Thank you Dra. For sharing this video, for my inflammatory prob. Some of them I don't know that's why more pain of my knee &L-hands I try every it's good gor my body MERCY" &THANK YOU
Hi Doc, i was diagnosed before with DVT and chronic gouty arthritis. Do patients with gouty arthritis experienced deformities of fingers? I have also psoriasis Doc and I always experience joint pains on the knees, wrist, fingers, ankles and heels. I could hardly move every morning because of joint stiffness.
I have Sjogren’s and POTS…..I have rheumatoid arthritis in many places but my hands and thumbs are the most painful. I have a rheumatologist but while he claims to specialize in SS, he hasn’t helped much at all except to tell me it’s arthritis. I’ve been taking the vitamins you recommend and avoiding the foods you recommended. I’ve never found a doctor for my POTS in Washington state other than the one and only that’s in my state and is too far from me. Fatigue is awful. I’ve battled this for many years, I’m 81 years old and I’m tired of being in pain every single day.
I have had RA in my fingers on one hand for around 5 years now and it wasnt that severe. I play guitar and could stretch for the craziest chord shapes, I also play tennis at a very high level and my wrists have never suffered I have cut out all inflamatory foods, nightshades, sugars etc. I have list weight and am at my optimum weight for my height, and am eating superhealthy (not that my diet was unhealthy before). I have been taking various supplements to keep the RA at bay and to have great health (multi vitamins, vitamin D, boswellia, magnesium, pre/probiotics, cumin, marenga). I am now a lot weaker and have severe inflamation resultion in sharp pain in my shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hip, knees, ankles and some toes, and now i am days away froom calling my rheumatologist and asking for my first dose of methotrexate... what am I doing wrong or where am I going wrong?
@@thehandseesall many have found foods help somewhat but medication is also needed... I hate taking medication but methatexate was a game changer for me
@@jasongander5331 Thanks for the info, taking any medication is all brand new to me as I have always been of the mind that medication is to be avoided at all costs, but it seems I have to pay for it now... Please tell me how long it took for the drugs to start having a noticeable effect on you. Was it the pill form or did you go for the injection? PS, I am fully aware that each case is different, but I would still appreciate hearing your side of it.
@@thehandseesall no problem. I had/have the same anti medication mindset as you. I take the pill form and had a few side effects (nausea, fatigue), it took a couple of months to work and the Dr put me on prednisone till it did... Once it started working I was able to lift weights and workout again. I think everyone that takes methatexate has a love/hate relationship with it.
Dr Girta, presently, I have dry gangrene in the top of .y great toe. I was admitted to a hospital that had two surgeons have a look and run tests. I don't have diabetes. Vascular tests showed that 2 of the 3 major vessels are not flowing well with the narrowing. They think that RA is attacking? Omg I never thought RA would attack my vascular system. Please make a video. Thank you.
Hello Respected Dr Girnita, I am 49 male with bilateral toe pain for many years and have been diagnosed with sero negative rheumatoid arthritis yesterday. All the relevant blood tests and x-rays are negative. My MRI right foot says Mild to moderate joint effusion within the smaller joints as metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints involving multiple toes. Rheumatologist doc has suggested Methotrexate once a week, folic acid, cartigen pro, pregaba nt. I am your avid follower and suscriber. Kindly share your valuable advice and opinion. Regards and best wishes

Thank you for sharing your journey! I hope the recommendation to see a rheumatologist helps you find the best treatment plan. Wishing you a smooth recovery!
