So many fighters have to fight years and get incredible records before they fight world champs. Jake shouldn’t get a short cut just cuz he’s rich and famous. He should have to do the same amount of work as everyone else

It’s sad how so many boxers start from the bottom, where they come from poor backgrounds, and have no name to their resumé, and have to work countless years to become successful and earn a shot at a title. Where there are simply some people who are very famous across social media who could simply just ask for a fight like this, where they haven’t worked hard at all for their chance at a world title. I feel as though that if people from other sports wanna fight current boxing champions, they should just start from the very bottom of the sport/division and work their way up and EARN the chance at the title. 🥊
