@ashe10 - Love the video's you create. I follow you constantly and appreciate your work. One FYI - I used Non-HQ accessories for my retainers since HQ doesn't have anything but GP. Same result of 4965 Perception. Any reason why not? I quick Synth right side in bulk and keep the HQ for my Main/ALT and give the Non-HQ (Right side only) to retainers.

Quick Exploration works fine with same gear and gives best XP, but you will want the 4965 if you want to farm max number of mats hourly. (After collecting item first)
And here I am, trying to make at least a million every 2 days. XD hahaha
Im pretty new to this, so I presume what they bring back is worth the cost to get them all this gear? how long does it take to make a return on investment do you think?

They do all have to have their own gear right? Because ive never been able to share the same gear ie for botanist which i found strange considering normal gatherers can use the same gear.

Yes, you have to craft the gear for each one of your retainers
