Can you edit a linked file in a new scene and have that be reflected in the original file? thank you... :D
Sorry i'm going crazy here... When i link the object data, all the object fuse in to one. They "do not stay separate"as shown in the video .Not that they become one object, but they all appear to be in the same exact place. They overlap each other. How do i solve this problem pls.
Before you link the objects, click on each one separately and set origin to geometry. You’ll see the orange dot in the center. Then when you link them, they won’t fuse together.
Issue with location of the linked data meshes has been resolved but it still copies the rotation info of the mesh it’s copied off of 😢
