Great cars unfortunately let-down here by the motor trade who disliked their unfamiliar engineering. That drastically affected their residual values with depreciation being higher than most. My father offered to buy myself a new 1983 CX PRESTIGE being impressed with the interior space. I was a bachelor so had no use for such a large car and knew that the depression would be colossal. In a dry climate with mechanics who understood the vehicles and had ready access to plentiful spares they were superb vehicles. Unfortunately Citroen and its wonderful engineering heritage and independence disappeared and they are now subsumed into the Peugeot conglomerate. Thanks for the videos. 👍🏻🏴
