My best oil using it everyday or now and then is coconut oil. I am the Philippines. Use to eat vegetables only at few times eating pork which I suspected may cause arthritis when consumed more or often. Thank you and Godbless for informative lecture.
hi fat content in cheese effects me (RA, SS, vasculitis) but i have a mouth watering craving for it, i recently found i am low in vit d, and after i cut down on cheese and took high vit d, the cravings stopped.

Choose low sodium options, fresh veg , whole food (non preserved meat) 5:22 sugar -reduce biggest increase of inflammation throughout body, cut back wherever you can, choose fruit cherries mango pineapple grapes (very dark choc in small amt)
