    Very nice bowl. Your effort to save the natural edge was worth it, really set the grain of the wood off. Love Oak of any kind but especially Red Oak.

    try using wood hardener instead of CA,,, it soaks deeper and has made many punky pieces a whole lot easier to turn.

      It is good for the price but I have noticed this thing is harder to keep the headstock and tailstock in perfect line
