So what I did with my new Death Wizard I made last October was this: Make it to Dragonspyre as fast as possible, other than a detour to beat Grizzleheim for the quest spell, then farm Loremaster for Deer Knight. Quite an accomplishment for a world to literally get me to nope my way out of there because I immediately recognized I wasn't ready to deal with it at a reasonable pace by myself. After doing Dragonspyre, I then made my way back to Grizzleheim. With Scarecrow and Deer Knight in hand, plus better gear, I was able to solo all of it, except for a few bosses as well as a couple of dungeons. The dungeon aspect was more because of the length of time, though. Since one of the battles I realized I would have needed some darn good RNG to win and, naturally, I didn't feel like dealing with that.

You're newest video brought me back here wondering about what the 4th arc's difficulty would be for it's level verses the prior 3 arcs. I wonder if they can make a world harder for it's level than they have with Khrysalis and Azteca.
Greetings, balance wizard here and Mirage was challenging, though I did the world with a team and was support, at parts where we split up for a bit I struggled a lot with battling, you really have to rely on high roll damage, and criticals make it easier, personally I loved the design of the world and npcs, and I did not expect to be in the movie “The Scorpion King” movie at the end
zafaria and celestia have by far been the hardest for me on my main life. im in khrysalis rn and even azteca and khrysalis have been easier and more enjoyable for me (yes, unnecessarily long, but still fun)
Opal Stigma definitely!!! i stopped playing during both celestia and zafaria because i mainly soloed and it was just sooo frustrating. life gets very fun late game when you can actually hit hard 😭
sarah bautista wait how hard is zafaria? I’m part way through the bit with the olyphants and I haven’t had a single challenge yet, I’m lucky because I had friends to help me with the whole thing
your old videos slap, anyways as a death main i had like the easiest time questing, but now im questing as an ice and im in azteca level 83 but krokotopia was literally the hardest thing for me idk why
As an ice main, soloing Krysalsis wasn’t that bad, same with mirage and Avalon. Dragonspyre and Azteca were my worst ones. Oh and wintertusk I refused to do till like level 70 lol I remember the nightmare it was when I attempted when it first came out.
Khrysalis was not difficult for me and I'm not sure why. I soloed about 90% of it as an Ice that has no offense what so ever. The world is just super time consuming.
i played wizard a longer time ago (maybe starting again sooner or later) and for me Celestia was a very difficult world... maybe because i was a storm ona place where half the enemies were storm or (i dont know the real names anymore) star/moon and the previous worlds were like dogshit easy to me (well, storm has a lot of damage and a pretty early AOE) but it was a lot of fun having a challenge like that... zafaria afterwards was pretty much a free sweep.
I disagree with grizzle being ahead of wysteria and marleybone and dragonspyre i feel those worlds are pretty easy to solo while its Very hard for a lvl 20 to solo the 4 covens and the jotuns to an extent.
Came for the video but have been reading his replies to comments and I'm loving the vibes- think I'll stick around Also, I struggled with Mooshu lmao. Maybe because I'm a myth main and I'm remembering there being a lot of myth enemies? I'm terrible at remembering to swap to my same type deck
As I look at your video I’m like- “that’s easy!!” But then I remember my FIRST time in those areas.... I like your list. ... it’s so true tho because if you do them AT THE PROPER LEVELS...... they tuff. You got a point.
To me Azteca and Khrysalis, but I put Azteca first since bosses have other school mastery , only in Azteca you think you facing life boss only to have him efreet you out of nowhere, and unlike Mirage when you see two schools main and mastery in Azteca you do not and when you are questing you can't research every single boss prior to fighting; I agree about Wintertusk, I did it on my fire solo in between Dragonspyre and Celestia , and it was so hard , those ice mobs killed me more than once , so I came in at lvl 45 I think and got smacked so hard it was insane , all together list is quite accurate
@@FormalPhantom I just finished Khrysalis on my death character, and both are so long, hope you have deer knight on yours, it makes questing easier , I sure know 😀
Oh I see, the dungeons that are there own worlds get a list. If you have it count as 4 people for the appropriate level then yes I agree. But if you classify them exactly the same then I'd rank the dungeons at the top 3 slots since these dungeons are generally unsoloable in my opinion. But, if you do classify them like dungeon worlds 4 people appropriate level and normal worlds as 1 person appropriate level then in that case this list is incredibly good. I assume that's what you mean I am just clarifying otherwise.
