Thank you so much to every single person who took the time to comment ❤ I appreciate your kindness, support, love and concern...So much! I am crying as i read all of your stories about lost beloved pets and I'm sending you my love. I wasn't able to film this week, so i created a beautiful soundtrack of the bird song at my property. You can download it and play these high frequency sound waves in the background as you go about your day...Its relaxing and scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. ruclips.net/video/cv1xRx2RdTk/видео.html Please enjoy and again thank you so much for your love and caring comments ❤🙏
I am so terribly sorry for your loss! I love seeing Buddy stroll into the frame and curl up behind you in your videos. As others have shared, there is no pain or grief like the loss of a beloved animal and my heart breaks for you. ❤❤❤🙏💐🌈
I'm so sad for you because I know how you feel. Having lost a cherished pet, I know how hard it is. They are a member of the family and all of a sudden the house feels empty. So sorry for your loss.
So sorry for your loss. I know too well how difficult and sad it is to say goodbye to your best friend. I've lost 6 beautiful puppies throughout my life growing up and I dread the day I will have to say goodbye to my precious boy, Toby. He's my Emotional Support Animal and is with me 24/7. Time does heal all wounds eventually. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
My 9-year-old lab passed away two weeks ago, very painful. But last night, when I woke up, I could have sworn I saw him. It was dark, but there was a familiar shape-a peaceful silhouette curled up on his favorite sofa, just as he always was when he was alive. I miss my dog so much.
Hi, I'm so sorry for your loss :( I, too, lost my 15 year old poodle mix 2 weeks ago. She had heart issues, but she was doing well on the medicines from the vet. Then, just all of a sudden in like one day, she had trouble breathing, and I was going to take her to the vet in the morning, but she passed away at home while I was asleep. Guess it can't get better than that for the situation. The reason your comment caught my attention is because for days afterward, I know I felt her jump up on the bed with me and do her little shake and pawing at the bed dto make the covers more comfortable. I eventually said out loud that she should go on to the next place, and the noises stopped. Your last sentence is so simple, and it says it all! Blessings to you in your grief and recovery.
@@iloveclarity I'm deeply sorry for your loss. It's been over a month, and I still find myself grieving and longing for my beloved dog. My heart aches every day. Grief has no set timeline; we simply have to allow ourselves to move through the process at our own pace.
I take nothing for granted with my little Maltese. I’ve lost one dog in my lifetime and one cat. This little guy brings joy to my life every minute every hour of my day. I love him more than I ever imagined. I can’t imagine life without him. I’m so sorry for your loss.
@@helenabok1610I was literally suicidal. 3 years later and I still have bad days where I just cry all day. I'm just so thankful for the time that I had with them. It does get impossible to move on and you don't want to have to replace your pet. The only thing that really changes is your ability changes to understand the necessity of what you had to do. But it never gets easy
@@PatchAhberlyYes my dog died 4 years ago, the first six months or so I could hardly function. Every time I drove home I would stop the car just before pulling into the driveway and cry because the thought of her not coming out to greet me was just too devastating..And I still have bad days and cry for hours. The other day I was straightening out the sofa and suddenly started thinking about how I wouldn't let her jump on it because it was new and she had pretty much ruined the old one, and I felt so guilty I wanted to die. I finally tried after 3 years to walk in the woods where we used to go and just broke down and cried and cried. We buried her in the back yard, she has a rose bush over her and flowers and herbs all around and I sit on a bench by her and talk to her and read to her .People tell me " get another dog" and they don't understand how insensitive that is..She cannot be "replaced", she was my baby and always will be.
Hello Shellae my heart breaks for you and the loss you are feeling. We lost our two toy poodles in May & June 2023 (6 weeks apart). My gorgeous girl was 15 (she passed on her birthday). She had a seizure and didn’t recover and she also was brain dead. It was the most difficult decision I’ve made to have her euthanised. Six weeks later her brother passed (he would’ve been 18 in August of the same year). They were inseparable. Over the last several years I was in very poor health and the love & support they gave me during this time was what got me through. They were with me 24x7. To this day I still grieve for them both so very much. I still feel their presence every day. My thoughts and prayers are with you. 💗🐾💗🐾
@LinaPietromonaco yeah it's crazy how fast a dog will deteriorate after a mate's death. And people tell you that you will recover but you really never do. For me I sometimes have really good weeks, and then just out of the blue I start grieving again. And then when I start grieving I start grieving all of my dogs I've lost over the years and I start grieving my 4 brothers and my half-sister, and my mother all over again. I just can't pull the trigger and get another dog. It just seems too hard and I think my mind is going to be worrying about the new dog dying one day, and I just think it will weigh on my mind everyday. Life is messed up.
