Refurbishing & rebuilding RH Split rims for my BMW Z3! (Part 1)

In this video I tear down my old RH ZW3 spilt rims and begin the process of refubishing them with new lips, new bolts and a fresh coat of paint! In part 2 I finish them off and get them on the car! Makes a huge difference to the look and feel of the car!

what is the torque in NM at witch the small screws are tightened?

it was very hard to find exact specs but for all manufactures of split rims they tend to be torqued up to about 25-27nm, I went for the high end at 27nm

Is possible the rims lips to be repaired?

Yes with enough time and effort they can be repaired, but as I wanted to change the width of the wheel I chose to replace them