I’d have to say that for me, Aquila was the hardest because I normally solo everything as my storm wizard. Not fun. Not fun at all. I couldn’t even get past Apollo because he hit twice in one round if you hit him.
Imo winter tusk is not possible at 40 AT ALL for life, death, and ice. Life and death have no aoe and most enemies are ice mobs that spam tower shield which is super challenging. My fire friend had no issue soloing the entire thing which was frustrating for me because I had to wait to go back after 48 so I could use crow.
Just got through wintertusk. I walked into frost branch or whatever is name is unbeknownst of what was going to happen. I will never forget what he did to me
You actually do get the darkmoor gear in khrysalis. If you dont side quest you get it at ruined alacazar. I find azteca harder cause you dont get your ten pip spell till end of azteca and you are rocking water works gear while you can rock hades and darkmoor gear in khrysalis
I had a pretty easy time in Dragonspyre with my storm wizard as a kid, I don't remember much, but I think it was the fastest I ever got through a world.
I need your help badly. I am a level 92 balance wizard and I have to beat 2 solo bosses. One is Zaltanna the MirrorMask in Khrysalis and I have tried beating her 4 times and lost. I also need to beat Clemente Moraga in Azteca who is also a solo boss. I just need tips or help, cause I am getting frustrated. I hate solo bosses and they are preventing me from continuing my main quests.
If I'm being honest I really only struggled with malistaire because of the minions, I'm sure on my second wizard, it's an ice that does all side quests before leaving the world, yes it's a pain, it wont he too bad because by then I should have hit lvl 48 and maybe even 50 so my stats might be a bit high
I went to wintertusk at 45 and it wasn’t too difficult but I am a fire so that helps I did it in like 6 hours but for half of it I did have another lv 40
I actually find mirage difficult because you find out that the mobs have an insane damage. But the most difficult for me is empyria that last boss though
alantea was a pain for me. i queue'd up hoping for high levels to join. nope only got 3 storms against a storm boss. and we didnt have enough mass prisms to hit boss without the cheat
I use to play this game and I would love to play this game again but ik none of my friends would probably buy a membership to grind with me and I don’t have a computer to play 24/7 with
Tfw he compares a solo school to a team based one XD No hate I feel i should mention just thought it was kinda funny that you compared the difficulties
lol cestia is definitely difficult but I loved the world. the plethora of new things that Celestia brought made it fun and since i had hated dragonspyre, mostly because of some really long fights, Celestia was amazing
I maxed out my death and then started on storm thinking I was lit but the second I hit dragonspyre I had major difficulty because of the amount of health you don’t get
My ranking, from a Life wizard who has been playing the game on-and-off for almost 8 years now and is still in Avalon (hardest to easiest): 1. Celestia (just... fuck celestia ok) 2. Zafaria (the defeat and collect quests... :sweats:) 3. Avalon (it's pretty close, but i had some sweet solo moments here (like when I soloed Jabberwocky) so) 4. Dragonspyre (i was stuck on this world for months because of the vault dungeon) 5. Wisteria (chester droors and randolph hating hours) 6. Wintertusk (fun fact: i did this world just so i could get enough exp for forest lord and get through celestia) 7. Aquila (i haven't done tartarus obviously, but i like this world) 8. Marleybone (no sidewalks anyone c:) 9. Mooshu (Zeus gear didn't exist when I did this world) 10. Krokotopia (some of the dungeons gave me some trouble ngl, pretty close to Mooshu though) 11. Grizzleheim (the only hard point was the end, but other than that, it was pretty easy) 12. Wizard City (...c'mon guys, it's the first world.) I'm excited to get to Azteca, since it was the first world to release after I joined, and I've been dreaming of the moment I go through Xibibla or whatever the final dungeon's called. But at the same time, I'm also scared...
im a death wizard (im only up to zafaria rn) and soloed all worlds except wintertusk and i can say dragonspyre, and celestia are the hardest fosho. life enemies/bosses keep on casting death shields and its annoying asf
I think Celestia is only hard because of the transition from dragonspyre to Celestia. Yeah dragonspyre was hard, but now you have critical, cheating bosses which you have to plan a lot more for, you have critical blocking, you have the three Astral magic schools of sun, moon and star spells. Despite moon being introduced, it's kinda just a meme class realistically and won't help throughout Celestia. But all things considered, the amount of new mechanics hits you all at once and caused a huge difficulty spike. Especially end of Celestia, which was ridiculously difficult as a first timer. Especially the new level 50 spell quests at the time, which are ESSENTIAL to complete in order to beat Celestia. I consider Celestia hard just because you get hit with so much new stuff at once, rather than being gradually eased into the new mechanics
@@FormalPhantom I don't know why, but with my ice it seemed very difficult. With the rest of my players it was OK, but still I wouldn't say it was the easiest..

