I see a tremolo bypass but is there a way to bypass the built-in eq/effects? It’s a nice dyno-ish sound but there may be times where you would want to hear the “pure” signal from the harp.

The EQ curve on our preamplifier has a very wide range of control, so you can dial in everything from peterson, to janus, to dyno with both sliders set dead center its extremely transparent, non coloring.. We'll have a much more intuitive demo shortly - showing the flexibility. Its very much all in how the sliders are set! This was recorded direct, with the bass around 50% and the treble maxed out. You can always take the top effects loop jack output which is right off the harp, that can drive an amp, di etc etc.

How would you say this unit compares in functionality to the RetroFlyer?

Well, as the manufacture of PeterPanner, our opinion would be considered biased!!
But - we'll state, PeterPanner is a truly unique circuit which is in no way shape or form an adaptation or reproduction of any existing preamp circuit, nor available from anywhere else. Someone can make an impartial comparison video if they
      feel the need..
