I listened to this and paused it, just to send my boyfriend a text. I told him, "Babes i just received a phone call from Tony Stark, he was looking for you cause apparently you are perfect for the Avengers. They need you, so i told Tony..Noooooo. He's my Avenger, My SUPERHERO" and he immediately sent me a text back (during working hours) and told me that it was the most beautiful text anyone has ever sent him, that he loved not just me, but a beautiful Amazing woman that he truly love and adores and has eyes for. I was so overwhelmed, i started to cry..happy tears though. This is the best advice ever. Thank You

My man, actually listens he doesn’t try to fix my problems… But he truly listens to what I’m saying and is compassionate and caring with love
One thing my guy did that had me thinking about him all day long are his jokes. On one visit to my home I had warmed him it was icy outside- he told me no it’s fine. We were walking..... I was walking more slowly & cautiously but he raced ahead poking fun at me for walking ‘like an old grandma”. I paid him no mind I looked down @ my feet & kept walking slowly so I don’t slip by accident. I looked up ahead after a few seconds & there he was sprawled out on the sidewalk- literally his whole body spread eagle not moving waiting for me to help him up except I couldn’t because I was laughing so hard. his sense of humor always made him stand out & made me think of him constantly
When he says 'I got you baby!' and when I need help and he actually looks into what I need help with and makes sure I'm good/it's solved.
I really like this guy's personality. Girls, he's absolutely right! This is the healthy advice you need. My family friend's daughter, who's 13, showed me this! How sweet that she's learning about healthy love from day 1!!
He smiled at me and said to me,"I'm always positive with you babe" that really made my day ❤
He wakes up with me at 3:30 am in the morning Monday-Friday. He made me Coffee and spend the morning with me talking before I leave for work at 5:00 am. He made sure that I have my keys and lunch for the day. He kissed me goodbye and he goes back to bed that is Precious moments ❤❤❤

It's door holding and opening for me 🥰... and not just the "one" door to the building we're going into but car doors, elevator doors, and stairwell doors. If he unlocks and/or opens the door and allows me to enter first, it's a major turn on!!! Something so powerful in this small gesture. Men PLEASE hold open any and every door for her, I promise it's the smallest investment guaranteed to reap IMPRESSIVE rewards 😉.

He calls me everyday.. just to check how my day's going and in the evening it's the tell it all call where he allows me to whine about anything. Basically, he listens to me and takes part in everything I do as I keep him in the loop.

I’m not in a relationship but I truly appreciate how genuine your advice is, Mat. A lot of relationship advice tends to be manipulative, like “if they don’t like you, you can make them like you”, but I’ve found that that is so toxic, and yet, all of your advice allows us women to respect ourselves when looking for love and I really admire that. I would love some advice on how to become more attractive as someone who’s never dated because I didn’t grow up with a lot of good examples in my life. Anyways, keep it up!

One major thing that makes a lady attractive is when she genuinely be herself and carry herself with a great sense of worth and value. Also, Women who are expressive, tender, express their feminine sparks and pose positive vibes are always attractive. Be more free and less rigid to expressing your emotions such as happiness or joy - it can look childish sometimes but it makes you attractive ❤️

I love #2, it's basically having gratitude for your man, and I think that's essential in relationships. Yes, gratitude for when he buys you dinner at a restaurant, or when he cleans the bathroom or mows the yard. But I love how Matt describes it in the video, like taking gratitude a step further in a given moment by letting a man know you're grateful for his presence in your life. Sometimes (maybe esp. in long term relationships, and for those of us who've struggled to overcome our own insecurities) it can be easy to forget that a man is with you because he chooses to be. He has the freedom to be wherever he wants to be, and he's choosing to be by your side. The joke about making the sunset is cute, but what you're really doing in that moment is expressing gratitude to your man for his choice to show up--which is ultimately thanking him for making that moment possible. 🥰 Great advice, thanks for sharing!!

He just text hi always when I'm thinking about him. He always takes the time to tell me what is beautiful about me, different all the time, from my eyes, to smell, to soft parts of my body. We are going on 17 years and have been friends for 30,has been hard but both taking time and effort to rediscover each other and build, the best is yet to come.
The way he only has eyes for me is what I love. The girls at work always comment! We laugh and joke and pick on each other all the time too lol. We've been together going on 13 years. Almost 4 of them married!
He just loves the hell outta me. He continuously was soooo present for me and caring and loving that eventually it made me addicted to him. It took 5 yrs of consistent effort and trustworthy behaviors and ensuring I felt 100% safe to fully drop my walls and love him fully and my brain began to respond to him like a drug addiction which caused my behaviors toward him to be such that he is just as addicted to me and its a beautiful thing. Thank God for good men w morals and loyalty.
I love when my husband has something planned and he’s dying to tell me but yet keeps it a secrete all day. I know how hard it is for him to keep a secret because he is not good with secretes..lol…I know he’s thinking about me because he’s dying to tell me his plans and he knows I am thinking of him too ❤️ I love when my husband plans a surprise date or even a surprise family day. He’s really handsome. I love the way he smiles when I say certain things. He smiles randomly and looks at me with his beautiful eyes. He gives me value by giving me undistracted attention regularly. He is so respectful and professional, then again, he isn’t afraid to show his true emotion. He trusts me with his secrets and I trust him. I think thats why he stays in my head all day.

This helped me- my husband left me after 18years- I built myself up met a guy, he swept me off my feet I wanted to go slow but he spoke to me and did all the right things so I gave in! Huge mistake The attention continued then one day it stopped- I went crazy! He said to me I want to take it slow…now my emotions are messed up. Don’t know how to handle the sudden change- it wasn’t cool he did that!

Hi Mat, I quite appreciate your insights! I recognize that some of this advice may often cater to women relating with men whose predominant love language is words of affirmation. The man I am seeing seems to have a predominant love language of acts of service, and is less receptive to when I offer words of affirmation, sometimes even deflective of it.
I would love to hear you speak to relating with men who have strengths in giving/receiving in the varying love languages; how to spot what that is for them, how to be appreciative of what they give though speaking a different language, how to offer love in their language. And as a bonus perhaps; how to communicate our language lovingly in the early stages of dating in an inspiring way.
I'd like the insight from you because I appreciate your heart and care for us women folk.

Notice the things he does in service of others - especially the things that are so small and most people take for granted, perhaps even himself, and with sincerity, point out how you appreciate the things he does. The more unique they are to him, the better! People, just want to be seen -- and most people see the big things about you. It's the secret, hidden things that truly set one apart! Find those things about him, and point them out - it doesn't even have to be a compliment - just pointing out that you noticed something, and you really like what you saw. My dad could never take a compliment because he was so modest. But, if it delivered in a conversational tone, and not a 'praising-tone' - and you keep moving with the conversation, and not dwell on the compliment -- even if they try to deflect it, they HAVE received it!

Everything he demonstrated to me (his exterior persona) was his heart expression.