That's interesting, most people would probably say Azteca and Khrysalis are harder.
I stoped playing when I got to Azteca
Same as a life main it’s so horrible to try and do Celestia alone, I struggled almost the whole time
Opal Stigma definitely!!! i stopped playing during both celestia and zafaria because i mainly soloed and it was just sooo frustrating. life gets very fun late game when you can actually hit hard 😭
sarah bautista wait how hard is zafaria? I’m part way through the bit with the olyphants and I haven’t had a single challenge yet, I’m lucky because I had friends to help me with the whole thing
the easiest world for me was definitely polaris
It was definitely very easy for the level you were at.
FormalPhantom especially because all of the azteca bosses have more health than the polaris ones 😂
@@teo-randa Way more for sure
My cousin did polaris in 3 hours
your old videos slap, anyways as a death main i had like the easiest time questing, but now im questing as an ice and im in azteca level 83 but krokotopia was literally the hardest thing for me idk why
Khrysalis took waaaaaaayyyyyy too long
Yea I agree
@@FormalPhantom What is longer, Khrysalis or Empyriea
@@turkandazerbrothersforever8305 Khrysalis for sure
Celestia so fsr has been the worst just cause I had to solo almost everything and it was so annoying
Marleybone was the hardest for me because the whole world was so dark and it just made me feel like I’m never getting outta there
i played wizard a longer time ago (maybe starting again sooner or later) and for me Celestia was a very difficult world... maybe because i was a storm ona place where half the enemies were storm or (i dont know the real names anymore) star/moon and the previous worlds were like dogshit easy to me (well, storm has a lot of damage and a pretty early AOE) but it was a lot of fun having a challenge like that... zafaria afterwards was pretty much a free sweep.
I disagree with grizzle being ahead of wysteria and marleybone and dragonspyre i feel those worlds are pretty easy to solo while its Very hard for a lvl 20 to solo the 4 covens and the jotuns to an extent.
Came for the video but have been reading his replies to comments and I'm loving the vibes- think I'll stick around
Also, I struggled with Mooshu lmao. Maybe because I'm a myth main and I'm remembering there being a lot of myth enemies? I'm terrible at remembering to swap to my same type deck
As I look at your video I’m like- “that’s easy!!”
But then I remember my FIRST time in those areas.... I like your list. ... it’s so true tho because if you do them AT THE PROPER LEVELS...... they tuff. You got a point.
I’m halfway done Azteca level 86 storm. Wish me luck :)
It's probably gonna ramp up a lot but sharpened blade and potent trap will help :)
I’m a lvl 88 storm but am having a lot of trouble beating the bosses in front of the astral spells
@@goldzillabs8026 Get friends to help? Or henchmen.
Goldzilla BS what gear do you use
Damn i posted this around a week ago now I’m level 100 lmao
One of the reasons Khrysalis is my favorite world is because of the sheer difficulty.
i went through mooshu before aquila was out, and i struggled
oops i’m in dragonspyre and didn’t even know what aquila was till now lol
Azteca Boss: uses storm owl second turn
To me Azteca and Khrysalis, but I put Azteca first since bosses have other school mastery , only in Azteca you think you facing life boss only to have him efreet you out of nowhere, and unlike Mirage when you see two schools main and mastery in Azteca you do not and when you are questing you can't research every single boss prior to fighting;
I agree about Wintertusk, I did it on my fire solo in between Dragonspyre and Celestia , and it was so hard , those ice mobs killed me more than once , so I came in at lvl 45 I think and got smacked so hard it was insane , all together list is quite accurate
lmao yea, I'm about to finishing questing on my death in Azteca and it ain't easy.
Yea I was classifying them on a 4 person basis since that's kinda how they were made to be played.
