simply change sides for the spotter arms. this way the welding is on the inside...

You could have notched the sides instead of building it twice. Some of those cuts look like they were made with a beavers 🦫 teeth...

It’s always good to mount your side piece. 😂

If you actually got some real nice hard wood I.e maple or oak this would be a real nice project

Truth - which I can easily switch out in the future! Just wanted a simple solution now.

Hey Jacob will you bring back your workout videos anytime soon?

You keep saying you bought 24 bolts, and drilled 24 holes... There are 4 casters, with 4 bolts each right? 4x4 = 16? Where are the other 8 bolts lol?

    That’s pretty solid
I have that rack, and thought about getting a wall mount rack and converting the sm-1 into a desk
This is just what I needed to see..way easier than expected
    Thanks !

This is a great design! Just a note: Most of the weight of the barbell rests on the T-piece on the foot piece and that's in the air, there are no wheels. I don't know how the rack behaves but isn't there a risk of it bending? Or is the foot piece so stiff that it does not bend?

That metal is pretty rigid and strong, unless you put 600# + on there it won't bend. I put 405# on it and wheeled it around it was fine.

That is sweet, although I think you should have used the Rogue Yoke instead and skipped the wheels so you're forced to do a yoke carry with a TV whenever you want to move it

How long before Rogue offer a caster set and extra bar and a table top... Superb effort Jacob and I’m thinking how I could make this now you’ve already made it so popular the rack has run out of stock in europe!!

Just for any future reference you could of just cut a notch into the side timbers to allow for the extra metal and not get all new timber

Some 2x6 or 2x8 painted black for a bolt down rack and bolt the castors to the wood

Looks great! Does that void any warranty by drilling holes into the rig?

Why not using a large screen without a tuner? It's a lot cheaper then.

From one math major to another, do not do arithmatic on camera; 4x4=16, not 24.

Good thing you're not building the barn. 😁Just kidding. I think it looks cool. Thanks for the content. Can't wait to see the barn finished.
