- Using thermal transfer paper to make circuit boards is a simple and easy way. There are no special requirements for the printer and toner, an ordinary laser printer will suffice. Can perfectly transfer circuits to circuit boards. This video shows the detailed process of production.

Very nice your tutorial. Teach me a lot.
Thanks
When I was a kid, Radio Shack sold already printed trace segment transfers. You'd pick the line or corner you wanted, and if I remember right it was like applying a decal for a model. They were particularly useful for DIP component pads. They had pens of the acid masking stuff too, so you could hand draw. I miss old Radio Shack. Microcenter is awesome, but they aren't in literally every little town like Radio Shack used to be.
I used to go to Radio Shack a lot, but now Microcenter has more varieties.
Wow I've always wanted to now how to make a pcb from scratch at home, excellent video I learned a ton from it! Going to try myself soon
Thanks for the compliment.
How is your result? I will try to make it too.
I like the idea of not printing on the whole A4 thermotransfer paper, but taking a piece and sticking it on normal paper. This way you can save on expensive thermotransfer paper.
Excellent work dude 😃
Thanks
Nice proje
Thanks!
Can I download your pcb just for practice?
Use a ground plane, it will save you a lot of time etching.
You are right, I agree
I switched from the DPS production photo journey to ironing.
I use paper from advertising catalogs.
I also bought thermal paper, I haven't used it yet, the surface of the paper is like silicone or teflon, hopefully it won't damage my photo drum.
the paper was cheap, 10 pieces €1.40.
I plan to make a signal tracer so I will use thermal paper to make the PCB.
I wish you success.
@@stelectronic645 Thanks, I hope it won't damage my printer.
Awesome project..... Great work..... Kindly let me know what type of pcb material used
Ordinary single sided copper clad laminate
Здравствуйте. Скажите пожалуйста, какой скотч вы используете для фиксации термобумаги к листу А4? Картридж принтера оригинальный или перезаправленный?
Я использую обычный офисный скотч и заправляю картриджи.
Can you print the thernal transfer paper with an inkjet printer
Regular inkjet printers cannot be used. Generally, laser printers are used, mainly relying on the transfer of toner.
Can you tell, what kind of paper are you using? What brand and quality, there are lots of options, I do not know what to buy.
It's heat transfer paper, it's pretty pricey. You're better off using photo paper, much cheaper and works too.
What I bought is this: BCQLI 10 PCB circuit board thermal transfer paper A4 size, sold on Amazon

I want to ask, is adding the solder layer necessary? like if we're going to add solder, whats the point of doing all this?
(first timer, who doesn't like sodering so just confused)
Tin plating on circuit boards is mainly to prevent circuit oxidation, and a layer of paint can also be used. Not tin plated is also acceptable.

Wipe on poli?
@@luisfelipemarquezandrade844 The reason why I wipe pole on the top layer is to prevent the toner from wearing out. You can skip this step.
