My take: transmitter always blasts all frequencies equally. Receiver, on the other hand, is the part that filters response by individual frequency… then a logic module analyses phase shifts in each. As for multi frequency analysis, M1 seem to be weighted towards mid range (15 KHz), M2 - high range (40 KHz), and M3 is an odd one with focus on low (but not the lowest) end of the spectrum, weighting 15 and 4 KHz nearly equally while completely ignoring higher end of the spectrum.
According to Andy sabisch M1 is using 4 kl at full power 10 kl with a quarter less 15 kl with a quarter less 20 kl with a quarter less power and 40 at the lowest power. It's the exact opposite for M2 the 40 kl has the most power and it drops to about a quarter power as you move to 20 kl and so on.
will be low weighted frequencies with a broader mineralisation scale, with adde dfilters , wouldnt surprise me if the legend beach mode uses the same frequencies as m3 with applied filters in the back ground
He was sincere, since he had had a couple of drinks!👍👍👍👍 very good video. I found two gold nuggets in a place where the earth is red and I think there is gold in that place! but my detector goes crazy in that area and always rings, I don't know what's happening😅
No company shares, the exact frequencies used in there multi setup. They will say high , low etc from a range of single frequencies they use, and that’s it. Very secretive, for obvious reasons. Cheers buddy 👍🏻
hi bud, you ever thought of maybe getting a teaching qualification? I think you would be good with b people with learning difficulties as you are very good at finding practical ways of explaining difficult subjects. it's a very rewarding thing to do. I enjoyed it for a few years and will remember some of. it for ever. great explanation bud, I will remember what frequency targets what objects now forever because of it. thanks!
building a clone pi detector will be nice use diffrent coils will have to use one or three difrent connections see what coil works the best with that unit but come to multi freq think that may be possable if you want to your own
Can you run in higher frequencies say 20 or 40 on the nox and then reduce recovery rate or use a bigger coil or both to compensate and still hVe the tigh waves but just for a bit further?
Hi Liam what is the best set up fer the beach in Scotland with black sand everywhere Ii am a complete novice and struggle around it. Am using the legend pro with 1.09 update. Thx lad..
That's not true the legend uses all of them they are weighted. M1 his 4 klz as the most power and it works it's way down to 10, 15, 20 and 40 being the lowest. It's the opposite in M2 it starts at 40 and works it's way down to 4 being the weakest.
Brilliant way of explaining the frequency's
Thank you for explaining it simply. Great job
Glad it was helpful!
Enjoyed the explanation. Thanks for breaking it down in an easy to understand way.
No problem
This explanation should be in the manual. Great job explaining it!
As a novice still learning how to set up the Legend this is really useful. Thanks Liam.
Thanks mate . Now I know how the multi's work . Stress level has dropped considerably .
🤣 glad to hear that man
Liam thanks mate , its like you got a bowl of spaghetti and straightened it out for me , great vid professor Dyson lol ,
Good way of explaining it enjoyed watching
Cheers pal
Just picked me up a legend today to go along with my deus 2. Can’t wait to try it out.
Great setup at your disposal, good luck with it . Love the legend , coils are nice and cheap too
Really useful stuff ! Makes owning a legend and being a newbie to the hobby so very helpful !
Good luck
Hey bro ! I was waiting for a video like this 👍👍👍
Beautiful video.
Thank you.
Thank you very much!
Very well explained. Thank you
Mate that is an awesome comparison thank you for making it more understandable.
Thanks Liam. Looking forward to another one of your hunt videos soon.
That is a brilliant way of explaining it mate. Nice one
Great spring analogy.
🐐 👍🏻
Well described and demonstrated Liam give us novices a better idea how a detector works cheers mate

Great explanation of the frequency, nice one Liam.👍🏻👍🏻
Cheers Scott hope alls well
I can do a video using Deus 2 and Legend and make good guess of some of the freqs used with Legend. I may do.
Got my new legend , still trying to get my head around all this lot 😄

Thank you 🧑🦯👌🏻
Hi Liam,
Just re-visited this video. What are your thoughts on Beach wet frequency?
Thanks

EMI from phone or highly mineralise ground . Have you tried a high single frequency or high smf with a negative gb -5 to -10 of ground phase
Liam, Excellent information on the Legend. QUESTION; Doesn’t Deus 2 post which sets of frequencies are being used in each program? Thanks

yes can do both
I noticed on the new update there is a multi 1,2,and 3. What frequencies do each of these use???
weighted freqs, m1 high conductors, m2 low conductors, m3 stability in wet conditions runs low frequencies
@@HistoryRevisiteduk thanks, I typed that before I watched the whole video, bad habit lol

Check latest vid out buddy
Nice video like 😉
Multi frequency has been around a long time may have governments the world may have developed this
👍👍
👌🏻
I took tin foil pieces covered a coin and in m3 I could hit the coin easy, in m1 and m2 couldn't get the coin. Very interesting
Great job!
The lie has been broken...multi frequency detectors only put out 2 frequency at a time