I am so sorry about Buddy. the hardest part about having pets is they never live long enough. I really loved watching him on the videos, he was so sweet. RIP Buddy❤❤❤
Oh Sheila!!!😢 I am grieving with you. I have a few dogs in my life. They give us so much unconditional love, joy, n laughter .I know the pain you feel n you time to grieve. Everyone is different. My last dog I had, I swore never again would I own one. I grieved for almost a year. Then, I was ready to get another. This really helped me move on n fill that special empty place in my heart only the love of a dog can fill. My prayers are with you during your process n only you will know it's time for another special dog for you. No dog will take the place of Buddy. He has his own place in your heart forever. Get another dog when ready. That dog will make it's special place in you heart as well. Watching you n hearing you talk about things I can tell you you have lots of love to give another dog in time. Will be thinking of you during this very difficult time. Buddy will never be gone n always in your heart. He would want you to continue to share your love as you did with Buddy n give another dog your unconditional love n joy as the new one will give you.
I had to say goodbye to my beautiful 12 year old boy last April. I held him as he passed snuggled into my breast. It was the hardest thing I ever did but I’m so glad I was there for him. I now have another little boy. He is only 10 months old and full of energy. He brings so much joy to our lives. He has helped to ease the pain of our loss and we tell him so often he has big boots to fill (usually when we are frustrated with our shoes not being where we left them or the tissue he found ripped up all over the mat 😂). He just has such joy of life it is contagious. He runs flat out around the yard just for the sheer joy of it and you can literally see the fun on his face. We are so grateful for him. I have had dogs all my life and have had to say goodbye to too many but find there is always another little bundle of joy not to replace the loss of one, no never replace, but to have somewhere to share all that love that pets bring to our lives.
I fully understand we lost our last dog nearly 3 years ago she was 13 years old a rescue dog that lived life to the fullest with us. We only recently bought a puppy she is 4 months old and she brings so much joy to our house again. I do tell her about our other dogs we have had. I still struggle feeling guilty about a new puppy definitely, she is not a replacement but I like to think she is here to have a great life with us full of love and lots of adventures.
I’m soooo sorry! I just lost my Ellie 3 weeks ago today. She was my life, my bestie, sunshine, joy, companion, door greeter, my lapdog, my spirit watcher, shadow always beside me and I’m heartbroken. I had her with me for almost 13 years. I still cry every day missing her. I’m so grateful for every day she gave me. I hear you about missing them every day. I’m single, kids are grown and she was my world. I can relate to what you are saying. I don’t know how long it’s going to take me to heal. This is the deepest grief and sorrow I’ve ever felt in my life. I’m so sorry for your loss. I haven’t even been able to share my loss and what happened yet to others. Thank you for sharing about Buddy.
