- Welcome to a walkthrough of Ori and the Blind Forest. This is an adventure game by Indy developer Moon Studios and you play the role of a little forest spirit who has lost his way. The game includes stunning visuals and beautiful music. It's also pretty challenging so I hope you will enjoy this walkthrough.

Ik what you mean, Marceline The Vampire Queen. I JUST starte playing this game like this year (4 years later, to be exact) on XBox 1. It is really fun, but , the part that I got really stuck on is the part where Ori has to go up to the wall, and get the Item for the tree
Me too! No matter what I do, Ori will just NOT grab onto the stalactite in the center of the second laser beam. He'll jump right before it, or right after it, but NEVER at the right time to grab the damn thing and survive. I've died 256 times so far, and most of them have been at this point. I'm playing it on a Switch, and it sounds like this guy is playing on a PC, so maybe that's my problem..?

You should try hollow knight or celeste then. They’re more chill. Super meat boy too is a really easy kids game but it’s fun. VVVVVV is overlooked and short but easy and fun.

Around 36:10 did you ever go back for that or figure out how to get up there??? The spider respawms really quick so I was thinking you might need to use him for something...?

That part at 28:20 is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE right now. I’ve spent an hour and probably died over 200 times. I’m about to rage quit

The bit at 04:24 is making me lose the will to live 😅 I just can’t seem to grab that little low hanging bit of rock to stop me getting crispy-fried by that beam

28:15 IS DRIVING ME NUTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. How the heck did you get on that corner at 28:25, nothing I can do these days will let me pause there, always get injured. I'm even able to jump past that and keep going but then my double jump at 28:33 never goes far enough either. I want to keep playin but this is killing me.
Otters are actually mostly Republicans which I would’ve never guessed. Beavers are so far right though they say they want no interference from the government with their dams. But we still do it. They don’t understand the left is trying to conserve the dams. The otters are just all about their second amendment rights to carry and use stones. So bernie is trying to help but they keep throwing stones at all the hippies and helpers. The beavers have little recourse so they’ve allied themselves with the otters which is driving otters right. Now they want to build a dam to keep all the tourists out. They say they’re lazy and just sit on their phones and take pictures for the fake news. So the situation is brewing. You won’t be able to play ori once the stones start flying and they are accurate and deadly. I say practice zen meditation because there is no real difference between life and death and I suggest you learn that before the ottocolypse. You know we deserve this.
I went all the way up and just double jumped to the wall on the left and it seemed to be fine. For the double jump in the last part gotta just do it at the end of the jump and hold it to make sure you get it.

4:29 how do you manage to jump up at that stalagmite? I just can't stick to that wall. I tried for over an hour....
at 16:45 how do you do that i tried for like 10 minutes and i couldn't get it also at 19:45 howwwww my double jump always ends way earlier

I’ve stuck at 23:19 for about 2 hours now, I’m so mad I’m about ready to chuck this game at a wall 😩
I went all the way up and just double jumped to the wall on the left and it seemed to be fine. For the double jump in the last part gotta just do it at the end of the jump and hold it to make sure you get it - took me about 3 minutes to beat.

I have to rate this game as difficult as Cuphead 10/10 on the rage rating

Omfg i managed to get past 4:24 ONLY ONCE after 150x dying! And dickhead here lost all life links so have to go through them all again cause i am saved inbetween the lazers. Much stress!
17:35 That door that he goes through. I competed that part before it but I somehow softlocked myself and the door is shut and I can’t do anything to get out.
At 12:00 no matter what I do I just can’t kill that monster (boss?) character!!! I’ve tried for hours and it just isn’t happening you made it look soooo simple! Every time I die that extra green heath boost isn’t available anymore so I need that in order to kill it?? I’m stuck at this spot now. Can I not do anything else in the game until I kill this monster? Can I not move to a different area?
if anyone can help, i would really appreciate it! i'm stuck at 23.45 because i only have 3 energy lights, is it any possible way to beat this, or do i have to restart the whole game? -.-

@@Brianinorbit you can just farm the blue gem under the falling pillars; the one under the bridge. It respawns after a bit of waiting.

Long press for your first jump before doing the double jump.
@@emilywinters3305 I just spent probably an hour jumping up and down in one spot like an idiot, until I read your comment. Then got it on the first attempt. Now I want to bang my head against the wall, as opposed to the game. 😂

I'm getting stuck in this game constantly. I really don't like navigation and Metroidvania systems here… I just finished Hollow Knight and that game never was like that. It has a better rhythm… I'm pushing myself but I had to start researching how to get some there... And it is not easy to find out what should i do next...
24:32 I think I’m screwed Becuase idk how it happened but I got the ability cell but never pushed the lever I might have died out someing idk but now the area where the lever is is greyed out and I can’t get to it because the portal block is gone so I can’t block the laser therefor I can’t complete the map and I can’t get 100%, is there anyway I could fix this

Discovered your channel while looking for help with Hollow Knight...someone recently recommended Ori series to me and and imagine my joy at finding that you have walkthroughs for those too...at least with your help, I know that I'll be able to finish the game and won't miss an item. The fact that you're a fellow Aussie also helps

My soul tree doesn't have air dash. In its place is "Ultra Soul Link" and in your Ultra Soul Link place that comes next its for me "Water Breath" that I just got.

You went from having 3 energy cells in Hollow Grove to 6 energy cells in Moon Grotto with no explanation as to how you got them. Where did you get them??

The last time I played a side scroller was Assassin’s Creed Chronicles and I was so bad at it that it’s no surprise this game has really been chafing on my nerves.