I just dislike dragonsypre because of the xp it gives it’s so little 😭
Just got through wintertusk. I walked into frost branch or whatever is name is unbeknownst of what was going to happen. I will never forget what he did to me
ok but, i forgot my old account pass. and so im on a new one. and i totally forgot how difficult it is to quest alone as a storm 😔
Yea, especially when you get into higher worlds
FormalPhantom yup it sucks, im at level 48 atm. but i cant get storm lord due to bugs from the update.
@@vayoy14 :((((
You actually do get the darkmoor gear in khrysalis.
Idk, I’m questing krok on my balance and imo it’s really annoying, they just weakness spam and tower shield
I agree with Celestia...
Henchmen maybe?
If I'm being honest I really only struggled with malistaire because of the minions, I'm sure on my second wizard, it's an ice that does all side quests before leaving the world, yes it's a pain, it wont he too bad because by then I should have hit lvl 48 and maybe even 50 so my stats might be a bit high
I went to wintertusk at 45 and it wasn’t too difficult but I am a fire so that helps I did it in like 6 hours but for half of it I did have another lv
40
I actually find mirage difficult because you find out that the mobs have an insane damage. But the most difficult for me is empyria that last boss though
alantea was a pain for me. i queue'd up hoping for high levels to join. nope only got 3 storms against a storm boss. and we didnt have enough mass prisms to hit boss without the cheat
I use to play this game and I would love to play this game again but ik none of my friends would probably buy a membership to grind with me and I don’t have a computer to play 24/7 with
Tfw he compares a solo school to a team based one XD
No hate I feel i should mention just thought it was kinda funny that you compared the difficulties
Now I'm getting scared to go to Khrysalis with my storm now that people are saying they struggled. What level would I typically enter it at?
90ish
@@FormalPhantom okay, thanks! I'm gonna farm Tartarus as soon as I can and get the crafted Avalon and Azteca gear so I can mix and match them!
you have opened my eyes i know what i must do on my lvl 38 storm now
lol cestia is definitely difficult but I loved the world. the plethora of new things that Celestia brought made it fun and since i had hated dragonspyre, mostly because of some really long fights, Celestia was amazing
I maxed out my death and then started on storm thinking I was lit but the second I hit dragonspyre I had major difficulty because of the amount of health you don’t get
My ranking, from a Life wizard who has been playing the game on-and-off for almost 8 years now and is still in Avalon (hardest to easiest):
1. Celestia (just... fuck celestia ok)
2. Zafaria (the defeat and collect quests... :sweats:)
3. Avalon (it's pretty close, but i had some sweet solo moments here (like when I soloed Jabberwocky) so)
4. Dragonspyre (i was stuck on this world for months because of the vault dungeon)
5. Wisteria (chester droors and randolph hating hours)
6. Wintertusk (fun fact: i did this world just so i could get enough exp for forest lord and get through celestia)
7. Aquila (i haven't done tartarus obviously, but i like this world)
8. Marleybone (no sidewalks anyone c:)
9. Mooshu (Zeus gear didn't exist when I did this world)
10. Krokotopia (some of the dungeons gave me some trouble ngl, pretty close to Mooshu though)
11. Grizzleheim (the only hard point was the end, but other than that, it was pretty easy)
12. Wizard City (...c'mon guys, it's the first world.)
I'm excited to get to Azteca, since it was the first world to release after I joined, and I've been dreaming of the moment I go through Xibibla or whatever the final dungeon's called.
Krokotopia was one of the most difficult worlds for me. It seemed that it took ages... (The first time I did it that's that..)
That's strange, it's one of the shortest worlds for sure
@@FormalPhantom I don't know why, but with my ice it seemed very difficult. With the rest of my players it was OK, but still I wouldn't say it was the easiest..
Hey can I give a little advice you should switch up the mounts in different videos kinda add some variety
I'll take that into consideration for sure
Just finished soloed karamlle with my storm (except last boss) and is it just me or that world was just easy as hell
I remember cheats starting in khrysalis
AND I MEAN EARTHQUAKE AND EFREET IN ZAFARIA MAKES IT NUMBER 1!
hehehehe
Fights in zafaria: greyhorn mercenaries... *sad belloq noises*
Celestia was the most difficult for me because I was a noob and didn’t have any universal resistance the first time I went in.
Idk why but I always found Krokotopia so difficult when I was younger 😂 Probably cause I didn't really know how to properly use my Death wizard at the time lol
Am i the only one who realized that the first 6 on the list were the first 6 worlds (u would nornally be getting to wysteria before dragonspyre)