I'm so sorry for your loss. The only thing that helped our pain and sorrow was realizing we had a very empty home and deafening silence after our loss. We knew we could help a homeless pet that was scared and lonely in a shelter. That's just what we did 7 years ago. Charlie is a beautiful, kind, caring and loving rescue, and is no longer stuck in a cage, wondering what he ever did so wrong, to be there. He shows us unconditional love every day in return. We love him right back. It's a win win, and we know our Bear would be very happy about us helping and rescuing a fellow fur friend that we're quite sure he somehow played a part in. Hugs to you. ❤
I am 71. I lost my little guy after 17 years. It was the first time for me too. I have lost so many people in my lifetime, but that was my first dog. He too had seizures ...... And its terribly scary. His trachea was collapsing. Until he couldn't stop coughing..... I rushed him to the vet too...and had to make that decision. Very, very difficult! A decision I had hoped I'd never have to make. You describe having a pet so accurately. They are beside you 24/7. And they depend on you. It's a very difficult loss....i still miss him. His 15 year old Buddy is still with me. I'm so grateful to have him, and try not to think about losing him. Your Buddy was just darling!!! I remember seeing him when you brought him home. My heart goes out to you. ❤️
@@jophoto934 and I agree with you losing a pet is worse than losing a parent. I believe that the pet gives you comfort and allows you to get through your relatives dying. However sometimes that comfort is temporary. And when the dog eventually leaves you all that grief and pain they were able to relieve you of, now you are stuck dealing with it because it comes back to you
I’ve lost several dogs and was heartbroken every time, but I will say getting another dog helped my heart bc I need that unconditional love from them and they bring such joy
I’m so sorry!! My last kitty of 3 passed in April. Had to put her to sleep. We had her for 25 yrs.. House felt so empty w/oatmeal kitty romping stounf.. so June 1st we got another kitty from our local shelter. She’s 3 yrs old. We named her Molly… she’s such a delight!!, she’s a torte.. the most well behaved kitty I ever ever had!! Does nothing wrong!! Her little face is adorable! She’s brought joy back into my life!! She seems to have “traits” from ra of my 3 kitties. One was a Sphynx kitty!! He was just like having a baby in the house!! So blessed to have Molly now, she’s quite spoiled, but such a sweet and good girl!! I’ve had to put several kitties to sleep in my life so far. Such a feeling of emptiness in the house!! I’ll always have a cat!! Doing a lot to keep her happy n healthy. For many yrs to come. My prayers are with you!! 🐈⬛💗
@@gailnightowl0423 hahaha! That was a spell ck error! No oatmeal!! Should have been w/o a kitty in the house!! The 25 yr old’s name was Paris Hilton!!, she was my son’s kitty for a few months before he had to give her away to me because his landlord wouldn’t allow cats but was ok w/3 Great Danes!! All 3 cats came from that household!! Thanks for your kind words. Our Sphynx was 16 when he passed away (they generally only live to be around 11 yrs old!! And our sweet gray tabby was only 8 when he passed! They were all very happy babies, and quite spoiled!!
@ hahaha! Yeah. She was a very small Maine Coon kitty. My little Sphynx was named Bobo. Our sweet tabby was called Buddha. The only one we named was Bobo!! All three cats came to me from my son or his roommates!! Landlords it wanting cats!! I pray your deep sadness leaves soon n you just have wonderful memories of your Buddy. Perhaps you’ll want another little pal to make your life filled with love n cuddles you definitely get from having a pet… 🌺❤️
I’m writing this comment with tears streaming down my cheeks. I’m so sorry for your loss of Buddy! I will miss seeing his little face while working out with you. Everything you said is so true. Pets love unconditionally. My little dog is 11yrs and I got her as a puppy a few months after my Mom died. My little dog has been by my side in happy and sad times. I will be a mess when it’s her time to pass! I have had to make the gut wrenching decision to put a pet down several times. As hard as it is to make that decision it’s really the humane thing to do. Buddy will be with you always. Much love and take care! 🐾❤
My deepest condolences. The loss is overwhelming, and it's always there in different ways. Our pug that we were very blessed to have for 18 years was the greatest love I had ever known. We are a child free couple, but if we had had children, there would always be dogs in our life, and they would be family. I couldn't get out of bed for a while, and I don't expect anyone to understand, but I wanted to share the miracles of what happened. We had lived in our home for 16 years, and we had a pond. Bailey would love to sit near it.. her entire life, a favorite spot outside. Never had any florals grown or bloomed around it but on the one year anniversary of her passing, I was on the deck sobbing I looked over there and the largest, brightest tropical looking flower was in full bloom. (We live in Colorado) It was a gift from above, God showed me that she was alive, in heaven, and He offered this to us. I felt peaceful beyond expression. More time went by, another year, and we found a breeder, I was immediately drawn to one in particular, and although I had decided to wait longer, we chose this little angel. Come to find out that this pug was born Oct 18th, the same day as Baileys passing. My mother always said, "You never love the same way twice, but we can love again" and "the more pain you feel through loss, the deeper you have loved " Bellina is our precious pug now, and we also have a mixed breed rescue we got two years later. Never stop loving because so many are out there just waiting... you are in my prayers and thoughts. Blessings..
