Way too much analytical mind, not enough empty mind. Perhaps do it again and just enjoy the scenery & temples. No smart watch. No rushing.

lol why not both? I didn’t really rush I don’t think. Some people do it in like 30 days. Anyway the empty mind was present, I didn’t vlog or anything, did a lot of contemplation and reflection… I will talk about that experience in upcoming video like I said
