Chronic lyme (37 yrs), Celiac (9 yrs) and systemic Sjogren's( unknown time frame as I have been systematic and ANA positive for over 35 yrs but many doctors said it was a false negative due to the Lyme) are the main issues I deal with. I have had breast cancer, but have been clean for a number of years now. I was doing okay until about 9 months ago. Then everything just exploded. I have autoimmune disease, I took all kind of probiotics none of them helped, what truly helped. I order some kefir grains from Amazon and making my own kefir, kefir actually has one trillion beneficial bacteria, I’m taking every morning before to go to work, with big mug. I’m buying unpasteurized whole milk from Whole Foods market even though each gallon cost about 10 dollars but it worth it, I also Lear how to make probiotic yogurt, I bought it special yogurt making machine, this machine keeps temperature 98 degrees F for 36 hours, you don’t boiled the milk, all the probiotics I bought, I’m using them to make my probiotic yogurt, I open two capsules mixing with half and half then adding two tablespoons inulin mixing well adding the milk on the top 36 hours later you have best yogurt for your guts and I love it.

The quantity Of fish oils is totally unrealistic to take daily! That’s the thing about fish oil that has always dissuaded me from even starting. The thorne vitamin company that you recommend for example one pill has 450 MILLIGRAMS of EPA. You said between 2-4 GRAMS daily! Not to mention the cost of this it’s outrageous how expensive fish oils are 🤦🏻‍♀️ as it is the quantity of supplements I take is outrageous and I can’t imagine adding 4-5 giant sized oil pills more…ugg. I don’t know if it’s worth it to only take 2 a day amounting to 900 mg of EPA 🤷🏻‍♀️