Sitting here with tears streaming down my face Shellea...so sorry for your loss...I lost my 11 year old beautiful Border Collie girl Bress last month. I woke to a crashing noise at 8am, having said goodnight to my 2 dogs the night before in the wee small hours....everything seemed normal when I went to bed. I woke to find my younger dog (I have her older brother from the first litter too) staggering around and falling over, while intermittently having seizures. She had never had a seizure before, or displayed any signs of ill health whatsoever. A beautiful, bright soul who always instinctively knew when I needed a bit of extra love....I always said that her brother was my pride and she was my joy. When the vet arrived at my house, she said that Bress had gone into statis epilepticus...and had definitely suffered some sort of brain injury. As I lay there in the rain on the drive of my house, holding my dog, with snot and tears flowing, I nearly begged the vet to put her out of her misery...my poor bright girl was suffering dreadfully and I could not bear to see her in this way. Her brother had gone hiding down the garden, he seemed traumatised by seeing his playmate suffering also. The whole episode lasted an hour and 20 minutes, and by the end, my gorgeous girl was gone. Such a shock. Even though I still have her brother, Bress has left an awful hole in our household. I have no children, so my pets are my family....I totally understand the loss of certain emotions triggered by our companion animals, after their death. Bress was a live wire...very energetic and super clever...the bane of my life sometimes, but also my greatest source of laughter, as I watched her and her antics. She is buried in my garden, and when I stand by her grave, I say 'rest in joy Bress'....as peace was often in short supply, while she lived! I'm so grateful that I knew her...one of the purest souls I've ever had the good fortune to know. Sorry for the long comment...I needed to share that, to honour the loss of one of my best friends.
Sorry for your loss. I lost my beloved golden doodle the end of September. He was only 6 1/2. It was sudden. Stopped eating and in a week he died from chronic hepatitis. My family and myself are heartbroken. Crying every day and not functioning. We rescued a dog 3 days ago and while we are still grieving, we are doing a little better.
@@ilenet9911 Thank you...I wish you well while you get to know your new best friend....even while you get along without your old one...they all bring their own light. 💙
So heartbreaking. Know that he knew you were with him and loved him so much. I have had many dogs and was with each one when they had to be put down. They lived long full, happy lives, but I can't deal with the heartbreak anymore, so no more.
Oh Schellea, I'm so sorry for your loss. I experienced it myself over the years with my cats. Especially when my 1 year old cat Chopin died in my arms, after eating tainted treats laced with propylene glyphol (anti-freeze). I am emailing you a link to my episode that is all about losing your beloved pet - with interviews and tips you might find helpful. RIP Buddy!💜
Thank you for being real and sharing your life’s struggles here. Many hugs and prayers to you as you continue to celebrate the love and joy Buddy brought you and as you learn how to navigate the days ahead without him. I so appreciate your encouragement and positivity. Thanks for being with me every morning. Know you are supported too. 😢
Dear Schellea. I watched your heart-felt video this morning and not with a dry eye. Your words were incredibly touching, and I know your loss completely. Grieving like this, and sharing your experience, helps you and us so much. It is the littlest feet that make the biggest footprints in our hearts, and I am so deeply sorry you lost sweet Buddy. The empty place in our heart is the surest sign that we loved our pet dearly and gave them the beautiful gift of a full and happy life. He had a wonderful short life with you, and I will miss seeing him in your videos. We have had so many dogs and cats in our lives. It seems when we lose a beloved pet . . . another rescue comes along. We are a huge rescue family. They will never be forgotten, and neither will Buddy (R.I.P.♥) All our furry angels that have passed, greeted and welcomed Buddy in a place I call “Animal Paradise”. My healing prayers are with you and your family. Sincerely, Kathleen
I just watched this. Thank you so much for sharing. I always have a pet or two. We had dogs, a.bunny and.cats. We now have two rescue cats. They help calm me, warm me up. They are very affectionate. Buddy was lucky to have you as his "hooman". Bless you.
