    You are supposed to prick the yoke before placing in microwave so egg won’t explode.

    You missed 2 things. 1 you forgot to poke hole in yoke. 2 your supposed to add a small bit of water.

    I had the same microwave in my home and it DOES have power levels from 1-10, which is displayed on one of the buttons on the front. It would be like cooking everything on your stove top on high. The result would inevitably be many burned and ruined dishes, just like the eggs. You have given the product a very unfair review by not following directions. I've been using this same egg poacher for years with success because I set the power level at 5 and cook the eggs for 1 to 1.45 minutes, depending on the microwave that I'm using. I lost my directions and was looking for the power level setting. Finding the 50% power level reference at the end of your video, I made two perfect poached eggs. I should have taken a pic but was too hungry. Next time.
