I’ve always had a itchy scalp with these buildups and never knew what it was but I realized after using certain products and oils that my scalp would feel severely inflamed and I ended up changing my regimen and starting locs because i thought it was me not knowing how to handle my natural hair. I was worried that i wouldn’t be able to go through the process because of the build up but after watch a few videos i realize it must be SD. this was really refreshing to watch and it gave me the confidence to keep pushing I will definitely be trying these products thank you!
I relaxed my hair 2 weeks ago and it didn’t really take either. I was happy lol. I tried a sew in and took it out in a week. I miss my locks. I started my locks again last night
I have been debating loc-ing my hair…I like the versatility I have with my natural hair!!! My husband is loc-Ed and I started and maintain his!!! His sister does the apple cider vinegar washes for him!!!

My hair is long on top so I kind of want the sides and back to grow out a little. I need as much education as possible. All I no is that I want to do them my self and the size as yours, and I want to start with 2 strand twist because I have had coils and my hair will shrink up and come loose because it’s fine, so while I’m waiting I will be watching and learning and taking in all the info I can. You said Nizoral Shampoo did not work. I was wondering if you were using it properly. I had an older person tell me to rub it in your scalp only and let it sit for 3-5 mins because it a medication shampoo. Then rinse and shampoo with another shampoo of your choice, most likely an Anti-dandruff shampoo. I have locs and suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and it worked for me with her instructions. Also, remember the more you dye your hair it can dry your hair out more. So, you have to stay on top of moisturizing. Hair breaks off easily. I know. I've had my locs for 13 yrs before starting over again because I didnt know dye would do that to my hair and it start to break off.
Do you use the sulfur8 while washing your hair or only after . If yes do you rinse it off after . Also do you only use these two while washing or another shampoo too.

I big chopped last year from being bra length & now I’m back at mid neck bob length - such a blessing & a curse for my hair to grow back so fast. I wanna cut it again but going to the barbershop weekly isn’t for me 😏

You know what?? I honestly hadn’t even thought about that until you just said it. I put the aloe Vera bottle in the fridge but I keep the actual spray bottle in the bathroom. But honestly I should probably be keeping that in the fridge too!

Yeah I just followed the directions on the bottle. But the sulfur 8 spray cleared everything up for me so I don’t have any issues anymore 🙌🏾