I’m so sorry to hear Buddy’s story. Thank you for being so open & vulnerable sharing your grief with us. In my 52 years, I’ve lost one dog and two cats and each has been excruciatingly painful. I currently have a dog with a myriad of medical issues and I’m dreading the day she passes because not only will I have my own grief to deal with this time, but that of my two children her adore her. Sending you lots of love & Buddy snuggles. 💔🩷
I've had to put a couple of my pets to sleep. One was a yorkshire terrier that had kidney failure. The other was an aquatic turtle that just stopped eating because she suffered an electric shock. Her basking lamp got knocked into the water. She is buried in my backyard. I still have another turtle, Topsy's brother. His name is Taxi. He's 24 years old and the bright spot in my day. He swims to the front of his tank every morning when I feed him, and we have a lovely conversation. I tell him what a good boy he is, how handsome he is, and that I love him so much. 💕 I'm 70 years old in a few days so he will outlive me. Then he'll go to live with my daughter. She brought him home and his sister Topsy from a mission trip to New York City right after 911. Both were about the size of a silver dollar. Taxi is now almost as big as a dessert plate. He weighs over 3 pounds! I also take care of my daughters dog, Ruby, a couple of days a week so she can work overtime. Ruby is 14 now. She's sweet and all grey around her face but still has tons of energy. It'll be a heartbreak when we lose her. I'm sorry for your heartache, Shelleagh! But buddy gave you lots of joy and now many wonderful memories. It takes time to heal. Slow and steady is best. I'm thankful to the Lord for His creation of our world and all the beauty surrounding us.
I am just so sorry to hear this sad news. There is no greater privilege than being loved by and loving a dog. If you have been so lucky, you have been so lucky!❤
So sorry. We are privileged to have our pets in our lives. They teach us how to be better humans. Our three year old beagle, Mavis, and seven year old cat, Minnie, bring so much to us. We all send you love. Thank you for what you do from Tennessee.
So sorry for your loss. Losing a furbaby is as painful as losing a family member. Remember him with smiles. I enjoyed seeing him in your workouts...and it's nice to have those memories of him. It's never easy having to make that decision for a pet. But it's an act of love to send your furbaby across that rainbow bridge and no sickness. It's never easy, but it's letting them go...and holding them dear in your heart and memories. Never easy...but think of the time you did have together...that's what keeps me going when I think of my cats who are gone....
I just started watching your videos after a hiatus. So sorry to hear of Buddy's untimely passing. This brought tears as my husband and I had a grief bomb this morning on our way back from church. Why our 4 year old Giant Schnauzer passed Way December 26, 2023. Just a little over a year ago from Llymphoma. We have not rescued another dog yet. The trauma of his passing has been hard. Without going into the details we took his remains to the state veterinarian hospital for a necropsy. As a vet couldn't figure out his illness. Yet the emergency vet was sure it was cancer. Loosing a pet is not 3asy. Sorry you lost Buddy so soon. RIP Buddy
My dog barks at buddy when I’m doing a workout video. RIP Buddy. We got a Cavapoo a year ago and I can relate to everything you are saying. I’m sure he loved you unconditionally. Don’t beat yourself up over times you got frustrated with him you gave him a great life. Hugs to you.
I understand what you saying…..i have two dogs and one is 15 years old…it’s so hard to see her getting slower and deaf and blind…and then to make the dissension…it’s heartbreaking 💔
I do your stretches regularly, and I always got so much joy from buddy. I have a kitty that I’ve had for 16 years, and when I am working out with you, she comes and lays right beside me, and actually will stretch out on her back with some of the exercises. ❤. I am so sorry for your loss. When your heart heals, I know that you will find another special friend. My kitty has been, my constant companion through many extremely hard times. I know someday I will lose her, and watching you being brave and real, and working through your grief, will help me. And you are so right that we need our pets, they add such richness……
Oh I'm so sorry. My daughter and I loved watching Buddy..Losing a pet is devastating..My dog died 3 years ago and I still cry..I can't take walks in the woods anymore without her I just miss her too much. People say just get another dog, like another dog could replace her! I don't want " a dog" I want her!!
