Are you sure? The cars are marked "tallow" and they from the Avon biofuels refinery, which is served by the LOA-11 from East Oakland.

You certainly could be right because I don't see either of those trains on a regular basis so I don't follow their schedules/itins. My resource wasn't available to confirm which train it really was. Sorry, if I posted the wrong train.
