I used to pair a Duncan Distortion with a Quarter Pounder in an excellent ax I had John Carruthers build me in '91. I needed the QP because the Distortion is so high output it could cancel out most single coils. I prioritize the bridge pup because it's what I use 95% of the time, so the neck pup has to keep up. Warren has the right idea in pairing a 17k bridge pup with a QP. It's called guitar wisdom.
He starting to look so much like Alice Cooper,
Is the single coil in the neck have a high output as well? If not, how do you deal with the difference in volume between each pick up?
It’s a Quarter Pounder so they’re higher output.
Best guitar necks
Is he officially out of RATT now or what, anyone know for sure?
Jeff Bach yes 100% for sure he is out...its too bad because him and Carlos Cavazo made a great combo.....rumor has it though that he and Carlos Cavazo are putting together a new band..not 100% official ...yet

@@64siskat96 what do you mean? i know this is really not correct in french but my i made the same decals and it is the same. and the decals are of course for LH guitar.
I’m happy to hear Warren say that it is not correct French as it is wayyyy wrong lol :-)
I saw him play that guitar on the Invasion tour in Kzoo MI in the summer of 85, I was front row dead in front of him
Desolaton Alley I was thinking the same thing, unless too much jack daniels and THC in the air. Lol.
I saw them in Hampton, VA when Poison was opening for them. Got Warren's pick. He was using stainless steel picks at the time.
Desolaton Alley lucky you man!!
Desolaton Alley I saw them in Battle Creek Reach for the Sky tour in 88' I think. I was 15 then
EDventures * I was 15 too..73 was a great year for babies
Warren and Jake should make an Og new age cacophony type band, Warrens melodic playing with Jakes crazy playing would be so cool
Holy sound editing, Batman!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
He's right, that's bad french. Should say something more like : "Trop vite POUR vivre, trop jeune POUR mourir". But, you weren't far off, Warren !
That’s even worst! “De” at least has sort of a classical poetry feel to it. “Pour” just sounds modern, dumb and illiterate. That “mourire” is the real flaw here..
J'avoue
Nice guitar, but I'll take both of those Govan signature models on the left please!