So sorry about Buddy! My heart goes out to you. My dughter just lost her 14 year old and was also devistated. When I just take my Holly to the groomer, I am lost and the house is empty. Yes, she is my everything. I hope by now you are much better. Please take care. Now 82
So so sad. My little girl passed on at the age of 19. Silky X Maltese. Babe Babe was like my right are. I'll miss her yesterday today & tomorrow. & 4 Ever. Bless you both My Heart aches for your loss. Love❤
Rest in Peace Buddy❤ i am so sorry for your loss Schellea. I have lost many dogs over the years and I know how hard it is. All my love to you. I am so sad for you, and I miss seeing him. 😢
I've lost my little rescue 3 pound chihuahua to heart disease. I was given 7 beautiful years with her. I spent 380 dollars monthly to keep her heart going. I didn't even care about the money as much as I cared for my little star. She would wear hats and dresses and hold her leash in her mouth and walk herself. She loved the camera and would pose on command. Her tiny tough would hang out when she was happy. And her smile filled the room with so much joy. My sweet Tina loved everyone, and any young child could hold her. She didn't miss one moment of her time showing off her tricks and dresses. Me and my mom cry every time we talk about her. Now I have a 70 pound Afghan hound and a standard poodle. They are like having freight trains inside the house.
Losing a pet is never easy. Buddy would always make me smile when he was on screen with his playfulness. Frankie is our fur baby and has turned 10 and brings us so much joy and unconditional love. RIP Buddy, sending a big virtual hug 😇💔🐶 xx
Let the tears flow. They shape your whole day. I felt so lost, and desperate at times when our poodle died. Still miss him. After a year we adopted two male spitz, lovely dogs.. I consider them friends, and so glad I have them. We talk about our old Dexter. Still miss him, but grateful. 🤗
I know how it feels 😭 my best friend passed away in May. He was a German Shepherd. He was 15 years old. . I miss him very much and I still cry to this moment. 🙂↕️
I’m so so sorry for your loss. I’ve only recently discovered your videos, but while I was doing the stretch video, my 2 yr old Tibetan Terrier woke up and watched Buddy on the tv! My pup fell in love over the tv with your pup. She just sat and watched him while I stretched. My pup is usually very active in the am, so I found this very funny. Your words were well said about what pets bring to our lives. I felt such affirmation just listening to you especially since we’ve recently had some family members that don’t want our sweet dog around their toddlers in case they were to get bite. Our dog LOVES children and we’ve invested a lot of time and money training her to be the best dog she can be. She’s even been invited by the trainers to visit the children at the hospital. This is another way that our pets can help us by helping others- which takes us out of ourselves for a little while. Thank you for sharing about your sweet Buddy 😢❤
This is the horrid reality of sharing our lives with our beloved non-human companions. My heart goes out to you, thinking of you all and Buddy in my prayers.🙏💗
I am so very sorry for your loss. Pets get into our hearts. I lost my miniature dachshund Abby almost 19 months ago. I was and still am heartbroken. She was my baby. I didn’t think I could love another. I got another mini 4 months ago. She’s way different than my Abby and I love her. Pets just love you unconditionally and they are sweeter than some humans. I love my Ruby although she’s not my Abby Abby. I think my husband wanted Ruby more than I did. I hope you find it in your heart to get another pup. They are so snuggly and comforting. Love and hugs.
❤️ I'm so deeply sorry to learn Buddy passed, I'm unsure if I can watch this, as it likely means hearing about what actually happened. As an empath, for some reason it hits me much, much harder when I hear of a pet passing. I won't be able to stop thinking about it for days, as the imagery would be hard to shake. 😢 I do know the raw heartbreak of losing many fur family members. Even feathered ones, horses, cats, dogs, gerbils, pet fish, even a duck over several years. Most recent was our little parrotlet of 16 years in August..It's awful each time, and the grief can feel unbearable at times. It hurts not to have them physically with us anymore, and often suddenly. They're so innocent, living to simply be near us. We feel terrible for anything that happens to them, and if we only could, we wouldn't let anything bad happen to them, ever. Their love for us is unconditional - something that seems very short in supply in human relationships now. One thing I can assure you, and I hope it helps your members too who have lost much loved pets.- is the knowledge that energy never dies. It simply changes form. Any scientist would agree. That means that Buddy is as with you now as he ever was. Moreso, as he has total freedom! His energy can be anywhere he wishes, and where else would he possibly wish to be, than curled up in all his favourite spots right there with you. Simply watch and be open for the many signs he'll send to assure you of this - no matter how whacky this may sound. Our universe holds many miraculous events we cannot possibly comprehend during our relatively short lives here. Please know that Buddy is there with you, loving and protecting you as he always has. He also stays safely in your heart and in all your good thoughts - forever. One day when you're ready, he'll hope that you introduce another much loved pet into your life that needs you, and to give it a loving, happy home. The need for wonderful homes for shelter dogs and rescues has never been greater. Big hug Shel.❤
Thank you for sharing. I know how you feel. I lost my baby Cassandra about 5 & 1/2 yrs ago. She was a Bichon Frise, 14 & 3/4 yrs old. She was,a puppy up to the day she passed. I half expected it, but didn't want to believe it. She had a seizure in the morning. Recovered from it & acted normally the rest of the day. We new something was going on & she had a vet appt the next day. She fell asleep around 9 that night & when I checked on her she was gone. I lost my husband 1 & 1/2 yrs later. This past January I got Kobie. He is a Havanese mix, & a rescue.. He's3 yrs old. My new constant. Love him to pieces. He was worth the wait. Hopefully after you heal you'll find a new love. You need to work through th grief in order to be in the right place to make the right decision.
