Imagine you at the airport and see bolt sprint past you
He would be the one security would not consider as suspicous at the airport running.
Yeah, he would be mistaken for a plane
😂😂😂😂
MasterSquid YT The security would probably thought it was a cheetah from a zoo
if i saw that i would run my best just to try to catch him
I was fully prepared for. "Well you run, fast, that's it"
First
second after a month
Same lol
God bless🥰
5th after 6 months
“all core i hated but i had to do them” i love this quote
I hated doing core work as a college athlete...I think every college athlete feels this way LOL
@@inokerogoyawa I’m not college athlete and I love core, I think I’m pretty strong there
@Thibot I love all the basic exercises lmao
Muhammad Ali hated training also but he knew he had to do it to be a champion.
I love your profile picture:3
Step 1: Be Jamaican
Step 2: Be Usain 🤭
Be black
I’m Native American, and I’m pretty fast
Pure Light what u do? Short distance? Long distance?
Pure Light how fast
i wonder if he ever wakes up in the morning snd it hits that “i am the fastest man recorded in history.. out of 7.6 billion i am labelled as the fastest” i would feel so amazing
yeah most definitely, knowing dat you are one of the most talented too but worked and hustled da hardest out of all 7.6 billion, feels even better
I mean technically not all 7.6 billion people have ran against him, he's labeled the fastest man in the world that's ever been recorded. There could be somebody faster than him but just doesn't decide to become a sprinter or could be too poor to get that far.
@@munno901._ Even though you are right
.. STOP TAKING THIS SO SERIOUSLY
I think it’s safe to assume that he’s the fastest ever based on modern training techniques
@@munno901._ doubt someone so poor that cant unfortunately pursue a career as a sprinter could beat Usain, these guys work a lot to get where they are right now someone like that who doesn't even have the time or money to buy equipment and supplements would probably just be labeled as someone with potential as a sprinter not someone who could beat Usain right away it would take them time and determination which its not something everyone has
people: who is your running coach?
me: Usain Bolt

Use the force ..... THE SPEED Force
@@msms-rd6us Run Usain...run
These tips made me go from 15 seconds in the 100m to 9.57
incredible
@@toille653 did you get the joke? 9.57 is the world record and this video only came out 3 weeks ago...
Absolutely amazing

