This whole eco system and social aspect of Nio is something several big companies in China do and personally I think its great. You don't have to participate and some people just buy a Nio and just use it purely as a car and don't take advantage of any of the activities that they offer Nio Owners, some people are really into it and end activities on a weekly basis and buy everything Nio. The problem with a lot of these value added activities outside of China is they are just so expensive to organise and run.