I am 76, love you and buddy, been following you from the beginning!!!!! I felt and agree either way everything you have said!!! My family had to put down 4 dogs and 1 cat!!! “Better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all” Thoughts and prayers for you and your family 🥲🙏❤️!
😢 I cried watching your video, I'm so sorry you had to go through all of that.I just lost my 15 yr old dog last month. She died suddenly at home, in bed with me. I have her 14 year old sister, and we are both grieving the loss of Sadie. It's really interesting watching how another animal grieves. We are helping each other. You're right, everything is different. The house is quieter, you notice their toys, bed, their favorite spots they would love to lay. I've lost pets before, and it is never, never easy to say goodbye. I've learned that only time helps I know I'll do less crying and more smiling when I think of her, in time. Thankful for all she taught me. Like you said, they teach us things, patience, how to relax, joy, they make us laugh and cry, and most importantly, unconditional love. My thoughts and prayers with you, Shelly. You will know when it's the right time for you to get another dog. Not to replace Buddy, but to give a loving home to another dog. A new adventure.🙏🙏

Although Buddy was with you for part of your life you were there for all of his life. Sleep peacefully Buddy
soo sorry to hear that .
Hi Shelley I'm so so sorry to hear of Buddy passing I know what you are going through may rest in peace.Lina .
Although Buddy's life was short he knew a lot of love in his time with you and your family.
I am so sorry for your loss ❤. It’s absolutely devastating, but I believe your beloved friend came to see you and is near you. 🙏
I am so sorry for your loss. You probably did see him and he is showing you he is okay xo
It's hard to believe you've reached this stage of your life and never had a pet die. It doesn't get any easier, it always hurts. I'm sorry.
Yes, you never get used to losing your pet. It’s getting harder. It’s heartbreaking every time.
I am so sorry for the loss of your fur baby. I loved seeing him during your workouts. RIP dear Buddy ❤🦮
As a pet lover, I'm sorry you lost Buddy so soon. That's the hardest part of loving our pets like family. They are family.
I am so sorry about Buddy. the hardest part about having pets is they never live long enough. I really loved watching him on the videos, he was so sweet. RIP Buddy❤❤❤
Oh no, RIP sweet, good boy Buddy.
I’m so sorry for your loss.
Please consider rescuing a homeless dog. He would want you to fill the empty space in your heart. ❤
Adopting another is the best way to honor and acknowledge the love you were given. You’ll know when you’re ready.
I so agree. We are in our second rescue, they rescued us 🙏
I'm so sorry for your loss..... Buddy was a one of a kind Dog. I've had to put a few pets down and for me it never gets easier.
Let's give our dear friend time to mourn and adjust. It takes time to mend broken hearts. She'll be fine , it just takes time. ❤️
I totally agree with you, they are not pets for us,they are part of the family a blessing from God.
My heart is breaking for you.
RIP georgeous Buddy.

Losing a pet is like losing a family member. I loved watching Buddy, I am so sorry for your loss.❤

So sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your loss.
Losing my dog was more painful than losing my Father. Probably because my dog loved me.
