    I tell you this is delicious and certainly worth it. An old Italian friend used to make this and I never got the recipe from her before she died. Try it you won't be disappointed

    This looks wonderful! I’m not a big fan of pizzas - flatbreads are more to my taste. Seems a bit time consuming, but also seems worth the wait. And looks easy enough to assemble. Thanks, Rocco!

    Can you replace cornmeal with any other flour? can you just use plain flour?

      I don't see why not, but I haven't tried! If you substitute the cornmeal with flour, measure it out. 1/3 cup of cornmeal is 50g, so it would be 50g (1.76oz) flour. Let me know if you try and how it turns out!