Romans 10:9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.dd
Good thing is he gives the credit to his coach, as a retired player he's humble to teach and still he consider himself as a learner. WoW
I didn’t know it was the chest that determines the win. Thanks Bolt!
@@jamiedavid8023 bruh listen what he said
In running in general the chest is very important. Abs especially, i think doing cladding (the board) is one of the best exercise.
Kozuki-sama ok but he mentioned the chest when he talked about leaning forward at the end of the races. He said that when the chest crosses the finish line its time.
These are actually some really good tips, why does this video have no views???
Not everyone interesting to be a good sprinter
@James Short exactly people just dont care enough about the sport. Im a track runner aswell and even i know this
@James Short Im not a sprinter, I play football (american football)
ruclips.net/video/VUwwB2lh-kk/видео.html Tell me what y’all think
@@efeomodior593 keep it up
Have a super strong core, work constantly on your abs (this will make your legs and knees strong)
Beginning of race : get as quickly as possible on the ground
Don’t get up too fast or you’ll cut your speed, take your time to transition slowly
Use your force and don’t Lean back
Does he mean always lean slightly forward ?
@@lean2281 Yes. But more like falling forward. Don't bend at the waist.
@@RoosterNutz12which is why you need a strong coke so you can balance and not completely fall forward?
One thing I love about Bolt, is that he looks like a big kid. He's so down to earth and just funny. Legend right there.
"Naturally people are fast but it's all about those technical things that make you go faster"
Thats a great way to put it
2:34 "Step Six = Use The Force "
Darth Vader : hold my saber
meme material
These tips are what I need
Usain Bolt being really unfit is probably still a world class athlete lol
Im willing to bet he could run 10's after 1-2weeks of getting his tendons ready :D
I did not want this video to end 😭😭
He's such a vibe
me too broo
bruh ppl needa watch this. best advice i've seen
I like the way he appreciates his coach everytime. Most top athletes won't
Usain Bolt : "Use the Force"
His opponents : "This man is a fecking jedi"
Finally I m takin tips of a Legend💯
Those are really useful tips, imagine if Usain becomes a coach in the near future
Spike shoes idol Usain bolt
he's added weight, he's really enjoying retirement!
Yeah a whole pound lol
@@JacobShytle Lmao
Looks like he’s put on muscle which is good.
He still worksout though
Quarantine helps weight gain
The poping up slowly is what I was taught in my sprinting days. It really does help.
I'm 65 pounds overweight and 25-3 years past my physical peak. I'll definitely use this information.
This helped me go from 15.34 seconds to 8.74 seconds
SAMEEE
I never thought to just go faster
Same here but I only got to 9.02
I went from 9.28 to 0.01 seconds on the 100 today; thanks to these tips!
you fools you absolute fools I hit a microsecond
Imagine seeing Usain bolt run to catch his flight
plot twist: he was running behind the plane
And still caught it lmao
1: Genetics
2: If lacking genetics, compensate in other areas with exercise, diet, etc
3: With or w/o genetics, put in the time and effort to learn proper breathing and running forms, recovery methods, stretches, etc
4: Run, you can't learn to run fast. You actually have to run and put everything from #3 to good use
5: ???
6: Profit
@S E P it does, power speed stamina. You get speed and power if you have good genetics stamina is the same but you can get something like asthma or covud which stops breathing and breathing is vital for stamina
@S E P what? Speed is all genetics
S E P it had everything to do with genetics. It doesn’t matter how hard you train if you’re stuck with slow twitch muscle fibers.
@@twoseeker1741 you can definitely become faster without genetics but ya youre never gonma reach Olympic level without it
@S E P don’t be ignorant to the truth
No colonial hangover, no trace of the difficult past, no unsolicited humility, pure audacity untouched by poverty , magnetic and magnanimous!!!! A lesson for every boy who comes from (so called) humble background on how to be fearless, uncompromising yet win the hearts of millions all over the world!!!
His talent spoke louder than his words tho
I know so many sprinters neglecting their core muscles🤦🏾♂️ glad he said it
Apple Cida No... sprint training, strength training ( relevant muscle groups for sprinting) makes you run fast...but exercising your core muscles and strengthening them helps your whole body stabilize itself when running. The core is your muscles that link your upper body to your lower body and when you're running you need a strong link between the two.
Basically maintaining long stride(high knees) and drawing all the power from your legs to push forward you need your core.
PS: your core include your lower back, obliques and abdominal muscles
THIS IS SO GOOD
Thanks for this video bro🙏🙏
Usain looks really healthy still! Stay happy champ
Ricordo quando eri venuto a Nuoro Italia Sardegna prima del Golden Gala nel 2008 non eri ancora una leggenda. Sei un grande
Great tips thanks!!!
So much information in single video ,must have atleast a million views.
Very helpful 🐐
love this man.
1:26 its not necessarily to love it to become the best at it 😂😂😂
"The mark of whether you are made for a task is not whether you love it but whether you can handle the pain of the task easier than most people"
ok Bolt il try it !!
Bro these are great tips ❤️❤️❤️really looking forward to using these tips
There are 3 sprint phases: I find it interesting about the core, it is so important not to ‘pop up’ after the initial drive and after about 70 metres you cannot really accelerate anymore so it is either maintaining speed or minimising the deceleration. I don’t like looking left and right during a race but maybe that reduces tension?!?
Man, why is this video so underrated...
great tips !!! need more views on this
Usami come tasto "ma perché è nella playlist dei FAIV MINIT?"
Nothin but absolute gold for advices, I mean he IS the fastest man alive but when I run am naturally doin some of the stuff he talks about and will incorporate a lot in my next jog but yeah I don't compete at all but anyhow runnin is life, highly recommend makin a habbit of it !
'It's always getting back on the ground as quickly as possible.' Usain Bolt
'Get your feet down as quickly as possbile.' Andre DeGrasse
So people need to be worried more about the power you put into the track, not so much about knees coming up off the track.” Justin Gatlin
He's right. Proximal stability leads to distal mobility (stronger core, limbs move more freely).
Noah Lyles watched this so that explains why he's fast
When I saw “use the force” I was thinking of the speed force from the flash
0:10 fiveeeeee minutssss criftttttt! Ma che bello!!!!!!
Ora voglio sapere il motivo per cui questo video è nella playlist dei dieffe dei life hacK

Been running track since i was 12. 12 years later im no where near the international level xD
why does this video not have more views?
he's inspired to run everyday
This channel deserves more views Usain Bolt has been my role model since I was 10 years old in 2012
He's not wrong about core. Randomly a group of work mates decided to play some rugby after work. We ended up playing for a few ours because ot got quite competitive. The next day my core was sore and it was sore for days.
2:34 *Use the Force*
Me: Starts having Star Wars flashbacks.
The fastest I ever ran was at the airport the flat escalater running in the same direction as it I was flying I wanted to feel what usain feels at top speed. It was awesome try it
A tip for new runners is to run under yourself or something along those. People told that saw improvement even if their feet weren’t actually hitting the ground directly below them.
This is why I'm a proud jamaican

Usain Bolt is so great that even Usa fits into his name.
Justin Gatlin taking notes rn
It’s all about explosiveness and having the will to run at full speed without stopping until the finish line
Bolt stops before the finish line though lol
I really love running, how can I get into this, how can I get a coach
Thanks to everyone
His name is Bolt, that sums it up
I love usain bolt his country is so close to mine. Another black man dominating
I’ll never be fast no matter how hard I train. Envy the guys with talent. And when the talent works hard you have Bolt.
”Step Six: Use The Force”
That’s some real Star Wars shit right there
