for the headers , as the engine needs a D shape, and what you used is an O shape
tried and true pump huh? 😅
I have seen some crazy guy way south of you who lives close to a track, maybe he can pull some strings and get you guys the track time you need to dial it in. Just keep a close eye on him, he is a very loose unit...nice guy but he skids everything.....lol

Someone have a extra 30K laying around so i can get one of these engines? I have a 1500 to put it in too lol
