I spread the plastic knobs with some hydrogen peroxide and put them out in the sunlight, and the yellowish shade dissappeared.

This times a restauration of such an old analog Mixer makes no sense. You get much better digital consoles for low prices. But nice to view.
Digital now a days is more expensive and anlog sounds solid as does digital but with a different frequency level. Remember it is bieng restored by some one that is not white or maybe so.
It could be a project for their skill set of education.
Some people, choose devices for educational purpose!