I'm so sorry 😓
I get that
@@jophoto934 the dog is with you everyday

Wow, 25 yrs is a really long time to have a kitty. I'm so sorry you lost oatmeal. 😢
Love the name. That was a fancy cat to be called Paris Hilton😊
@ hahaha!
Losing a beloved pet is so hard. Sending you heartfelt love and support through your awful loss. RIP Buddy.
My mother always said, "You never love the same way twice, but we can love again" and "the more pain you feel through loss, the deeper you have loved "
Bellina is our precious pug now, and we also have a mixed breed rescue we got two years later. Never stop loving because so many are out there just waiting... you are in my prayers and thoughts. Blessings..
So sorry to hear about Buddy, it was so lovely doing the workouts with him. RIP Buddy 🐶❤
So sorry for your loss...I've lost two now and it always hurts losing a precious pet. Hugs.
Sorry for your loss. I lost my beloved golden doodle the end of September. He was only 6 1/2. It was sudden. Stopped eating and in a week he died from chronic hepatitis.

I'm so sorry for your loss 😔😢. It's incredibly painful losing our fur babies. RIP Buddy 😢😢😢

RIP Buddy

I am so sorry, Schellea. You and Buddy were a blessing to each other, and gave joy and giggles to us, too.
So sorry to hear about poor wee buddy’s passing. ❤
I am so sorry Buddy is gone, especially as such a young dog. He looked like the sweetest puppy ever, and I can’t believe you lost him. 😢

Losing a pet is never easy. Buddy would always make me smile when he was on screen with his playfulness. Frankie is our fur baby and has turned 10 and brings us so much joy and unconditional love. RIP Buddy, sending a big virtual hug 😇💔🐶 xx
It’s really hard when we lose our little friends… 💔😰
I’m so sorry… 💔 R.I.P Buddy.. 🙏🏼
The loss of a pet is the loss of a dear friend! I'm sorry for your loss. RIP sweet Buddy! 😢
I shed tears listening to you about Buddy.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have lost many pets throughout the years and your reflections are indeed recognizable and insightful.
I cry with you as you tell Buddy's story. My heart goes out to you❤
I'm so sorry. Buddy was a sweet joy to see. Our pets fill us with joy and unconditional love.
So sorry for your loss, I have 2 dogs now but have lost many during my lifetime and it hurts so much to lose them they are family!
Rest in Peace Buddy 🙏
😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
I am so very sorry for your loss. Pets get into our hearts. I lost my miniature dachshund Abby almost 19 months ago. I was and still am heartbroken. She was my baby. I didn’t think I could love another. I got another mini 4 months ago. She’s way different than my Abby and I love her. Pets just love you unconditionally and they are sweeter than some humans. I love my Ruby although she’s not my Abby Abby. I think my husband wanted Ruby more than I did. I hope you find it in your heart to get another pup. They are so snuggly and comforting. Love and hugs.
Oh Schellea I’m so sorry🥹
I’m holding you close to my heart and in my thoughts and prayers 🙏🏻❤️💫🕊️
❤️ I'm so deeply sorry to learn Buddy passed, I'm unsure if I can watch this, as it likely means hearing about what actually happened. As an empath, for some reason it hits me much, much harder when I hear of a pet passing. I won't be able to stop thinking about it for days, as the imagery would be hard to shake. 😢
I do know the raw heartbreak of losing many fur family members.
Oh noooooo. Loved Buddy. So so sorry for your loss xx

Toute ma compassion. J’ai perdu beaucoup de chiens et de chats. Je ne suis toujours pas remis de leur absence.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Buddy. He was a beautiful, loving dog. Losing a furbaby is very painful. Sending you love and hugs.🙏🏾
So sorry for the loss of your fur baby, Buddy. He was adorable. It never gets any easier.
So sorry for your lost😢. Dogs bring so much love and joy in our life!
Im so so sorry to hear about Buddy. I still my dog that passed away, he was 5 and he was the love of my life
It is one of the most difficult things in life, losing a pet. So, so sorry!

“Better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all”
Thoughts and prayers for you and your family 🥲🙏❤️!
I've learned that only time helps
I know I'll do less crying and more smiling when I think of her, in time.
